Welcome to another installment of Fighting for the Faith. My name is Chris Roseborough. I am your servant in Jesus Christ.
00:21
This is the channel that compares what people are saying in the name of God to the Word of God. So, have you ever heard anyone say, oh the
00:29
United States is under a Jezebel spirit, the Jezebel spirit, the spirit of Athaliah.
00:35
These are demon spirits and they're... Yeah, if you've ever heard that, yeah, go ahead and hit the subscribe button down below.
00:43
Don't forget to like the video and ring the bell. Yeah, so here's the issue, and that is that when somebody talks about Jezebel being a demon today, they're not rightly handling
00:55
God's Word. Let me put it this way, Jezebel and her daughter Athaliah have absolutely something to do with a reality that relates to our time today.
01:06
This is most certainly true. And so, we're going to spend a little bit of time unpacking two concepts as it relates to scripture.
01:15
One has to do with the types and shadows of Jezebel and Athaliah, her daughter, and how they relate then to, in Revelation, the beast and the false prophet or the whore of Babylon.
01:29
That's another big picture that we see in the book of Revelation.
01:35
And when you see it, you say that, oh okay, so these are kind of pictures of a bigger reality, and indeed they are.
01:42
And it is absolutely true the demonic is behind it, but you know, if you're thinking, oh no, the
01:49
Jezebel spirit's out to get me or the spirit of Athaliah, she's gonna get us! Yeah, that kind of is right, but it's really wrong.
01:58
The best way I can put it is that it's really a mixture of error and truth, and the error is so far off that it's like ehh.
02:07
And so, when we study eschatology, and we study the types and shadows as it points to eschatology, these are things that are revealed in God's Word for the purpose of informing us so that we recognize that nothing's out of control, everything's going according to plan, and these major characters are gonna walk onto the world stage, they're already here to some degree, and there's a specific thing going on, and that the book of Revelation offers comfort and instruction to Christians of all generations from the time of Christ's ascension until the time of his return.
02:42
And so, we're gonna be doing a lot of biblical work today, I mean a lot. It's been a while since we've done a really long in -depth teaching, and for our foil today, let's do this.
02:51
Let's pull up my desktop, and let's get the web browser up.
02:58
Voila! We're gonna head over to the YouTube channel of Jennifer LeClaire, the former chief editor for Charisma magazine, the inventor of the sneaky squid spirit, and she's claiming in this video, which you can kind of see the clickbait here, the name of it is
03:17
A Jaw -Dropping Prophetic Dream About Jezebel and Athaliah!
03:25
Both of them appear in Scripture, both of them are types and shadows who have anchoring then again in the
03:33
New Testament as it relates to the beast and the false prophet. We'll, again, we'll unpack those concepts.
03:41
And, but yeah, what Jennifer LeClaire is saying here is that, by my books, is kind of really how it goes down to.
03:50
Now, a little bit of a note, we've sped her up a little bit due to the fact that we have so much of this video that we have to cover, and I would like to just get to it, if you know what
04:01
I mean. So, here's Jennifer LeClaire talking about her jaw -dropping prophetic dream about Jezebel and Athaliah.
04:08
Here we go. Well, I'm gonna share with you today something that I have never shared publicly before, and so I...
04:14
She sounds over -caffeinated when I speed her up. Sorry. I'm very serious about this.
04:19
This is a very, very serious, serious, serious, I can't overstate the word. I received this prophetic dream about three years ago.
04:28
Yeah, you might have had a dream, but the source is definitely not God, and not
04:33
Jesus Christ, the real God. And I was not released to share it with you until now.
04:38
As a matter of fact, the first time I ever shared the dream was in this book right here, Decoding the
04:44
Mysteries of Heaven's War Room, and I'm not talking... Yeah, you want to know the dream and its details, you better buy that book.
04:50
By the way, there's a second book. She's written two whole books about this. You can't find this in the Bible. It's about the epic vision of God's war room.
04:57
I've had a lot of dreams and visions over the years, and... Kind of like Churchill's War Room? Yeah, you've been to London one too many times.
05:03
I record them. I'm faithful to record them. This is shocking. This one I'm gonna share with you, I mean, that the vision of the epic war room in heaven was awesome, but this vision is shocking.
05:10
And quite frankly, I didn't understand all of what it meant until about a year ago. That's why I didn't release it. I feel that we are maybe too quick to release revelation before it's fully cooked, and so we've got a lot of half -baked revelation.
05:21
Now, sometimes it's... If God is talking to you for real, for real, you wouldn't be talking this way.
05:30
...to, you know, share what we know so that others can help to fill in the gaps. But this particular dream was so shocking.
05:35
This particular dream was so shocking. Shocking, shocking! That I could not do it. I just didn't feel released to do it, and I didn't even get the fullness of the revelation until just recently.
05:43
I mean, you know, about a year ago. And the full... It's fully outlined in this book, Decoding the Mysteries of Heaven's War Room.
05:49
Yeah, yeah. Just purchase it at jenniferleclair .com. And then I actually... Listen, because of this vision, which this dream, rather, that I'm gonna share with you, because of this dream,
05:56
I wrote a whole nother book just based on the... Whole other book? You gotta buy two more books.
06:03
Jezebel's Revenge! Yeah, I'm gonna unpack biblically what these two characters play in the
06:12
Old Testament as far as in the types and shadows. And I think Athaliah is a stand -in for the man of lawlessness, for the
06:18
Antichrist himself. I'll show that to you. And it's a great, great story. I think that Athaliah really is the type and shadow of Jadus from the
06:28
Chronicles of Narnia. So, Chronicles of Narnia is Christian allegory, and I think Athaliah is
06:34
Jadus. You'll see it when we get there. But yeah, very fascinating stuff. But I'll do it for you for free, you know?
06:41
The dream. So, I first shared it here, which this book just came out a few weeks ago, and it has to do with the Mysteries of Heaven's War Room. And then as a follow -up, because this book's really not about that, right?
06:48
This is one aspect of that, because of the vision. It's incomplete, because it's only one aspect of the vision that Jennifer LeClair had.
06:57
Yeah, no, she's not pointing us to the biblical text. She's having us buy her books. Of Heaven's War Room, I saw angels that were dispatched to deal with Jezebel.
07:04
That's why I put this dream in this book. Yeah, and if you believe that, I got magic beans
07:10
I'd like to sell you. On the cheap. That's why I put the dream in the book. In fact, if you act now and buy my magic beans,
07:15
I'll even throw in the Brooklyn Bridge for free. But I wrote a whole additional book called
07:20
Jezebel's Revenge, Annihilating the Spirit of Adaliah, because when I discerned, really, and I got the full revelation of this when
07:28
I was writing this, go figure. I didn't have this when I wrote this. I had the dream, but I didn't have the revelation.
07:35
Or I had the dream, rather, but not the revelation, right? You know, the Christian Church has survived for 2 ,000 years with only what the
07:44
Bible teaches about these two characters, and that's sufficient. In fact, more than sufficient. So, we're gonna be doing a lot of biblical work today.
07:52
Grab a Bible. If not, you can follow along on the screen. And what we're gonna do here, I'm trying to debate where do
07:59
I want to start? Where do I want to start? Tell you what, we're gonna start in the book of First Kings, and at least a little bit of an introduction to Jezebel.
08:08
Jezebel is the wife of Ahav, and Jezebel is kind of the proper way that you would actually sound out her name, which means
08:17
Princess of Baal. She is as wicked as wicked gets.
08:24
And so, Ahav, after the marriage, introduces the worship of Baal into the northern kingdom of Israel.
08:34
In fact, so we'll kind of start in the context. First Kings 17. We'll just pick up some highlights here. Elijah the
08:40
Tishbite of Tishbe in Gilead said to Ahav, as Yahweh, the God of Israel, is before whom
08:46
I stand, there shall be neither dew nor rain these years except by my word.
08:51
Now, you're wondering why? Well, it's actually quite simple, because as the story, the mythos regarding Baal goes,
08:59
Baal is the one who sends the rain. He's the Lord of the sky, right? And so, sacrifice is to him, and he's the one who brings the rain.
09:08
And so, Elijah, who is a true prophet of the real God, the one and only God, Yahweh, he basically says, it ain't gonna rain until I say so, which is going to prove definitively that Baal ain't nobody.
09:22
All right? That's kind of the whole point. And so, he disappears for three years, and Ahav looks for him, you know, high and low, and doesn't find him.
09:32
So then, in First Kings chapter 18, this is the passage that deals with the showdown at Mount Carmel.
09:39
In the lead -up up to this, we hear these words. So, after many days, the word of Yahweh came to Elijah in the third year.
09:45
So, three years without rain. Go show yourself to Ahav, and I will send rain upon the earth.
09:50
So, Elijah went to show himself to Ahav, and the famine was severe in Samaria, and Ahav called
09:56
Obadiah, who was over the household. Now, Obadiah feared Yahweh greatly, and when
10:01
Jezebel cut off the prophets of Yahweh, Obadiah took 100 prophets and hid them by fifties in a cave and fed them with bread and water.
10:11
And by cut off, what we mean is, you know, like, she was murdering them.
10:17
All right? She was murdering the real prophets of God. And so, the idea then is that in Ahav's palace, in his house,
10:26
Jezebel had brought in prophets of Baal and Shira, and tolerated for a season prophets of, real prophets of Yahweh.
10:35
And what did the prophets of Yahweh do? It ain't going to rain until Elijah says it's going to rain, because Baal don't bring no rain.
10:43
And Jezebel said, enough is enough. And she, like, was cutting them off. So, Obadiah took 100 of them and hid them.
10:50
I mean, these guys are on the run from Jezebel. And Obadiah took 100 prophets and hid them by fifties in a cave, fed them with bread and water.
10:59
Now, Ahav said to Obadiah, go through all the land and all the springs of the water to the valleys, and perhaps we may find grass and save the horses and the mules alive, and not lose some of the animals.
11:10
So, they divided the land between them to pass through it. Ahav went in one direction by himself.
11:15
Obadiah went in another direction by himself. And as Obadiah was on the way, behold, Elijah met him.
11:21
And Obadiah recognized him and fell on his face and said, is that you, my lord, Elijah? And he answered, it is
11:27
I, you go tell your lord. Behold, Elijah's here. And he said, how have I sinned that you would give your servant into the hand of Ahav to kill me?
11:35
As Yahweh your God lives, there is no nation or kingdom where my Lord has not sent to seek you.
11:41
And when they would say he is not here, he would take an oath of the kingdom or nation that they had not found you.
11:48
And now you say, go and tell your Lord, behold, Elijah's here. And as soon as I have gone from you, the spirit of Yahweh will carry you.
11:56
I know not where. And so when I come and tell Ahav and he cannot find you, he'll kill me. Although I, your servant, have feared
12:03
Yahweh from my youth, has it not been told my Lord what I did when Jezebel killed the prophets of Yahweh?
12:10
How I hid a hundred men of the Lord's prophets by fifties in a cave and fed them with bread and water.
12:17
Now note here, Jezebel murdered true prophets of God.
12:25
Do you think God is gonna take kindly to that? Far from it. In fact, in the book of Revelation, you have this picture of the martyrs of Christ who are underneath the altar in heaven, crying out, how long, oh
12:38
Lord, before our blood is avenged. And Christ basically tells the saints, just a little while longer until the full number of your brethren are brought in.
12:47
But at some point, God is going to exact vengeance. And so Jezebel, watch the phrase, you can say is drunk with the blood of true martyrs.
12:59
Martyrs who were speaking the truth of the one true God to her. She murdered them.
13:05
Keep that in mind because that'll play into our understanding of at least a portion of the book of Revelation. So now you say, you go tell your
13:12
Lord, behold, Elijah's here and he'll kill me. And Elijah said, as Yahweh, Lord of hosts,
13:18
Lord of armies lives before whom I stand, I will surely show myself to him today. So Obadiah went to meet
13:24
Ahab and told him and Ahab went to meet Elijah. And of course, the, in one of the most ironic statements, bizarre, moronic ironic statements in all of scripture, when
13:36
Ahab saw Elijah, Ahab said to him, is it you, you troubler of Israel?
13:42
Always and again, those who are true teachers of the scriptures are accused of being the ones who are divisive, who are causing problems.
13:49
They are the ones who are the travelers in the church. No, they're not. It is always the ones who are bringing in false religion, false spirits, false prophecies, syncretism, and all this kind of nonsense.
14:00
And then they turn around and say, judge not lest you be judged. Right? No, no. Elijah's not a troubler of Israel.
14:07
So he answered, I've not troubled Israel, but you have, you and your father's house, because you have abandoned the commandments of Yahweh and you followed the
14:14
Baals. Now therefore, send and gather all of Israel to me at Mount Carmel and the 450 prophets of Baal and the 400 prophets of Asherah, who eat at Jezebel's table.
14:26
No prophets of Yahweh there anymore, because they were saying, it ain't gonna rain until Elijah says so, because Yahweh has shut up the sky.
14:34
And Jezebel said, I kill you. Don't you tell me the truth. I kill you. That's what she did.
14:40
Right? So, of course, we all know how the story goes. Things didn't go well for the prophets of Baal and Asherah on Mount Carmel.
14:49
In fact, let's go ahead and read that out. I mean, we've got plenty of time, right? So, Ahab sent to all the people of Israel and gathered the prophets together at Mount Carmel.
14:58
And Elijah came near to all the people and said, how long will you go limping between two different opinions?
15:04
If Yahweh is God, follow him. But if Baal, then follow him. And so the people did not answer him a word.
15:11
You know, they're kind of stuck in between here. Well, you know, we want to hedge our bets, you know. And so Elijah said to the people,
15:17
I, even I, am only left a prophet of Yahweh. But Baal's prophets are 450 men. So let two bowls be given to us.
15:24
Let them choose one bowl for themselves. Cut it in pieces. Lay it on the wood. But put no fire to it.
15:30
And I'll prepare the other bowl. Lay it on the wood. Put no fire to it. And you call upon the name of your
15:36
God. I'll call upon the name of Yahweh, the God who answers by fire. He is God. So it's a test, right?
15:42
So all the people answered, well, it's well spoken. So Elijah said to the prophets of Baal, choose for yourselves one bowl.
15:49
Prepare it first for you are many and then call upon the name of your God. But put no fire to it.
15:55
And so they took the bowl that was given them and they prepared it and called upon the name of Baal from morning until night, saying,
16:02
Oh, Baal, answer us. But there was no voice.
16:09
No one answered. Yeah, it's, you remember back in the days when we used phones that had cords, you remember, you dial a wrong number.
16:18
I'm sorry, but the number you're trying to reach has no longer in service has been disconnected. Please check the number and try again.
16:24
Right? But Baal isn't home. He never was home. He never existed. Right? So, but there was no voice, no one answered.
16:31
So they limped around the altar that they had made. And at noon, Elijah mocked them saying, cry aloud, cry louder.
16:39
He is a God, right? Maybe he's musing or maybe he's relieving himself.
16:49
Maybe he's in the bathroom taking a dump. That's kind of the gist of that. Yeah, but maybe he's relieving himself or maybe he's on a journey or perhaps he's asleep and must be awakened.
16:59
And so they cried aloud and they cut themselves after their custom with swords and lances until the blood gushed out upon them.
17:07
You'll note that the one true God doesn't require your blood. He gave his only begotten son and he bled and died for your sins.
17:17
Right? So at his midday passed, they raved on until the time of the offering of the oblation.
17:24
But no, there was no voice. No one answered. No one paid attention. We're sorry.
17:30
The number you are trying to reach is no longer in service or has been disconnected. Please check the number and try again.
17:36
So then Elijah said to all the people, come near to me. All the people came near to him. He repaired the altar of Yahweh.
17:43
By the way, Ahab is there. The king of the northern kingdom is there. All right? He repaired the altar of Yahweh that had been thrown down.
17:51
Elijah took 12 stones according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, to whom the word of Yahweh came, saying,
17:57
Israel shall be your name. And with the stones he built an altar in the name of Yahweh. He made a trench about the altar as great as would contain two sayers of seed.
18:07
He put the wood in order, cut the bull in pieces, laid it on the wood, filled four jars with water, poured on the burnt offering and on the wood.
18:15
And he said, do it a second time. So they did it a second time. And he said, do it a third time.
18:20
And they did it a third time. Ah, he baptized that offering in the name of the Father and the Son and the
18:26
Holy Spirit, the triple holy, kadosh, kadosh, kadosh, Yahweh sabaoth, right?
18:31
All right. So then that water ran down around the altar, filled the trench also with the water.
18:38
And at the time of the offering, the oblation, three in the afternoon is when this is, Elijah the prophet came near.
18:44
Three in the afternoon is the same time that Jesus died on the cross. Oh Yahweh, God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let it be known this day that you are
18:53
God in Israel, that I am your servant, that I have done all these things at your word. Answer me, oh
18:58
Yahweh, answer me that this people may know that you, oh Yahweh, are God and you have turned their hearts back.
19:06
Then the fire of Yahweh fell, consumed the burnt offering and the wood and the stones and the dust and licked up the water that was in the trench.
19:15
And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and said, Yahweh, he is
19:21
God. Yahweh, he is God. All right. And then
19:27
Elijah said to them, seize the prophets of all, let none of them escape. And then they seized them and Elijah brought them down to the
19:34
Brook Kishon and he slaughtered them there. And then Elijah said to Ahav, who was there, who witnessed all of this, and you'll know that God wills for Ahav and his wife, the princess of Baal, to repent and for them to be forgiven.
19:48
God is acting mercifully even towards them to turn their hearts back to him. So Elijah said to Ahav, you go up, you eat and you drink for there's the sound of the rushing of rain.
19:59
I told you it wasn't going to rain until I said so, right? So Ahav went up to eat and to drink and Elijah went up to the top of Mount Carmel.
20:05
He bowed himself down to the earth, put his face between his knees and he said to his servant, go up, look toward the sea.
20:14
And they went up and looked and said, there's nothing. And he said, you go up again, seven times. And at the seventh time, he said, behold, a little cloud, like a man's hand is rising from the sea.
20:24
And he said, you go up and say to Ahav, prepare your chariot and go down, lest the rain stop you. And in a little while, the heavens grew black with clouds and wind and there was a great rain and Ahav rode and went to Jezreel.
20:36
And the hand of Yahweh was on Elijah and he gathered up his garment and ran before Ahav to the entrance of Jezreel.
20:43
So Ahav told Jezebel, and here's where we're going to kind of do a little skipping around because I want you to see how this kind of works in the bigger story.
20:51
Ahav told Jezebel all that Elijah had done. You know, so there was a showdown.
20:58
He said, the God who answers by fire, he's God. Our prophets who've been eating at your table, honey, they've been, well, you know, they're all dead because you know, for hours they were raving on and on and on and on and no one answered.
21:13
But Elijah, you know, he took his animal, prayed, you know, after baptizing that thing three times, he prayed and wouldn't you know it, the fire fell from heaven and now all your prophets are dead.
21:26
I mean, that means Yahweh's the real God, right? See, the right response here is that Jezebel go, oh,
21:32
I was deceived. But all isn't real. I need to repent and believe in the real
21:38
God. Maybe I should call out to him to forgive me for my idolatry. Does she do that?
21:44
No. Alright, so Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah saying, so may the gods do to me and more so also if I do not make your life as life of one of them by this time tomorrow.
21:57
And so, Elijah was afraid and he rose and ran for his life and came to Beersheba, which belongs to Judah, and he left his servant there.
22:05
So, this is where we're gonna leave off with Elijah, at least this portion of it. But here's the thing, is that later on God will send his prophet to prophesy the death of Jezebel because of her impenitence.
22:20
And as you read the rest of 1 Kings from this point forward, you can see that God was merciful in really, really going out of his way to miraculously protect the northern kingdom from invasion and its enemies and deliver them.
22:39
And he did all of this because he willed for Ahav and his wife to repent.
22:45
And as you read through the book of 1 Kings, you'll find that Ahav did repent, at least to some degree.
22:52
Jezebel, never, never. And so, because she persisted in her sin, her idolatry, her hatred of the one true
23:02
God, her unbelief, and her murdering of God's prophets, at some point, well,
23:08
God's going to say, enough is enough. And that's exactly what he ended up doing.
23:14
So, let me kind of fast forward into the book of 2 Kings chapter 9, and this is where we'll pick up.
23:20
It says that Elisha, the prophet, called one of the sons of the prophets and said to him, tie up your garments, take this flask of oil in your hand, and go to Ramoth Gilead.
23:29
Now, by the way, Ahav, by this point, is dead, all right? And Jezebel's grandson is the king of Judah, all right?
23:40
He is the king of Judah. And her daughter, Athaliah, is the queen mother of Judah.
23:47
Okay, really crazy when you think about it. But Ahav is dead. And so, now
23:53
God is going to exact judgment and fulfill the words of the prophet against Jezebel for her impendence, also execute the words of God's judgment against the whole house of Ahav, and cut them off completely.
24:08
In the types and shadows, this is an example of God acting in final judgment, all right?
24:13
It's a picture of what's coming at the end of the earth, but you get little glimpses of it in the types and shadows here in the
24:19
Old Testament. So, he said to one of the sons of the prophets, tie up your garments, take this flask of oil in your hand, go to Ramoth Gilead, and when you arrive there, look for Jehu, the son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi, and go and have him rise from among his fellows and lead him into an inner chamber, and then take the flask of oil, pour it on his head, and say,
24:41
Thus says Yahweh, I anoint you king over Israel. Then open the door and flee.
24:46
Don't linger. Get out of there quick. So, the young man, the servant of the prophet, went to Ramoth Gilead, and when he came, behold, the commanders of the army were in council.
24:56
And he said, I have a word for you, O commander. And Jehu said, To which of us all?
25:02
And he said, To you, O commander. So, he arose and went into the house, and the young man poured the oil on his head, saying to him,
25:10
Thus says Yahweh, the God of Israel, I anoint you king over the people of Yahweh over Israel, and you shall strike down the house of Ahab, your master, so that I may avenge on Jezebel the blood of my servants, the prophets.
25:26
And here it comes. She was drunk with the blood of the martyrs, right? Important phrase. And so,
25:32
God's going to exact justice on her and avenge the blood of those whom she murdered who were servants of Yahweh.
25:40
So, I will avenge on Jezebel the blood of my servants, the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of Yahweh.
25:47
For the whole house of Ahab shall perish, and I will cut off from Ahab every male, bond or free, in Israel.
25:54
And I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, and like the house of Asha, the son of Ahijah.
26:01
And the dogs shall eat Jezebel in the territory of Jezreel, and none shall bury her.
26:09
And then he opened the door, and he fled. Now, always remember, vengeance is mine, sayeth the
26:15
Lord. It is not our task to take vengeance at all. In fact, our job as Christians is specifically laid out in Scripture.
26:24
If you're going to die, you're going to die. If you're going to be a witness to Christ and a martyr, a martyr you will be. But understand this, that Christ himself will avenge your blood.
26:32
And so, this is a picture then of what's coming in the future when Jesus returns in glory to judge the living and the dead, and he will exact vengeance on those who martyred his saints in this similar way.
26:46
This is a picture of their judgment. So, when Jehu came out to the servants of his master, they said to him, is all well?
26:54
Why did this mad fellow come to you? And he said, well, you know, the fellow in his talk.
26:59
And they said, that's not true. Tell us now. And so, he said, thus and so, he spoke to me, saying, thus says
27:07
Yahweh, I anoint you king over Israel. And then in haste, and every man of them took his garment, put it under him on the bare steps, and they blew the trumpet and proclaimed,
27:16
Jehu is king. Now, note, this is in the Northern Kingdom in Samaria. Judah, the
27:22
Southern Kingdom, is a different story. And the grand son of Jezebel and Ahab is the king down in the
27:29
Southern Kingdom. So, thus Jehu, the son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi, conspired against Joram.
27:36
And now, Joram, with all of Israel, had been on guard at Ramoth Gilead against Hazael, the king of Syria.
27:42
But King Joram had returned to be healed in Jezreel. So, Joram had gone up to battle against Hazael, the king of Syria, and he was wounded in the encounter.
27:54
And so, he has now come back to Jezreel in order to heal from his wounds. So, I'll read that again.
28:01
But King Joram had returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds that the Syrians had given him when he fought with Hazael, the king of Syria.
28:08
So, Jehu said, if this is your decision, then let no one slip out of the city to go and tell the news to Jezreel.
28:16
So, then Jehu mounted his chariot and went to Jezreel, for Joram lay there, and Ahaziah, the king of Judah, had come down to visit
28:25
Joram. And now, when the watchman was standing on the tower in Jezreel, and he saw the company of Jehu, as he came and said,
28:34
I see a company. And Joram said, take a horseman and send to meet them and let him say, is it peace?
28:40
So, a man on horseback went to meet him and said, thus says the king, is it peace? And Jehu said, what do you have to do with peace?
28:48
Turn around and ride behind me. So, the watchman reported saying, well, the messenger reached them, but he's not coming back.
28:55
And then he sent out a second horseman who came to them and said, thus the king has said, is it peace?
29:02
And Jehu answered, what do you have to do with peace? Turn around and ride behind me. And again, the watchman reported and he reached them, but he's not coming back.
29:12
And the driving is like the driving of Jehu, the son of Nimshi, for he drives furiously. So, Joram said, make ready and they made ready his chariot.
29:20
And then Joram, the king of Israel and Ahaziah, the king of Judah, who happens to be in Jezreel at that time, okay, set out each in his chariot and went to meet
29:29
Jehu. And he met him and met him at the property of Naboth the Jezreelite.
29:35
And here's the funny thing is that over and again, when God exacts his vengeance, oftentimes he does so in ways that invoke the sin that he's avenging in part.
29:50
Now, Naboth was a fellow who owned a vineyard that happened to be adjacent to Ahab and Jezebel's house, their palace.
30:02
And well, Ahab wanted it and Naboth refused to sell it to him. And so,
30:07
Jezebel is the one who came up with this conspiracy to have false charges lodged against Naboth and then had him stoned to death on these false charges.
30:16
Naboth is a type and shadow, if you would, of Christ, okay, the one who owns the vineyard. You kind of get the idea, the imagery fits perfectly with Christ.
30:25
So, when Joram saw Jehu, he said, is it peace Jehu? And he answered, what peace can there be so long as the whorings and the sorceries of your mother
30:34
Jezebel are so many? Ah, so now Jezebel is likened to a what?
30:40
A prostitute, okay? She's a whore, drunk with the blood of the saints. Keep these in mind, keep these in mind, because when we get into Revelation 17, you'll see the imagery, how it fits perfectly, all right?
30:56
So, then Joram reigned about and fled and said to Ahaziah, treachery, oh,
31:01
Ahaziah. So, Jehu drew his bow with his full strength and he shot Joram between the shoulders so that the arrow pierced his heart and he sank in his chariot.
31:11
And Jehu said to Bidkar, his aid, take him out and throw him on the plot of ground belonging to Naboth, the
31:18
Jezreelite. For remember when you and I rode side by side behind Ahab, his father, how
31:26
Yahweh made this pronouncement against him. As surely as I saw yesterday the blood of Naboth and the blood of his sons, declares
31:33
Yahweh, I will repay you on this plot of ground. So, now therefore, take him up and throw him on the plot of ground in accordance with the word of Yahweh.
31:44
You'll note, God's words never, ever return to him void. He would never speak and it not take place, not in this sense, okay?
31:55
There was no repentance. So, when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled in the direction of Beth Hagan.
32:01
He's the king of Judah. And Jehu pursued him and said, shoot him also. So, they shot him in the chariot at the ascent of Ger, which is by Ebleim.
32:11
And he fled to Megiddo and died there. Megiddo? Isn't Megiddo mentioned in the book of Revelation?
32:20
It is. That's kind of the point. So, you can see here in the types and shadows, this is pointing to a future reality and kind of the type and shadows giving us a dress rehearsal picture and glimpse at Jesus's return in glory to judge the living and the dead.
32:36
So, his servants carried him in his chariot to Jerusalem and buried him in his tomb with his fathers in the city of David.
32:43
And we're going to skip forward just a little bit to where we can get, you know, so all of the sons of Ahab are then put to death.
32:52
All right. And in fact, let me back up just a little bit here. Now we're going to deal with the death of Jezebel.
32:58
Okay. This is fun. So, when Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it. Now, a little bit of a note here.
33:05
In the ancient world, there was a practice where somebody who ascends to the office of the king, oftentimes the, well, the concubines and the wives of the previous guy go to the new guy.
33:23
I know it seems kind of weird. You kind of have to think of it the way you think of lion prides. So, you know, there's a practice akin kind of to that.
33:31
And one of the ways in which a guy who was trying to make a bid for being the king, if he could somehow bed one of the previous king's concubines or wives, that would help establish his claim or his stake as it comes to being the king.
33:49
That kind of plays in a little bit here, by the way. So, when Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it.
33:54
And so, she painted her eyes and she adorned her head and looked out of the window. So, what is going on here?
34:03
Well, kind of two things. Number one, she's kind of going, Yoo -hoo! Oh, Jehu!
34:10
And, you know, she's dolled herself up. It's like, I can help you establish your kingdom.
34:16
Want a piece of this? But in so doing, she's also, well,
34:21
I hate to say this, she's engaging in one of the practices of the ancient world as it related to prostitution.
34:30
So, she's not a streetwalker because the ancient prostitutes weren't that.
34:36
They would instead, you know, kind of entice guys by sitting in the So, she's behaving really kind of like a whore.
34:47
That's kind of the point here. Okay. Because, again, Jezebel is in the
34:53
Old Testament, a type and shadow of the whore of Babylon. And we'll get to that. So, she painted her eyes, adorned her head, looked out of the window.
35:02
And as Jehu entered the gate, she said, is it peace, you zimri murderer of your master?
35:08
See, she couldn't even hold her tongue. She couldn't even hold her tongue. And so, he lifted up his face to the window and said, who's on my side?
35:17
Who? Two or three eunuchs looked out at him and he said, throw her down. So, they threw her down.
35:24
Some of her blood splattered on the wall and on the horses, and they trampled on her.
35:30
And then he went in and ate and drank. And he said, see now this cursed woman and bury her.
35:36
She's a king's daughter. But when they went to bury her, they found no more of her than the skull and the feet and the palms of her hands.
35:45
Skull, feet, palms of hands. It's kind of interesting. This is like, what's left of her is the exact opposite.
35:53
You know, if you would, she dies for her sins, rather than having Christ died for her sins.
35:59
Because if you remember, it was Christ's head that was wounded by the crown of thorns that was pressed into his head and the nails went through his hands and his feet, kind of a reverse version of the cross to kind of make the point of just how cursed she was, rather than repenting.
36:15
Had she repented, Christ would have been her curse, taken her curse for her. So, the only thing left is her skull, her feet and the palms of her hands.
36:24
And when they came back and told him, he said, well, this is the word of Yahweh, which he spoke by the servant of Elijah, the
36:31
Tishbite, in the territory of Jezreel, the dog shall eat the flesh of Jezebel and the corpse of Jezebel shall be as dung on the face of the field in the territory of Jezreel, so that no one can say this is
36:44
Jezebel. And so, yeah, yeah, that's that, thus perishes the type and shadow of the whore of Babylon.
36:51
That's kind of the point. Again, I'll make that. And then of course, the rest of the sons of Ahav, they're all slaughtered.
36:58
It's then that we begin to hear about Athaliah. And so, what ended up happening is that when word got back to Athaliah, who's the queen mother, that her son
37:15
Ahaziah had been killed. Well, she then steps in and she takes over.
37:24
She makes herself the queen of Judah. And she's a type and shadow, if you would, of the
37:31
Antichrist. And I think that's fascinating. And Athaliah's character is very much akin to Jadus in the book of the
37:40
Chronicles of Narnia. So, but let's read about her. So, when Athaliah, the mother of Ahaziah, saw that her son was dead, she arose and she destroyed all the royal family.
37:51
She slaughters everybody. Anybody who could potentially have a stake or a claim to the throne of Judah, she kills them, right?
37:59
But Jehoshabah, the daughter of King Joram, the sister of Ahaziah, took
38:05
Joash, the son of Ahaziah, and stole him away from among the king's sons who were being put to death.
38:12
So, she's seeking to kill the king, the one who has a rightful stake. She kills everybody in so doing.
38:20
But one of the rightful kings is stolen away. And where is he hidden?
38:26
You're going to see this. He's going to be hidden in the temple of God itself. It's a great story.
38:33
All right. So, stole him away from among the king's sons who were being put to death.
38:39
And she put him and his nurse in a bedroom. Thus, they hid him from Athaliah so that he was not put to death.
38:44
And he remained with her for six years, hidden in the house of Yahweh. Ah, so where's
38:50
King Jesus right now? Well, he's technically ascended into heaven, but you can kind of say it. The rightful king of all of the earth, oh, he's hidden in the church.
39:00
He's hidden among Christ's people right now. The tides and shadows are just so good. Anyway, so he remained with her for six years, hidden in the house of Yahweh while Athaliah reigned over the land.
39:10
Wrong. She had no legitimate claim. She's totally usurped here. But in the seventh year,
39:17
Jehoiada sent and brought the captains of the chariots and of the guards and had them come to him in the house of Yahweh.
39:24
And he made a covenant with them and put them under oath in the house of Yahweh. And he showed them the king's son.
39:31
So, Jehoiada, the priest, he says, come, come, come, come. Let me show you who's hiding in the house of God, who's hiding in the church, right?
39:39
It's the king. It's awesome, right? So, and so he showed them the king's son and he commanded them, this is the thing that you shall do.
39:49
One third of you, those who come off duty on the Sabbath and guard the king's house, another third being in the gate sewer and the third at gate behind the guards shall guard the palace and then two divisions of you which come on duty in force on the
40:05
Sabbath and guard the house of Yahweh on behalf of the king shall surround the king, each with his weapons in his hand.
40:12
Whoever approaches the ranks is to be put to death, be with the king when he goes out and when he comes in.
40:18
And so, the captains did according to all that Jehoiada, the priest, had commanded. And they each brought his men who were to go off duty on the
40:26
Sabbath with those who were to come on duty on the Sabbath and came to Jehoiada, the priest.
40:32
And the priest gave the captains the spears and the shields that had been King David's.
40:38
Oh, this is so good. So, you see here, he gave, he armed them up with the armor of David.
40:45
Oh, even this and the type in the shadows is just so great. And they, which were in the house of Yahweh and the guards stood every man with his weapons in his hands from the south side of the house to the north side of the house around the altar and the house on behalf of the king.
41:02
And then he brought out the king's son and put the crown on him, gave him the testimony and they proclaimed him king and anointed him king.
41:13
And they clapped their hands and said, long live the king. Oh, man.
41:19
So, here you have the priest hiding the king for six years and them leading the way so that he then is anointed and crowned the king and rightly so.
41:32
Long live the king. But when Athaliah heard the noise of the guard and of the people, she went into the house of Yahweh to the people.
41:41
And when she looked there was the king standing by the pillar, according to the custom and the captains and the trumpeters beside the king and all the people of the land rejoicing and blowing trumpets and Athaliah tore her clothes and she cried, treason, treason.
41:58
Unfortunately, this wasn't a confession of her sin. How odd that the treasonous
42:05
Athaliah, the murderous daughter of Jezebel, who had usurped and made herself the monarch, all right, that her entire kingdom in a day comes to an end.
42:18
And well, so does she. So, then Jehoiada, the priest commanded the captains who were set over the army, bring her out between the ranks and put to death with the sword anyone who follows her.
42:29
For the priest said, let her not be put to death in the house of Yahweh. So, they laid hands on her and she went through the horse's entrance to the king's house and there she was put to death.
42:40
Her kingdom just came to a screeching halt all in a day and she never saw it coming.
42:46
Now, here's our cross -references. All of this, when we read this in the New Testament, the Old Testament is types and shadows.
42:52
The fulfillment is found in Christ. So, how are we to look at this? We'll start backwards with kind of the man of lawlessness, whom
43:00
Athaliah in the types and shadows is pointing us to. And you know, just like her kingdom came to a screeching halt to a quick and abrupt end, you know, came to nothing by the crowning and the arrival of the real king, right?
43:14
Watch this. So, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, this is 2 Thessalonians 2, and our being gathered together to him, we ask you brothers not to be quickly shaken in mind or alarmed either by a spirit or a spoken word or a letter seeming to be from us to the effect that the day of Yahweh, the day of the
43:32
Lord has already come. Let no one deceive you in any way. That day will not come unless the rebellion, apostasy, and the rebellion is in the church, okay?
43:41
Just like in ancient Israel, there was a rebellion, an apostasy against God and they refused to worship
43:50
God properly and were engaging in syncretism and bringing in sorcery and witchcraft and idolatry and mixing it all up together.
44:00
Same way, it's going to be the same in the church and it already is. Okay? But that day will not come unless the rebellion, the apostasy comes first and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction who opposes and exalts himself against every so -called
44:17
God or object of worship so that he takes his place or seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be
44:24
God. And so, Athaliah, because she had no rightful claim to the throne, she was, you know,
44:30
God anoints kings, not queens. You know, she stands as the types and shadows as the ultimate usurper in the same way that the man of lawlessness is a usurper, but the throne he's going to claim is not merely a throne over the nations of the earth.
44:46
He's going to claim the very throne of God for himself, proclaiming himself to be
44:53
God, right? Do you not remember that when I was still with you, I told you these things.
45:00
And so, you know what's restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time. What's restraining him is probably the
45:05
Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit restraining him. And over time, those restraints become less and less and less as we get closer to the return of Christ.
45:15
Only he who restrains it will do so until he's out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord Jesus will kill with the breath of his mouth and bring to nothing by the appearance of his coming.
45:25
Aha, right? So, here you got this idea then, oh, just as the king came and brought
45:31
Athaliah's reign to an abrupt end, Jesus will bring to an abrupt end the usurper, the man of lawlessness who's empowered by the devil, right?
45:40
He'll bring to nothing by the appearance of his coming. And the coming then of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and false wonders.
45:50
So, you'll know that the coming of the lawless one, the precursor of it is religious false signs, false wonders.
45:57
What's going on on TBN, on the Word Network, on God TV, on YouTube with all these false prophets and all this nonsense, right?
46:05
Ah, that's the activity of Satan to prepare us for the arrival of the lawless one.
46:10
And with all wicked deception for those who are perishing because they refuse to love the truth and so be saved.
46:16
Therefore, God sends them a strong delusion so that they may believe what is false in order that all that may be condemned who did not believe the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
46:27
Okay, so now you kind of see how Athaliah works, but what about Jezebel? And so, we'll do a little bit of work here in the book of Revelation so you can see this, is that Jezebel is a picture of the false prophetess, of the second beast that the devil brings out of the sea, where Athaliah really kind of is pointing us to the first beast.
46:51
I'll explain that in a second. So, in Revelation 12, we're going to read these in context, a great sign appeared in heaven, a woman clothed with the sun, the moon under her feet and on her head, a crown of 12 stars.
47:03
This invokes one of the dreams of Joseph and points to the patriarchs of the
47:09
Old Testament. And the point here is this, is that this is a picture, and I'm going to use a word really loosely, this is a picture of the
47:17
Old Testament church. Now, church is not the right word to describe them, but if we think of churches, those who are believers in the one true
47:28
God, who are in the ancient world, that's what we can call them.
47:33
We'll call them the church for lack of a better way of putting it, but they are part of the true religion, the true worship of God.
47:40
And so, this is a picture of them and it's through them then comes the Messiah. So, she was pregnant, she was crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth, and another sign appeared in heaven, behold, a great red dragon, seven heads, 10 horns on its head, seven diadems, his tail swept down a third of the stars of heaven, cast them to the earth.
48:00
This is a reference to the rebellion that the devil led, that Satan led against God, and a third of the angels joined in this coup d 'etat to overthrow
48:11
God, all right? So, the dragon stood before the woman, again, ancient church, who was about to give birth so that she bore her child and he might devour it.
48:21
She gave birth to a male child, one who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, but her child was caught up to God and to his throne.
48:29
And the woman fled into the wilderness where she had a prepared by God in which she is to be nourished for 1260 days.
48:36
Now, war arose in heaven. So, after Christ's ascension, war arises in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon and the dragon and his angels fought back, but he was defeated and there was no longer any place for them in heaven.
48:48
And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent who was called the devil and Satan. He's no longer up there accusing us, by the way, which is one of the reasons why we don't have to worry about filing lawsuits in the court of heaven, it's nonsense, right?
49:01
So, the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent who's called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world.
49:07
He was thrown down to the earth and his angels were thrown down with him. And then I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our
49:16
God and the authority of his Christ have come for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down who accuses them day and night before God, and they have conquered him by the blood of the lamb, right on.
49:28
It's the blood of Christ that silences the accusations of the devil. Christ has bled and died for your sins and mine.
49:35
You need not fear the devil and his ragings, right? For they have loved their lives, they have not, they have loved not their lives, even unto death.
49:44
Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them, but woe to you, O earth, and see for the devil has come down to you in great wrath, because he knows his time is short.
49:57
So, for a little less than 2 ,000 years, the devil has been on a rampage, but restrained, on a rampage, yet restrained, knowing that his time is short.
50:07
And so, here in Revelation 13, in just a minute, you're going to see that he's going to conjure up two ultimate weapons to fight against the church.
50:15
So, when the dragon saw that he had been thrown down to the earth, he pursued the woman, the church, who had given birth to the male child.
50:22
The woman was given two wings of the great eagle so that she might fly from the serpent into the wilderness, to the place where she's to be nourished for a time, time and half a time.
50:31
And the serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman to sweep her away with a flood.
50:37
But the earth came to help, to the help of the woman, and the earth opened up its mouth and swallowed the river that the dragon had poured from his mouth.
50:44
So, then the dragon became furious, terrifying if you think about it, right?
50:50
He became furious with the woman and went off to make war with the rest of her offspring. Okay, so, the
50:57
Old Testament church gives birth to the church, we're the offspring of the ancient church, right?
51:03
And so, the dragon in great wrath is making war against biblical true
51:09
Christianity. And on those who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus, and he stood on the sand of the sea, now he's going to conjure up two big ultimate weapons.
51:21
Then I saw a beast rising out of the sea, you can see the dragon going like this, you know, conjuring it out of the sea with 10 horns, seven heads, 10 diadems on its horns and blasphemous names on its heads.
51:36
It sounds like something from Daniel, right? And then the beast that I saw was like a leopard, its feet were like a bear's, his mouth was like a lion's mouth, and to it the dragon gave his power and his throne and his great authority.
51:51
You see, this is what the devil offered Jesus, if Jesus would just worship him, yeah, the temptations of Christ, this is what the devil offered
51:58
Christ. But now he's going to wage war against Jesus and the saints and against the church.
52:06
And so, he gives his authority not to Christ, he gives it to this political beast.
52:12
One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed and the whole earth marveled as they followed the beast.
52:19
And they worshiped the dragon for he had given his authority to the beast. And they worshiped the beast saying, who is like the beast and who can fight against it.
52:27
And then the beast was given a mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for 42 months.
52:33
It opened its mouth to utter blasphemies against God, blaspheming his name and his dwelling, that is those who dwell in heaven.
52:40
Also, it was allowed to make war on the saints, lovely, kind of the way
52:45
Jezebel did, you know, to make war on and to what? Conquer them.
52:53
Yeah. Yeah, that's right. Buckle up.
52:59
Our job is to die. So, authority was given to it over every tribe, people, language, and nation, all who dwell on the earth and worship it.
53:10
Everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the lamb who was slain.
53:17
If anyone has an ear, let him hear. All right. So, what's our job? Well, if anyone's to be taken captive, to captivity he goes.
53:24
If anyone's to be slain with the sword, with the sword he's going to be slain. Don't worry. Christ will avenge your blood.
53:31
Trust me. His words never return to us, to him void. So, here's then a call for endurance and faith of the saints.
53:38
What's our job here? Patient endurance. If you're going to be, if you're going to be put in prison, into a prison camp, if you're going to be slain and murdered or martyred, well, so be it.
53:49
Don't worry. Your blood will be avenged by Christ. So, then I saw another beast rising out of the earth.
53:55
This is beast number two. All right. This is the one that Jezebel corresponds with. It had two horns like a lamb.
54:01
It spoke like a dragon. Weird way for a lamb to talk. Hi there.
54:07
I'm a lamb. Yeah. Right. A lamb that speaks like a dragon.
54:15
What does Satan do? He masquerades as an angel, as an angel of light. That's the point here. This is false religion and this is false
54:24
Christianity. These are perverse apostate forms of Christianity designed to deceive you and ultimately point you to the first beast to worship it.
54:35
So, it exercises all the authority of the first beast in its presence. And it makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast whose mortal wound was healed.
54:43
It performs great signs, even making fire come down from heaven to the earth in front of people.
54:49
And by the signs that it is allowed to work in the presence of the beast, it deceives those who dwell on the earth, telling them to make an image for the beast that was wounded by the sword and yet lived.
55:00
Now, this invokes Jesus's words from Matthew 24. Let me show you.
55:06
In fact, let me pull this up over here. In Matthew chapter 24, Christ warns us of the deceptions of the days immediately before his return.
55:19
And he says this. So, he says, all right, let me back this up.
55:27
Okay. If those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved, but for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short.
55:33
If anyone says to you, here is the Messiah, the anointed one, the Christ, or there he is, don't believe it, for false anointed ones, that's after you have to think of a
55:45
Christ, is false anointed ones and false prophets will arise and they will perform great signs and wonders so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.
55:57
See, I've told you beforehand. So, we see then here in Revelation that the second beast performs great signs and wonders, even making fire come down from heaven in front of the people of the earth.
56:11
And by these signs is allowed to work in the presence of the beast. It deceives those who dwell on the earth.
56:16
This is what Christ was referring to. So, this is false religion, false signs, false wonders, and even real signs and real wonders, like calling fire down from heaven all to deceive people.
56:28
But this is the work of the second beast. Then if you fast forward a little bit into Revelation chapter 16, when we talk about the bowl judgments, the sixth angel, when he poured out his bowl on the great river
56:41
Euphrates, its waters dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east. And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs.
56:54
And so, here we see that that second beast that was conjured up, the one that looked like a lamb, but spoke like a dragon, it is referred to in Revelation 16 as what?
57:06
The false prophet. This is false religion, false manifestations, false
57:11
Christianity, apostate Christianity, and apostate religions, which are all working in cahoots to ultimately get you to worship the first beast.
57:21
That's kind of the point. And then in Revelation 17, we get the ultimate revelation of what that second beast is and then how it relates to Jezebel.
57:32
And then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, come, I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who is seated on many waters, with whom the kings of the earth had committed sexual immorality and with the wine of whose sexual immorality the dwellers on the earth have become drunk.
57:49
And he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was full of blasphemous names and it had seven heads and ten horns.
57:59
And the woman was arrayed in purple, that's royalty, and scarlet adorned with gold and jewels and pearls holding in her hand a cup, a golden cup full of abominations and the impurities of her sexual immorality.
58:11
And on her forehead was written a name of mystery, Babylon, the great mother of prostitutes and of the earth's abominations.
58:18
And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of the martyrs of Jesus." Ah, so the second beast is the false prophet who is also the whore of Babylon who's drunk with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus, right?
58:34
When I saw her, I marveled greatly. But the angel said to me, why do you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and the beast with the seven heads and the ten horns that carries her.
58:44
The beast that you saw was and is not and is about to rise from the bottomless pit and then go to destruction.
58:51
And the dwellers on the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life and the foundation of the world will marvel to see the beast because it is and was and is, and it was and is not and is to come.
59:01
Notice this is like a reversal of the idea of, you know, that God is, the God who is, was and is to come.
59:09
If the devil with this, you know, this, this antichrist beast kind of thingy, it's the one that was, is not, and then is to come.
59:16
It's a reversal of what we talk about God. So, this calls for a mind with wisdom.
59:22
The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated. There are also seven kings, five of whom have fallen.
59:29
One is, and the other has yet to come. And when he does come, he must remain only for a little while. Talking about the usurper, the man of lawlessness here.
59:36
I always find it fascinating that the seven mountains is mentioned here. I just sit there and go,
59:42
I know that the historic interpretation of this has to do with the seven hills of Rome, but I just find it fascinating that the seven mountain mandate is associated so closely with the
59:53
NAR and the false people and these false manifestations of Christianity. You know, just saying.
59:59
So, as for the beast that was and is not and is an eighth, but it belongs to the seven and it goes to destruction.
01:00:05
The 10 horns that you saw are 10 kings who have not yet received royal power and they are to receive authority as kings for one hour together with the beast.
01:00:13
These are of one mind and they hand over their power and authority to the beast. They will make war on the lamb and the lamb will conquer them for he is the
01:00:21
Lord of lords and king of kings and those with him are called chosen and faithful. And the angel then said to me, the waters that you saw where the prostitute is seated are peoples and multitudes and nations and languages and the 10 horns that you saw, they and the beast will hate the prostitute and they will make her desolate and naked and devour her flesh and burn her up with fire for God has put it in their hearts to carry out his purpose by being of one mind and handing over their royal power to the beast until the words of God are fulfilled.
01:00:52
And the woman that you saw is the great city and it has dominion over the kings of the earth.
01:00:59
So, there you go. I mean, it's kind of a lot to take in. But the general idea then is this, if you rightly understand the types and shadows of the
01:01:08
Old Testament as it relates to Jezebel and Athalia, Jezebel is a picture of the false, syncretistic, idolatrous, and murderous apostate religions and especially apostate
01:01:23
Christianity, the apostate Christianity that's prophesied in 2 Thessalonians that makes war against the truth within the visible church.
01:01:34
So, if anything, people who are under the influence of Jezebel, you have to kind of pull it forward and say,
01:01:43
Jezebel is just a picture, a type and shadow of the reality of the whore of Babylon, which is false religion, which was created by the devil and false forms of Christianity.
01:01:54
It looks like a lamb has the voice of dragon. It's the false prophet. It's the whore of Babylon. It's a picture of apostate
01:02:01
Christianity designed to deceive you and it's one of the mega weapons of the devil.
01:02:07
And that takes on multiple forms, multiple forms, and it's alive and well present today. And I would even argue that that being the case, for sure, for sure,
01:02:17
Jennifer LeClaire, the sneaky squid woman, she's under the influence and an agent of the whore of Babylon and Jezebel.
01:02:26
Athaliah is a type and shadow of the man of lawlessness, the usurper who takes over but is overthrown in a day, whose all of their plans come to naught in a moment when the real king arrives.
01:02:40
That's kind of the picture then, you know, between the two. So, everyone say, well, the United States is under the influence of the
01:02:47
Jezebel spirit. Jezebel and the concept of Jezebel and the concept of the whore of Babylon, oh, it's alive and well and growing in power and strength within the visible church today, for sure.
01:03:01
But let's come back to Jennifer LeClaire and just listen a little bit, shall we? And so,
01:03:06
I didn't have the fullness of the Revelation until I wrote this book. And then we had to publish it. We had to publish it.
01:03:12
I couldn't write any more because the book's not about this. So, this is a new book that just came out. I'd suggest you get both of them together, but I'm going to tell you the dream.
01:03:18
I'm going to share it with you. I'm going to share with the interpretation, you know, because it's not about you buying a book. Yeah, I want you to buy the books, but...
01:03:23
Yeah, I know you do. It is about us buying the books. And I wouldn't pay you a slug nickel for this. I'm going to share it with you because that's how important it is.
01:03:29
I'm not holding it hostage. I know a lot of people, they have dreams and visions. And if you buy this 13 -part course, you know,
01:03:35
I'll share it with you about what each angel said or whatever it was. I see a lot of goofy stuff over the years. But this right here, this is a mess, not the book but the person.
01:03:42
Check this out. She doesn't really have red hair, but this is what I'm going to share with you because you cannot go after Jezebel and not have retaliation from Jezebel's daughter,
01:03:51
Adalia. It's another spirit. It's another spirit. This spirit of Adalia... No, these are archetypes.
01:03:57
These are pictures of a reality that was present today for sure. Actually has the worst characteristics of Ahab and Jezebel put together.
01:04:05
Can you imagine? I mean, she's the daughter. So now, you know, I'm going to share the dream with you in just a minute, but I got to set this up. Adalia, Adalia, Athalia, however you want to say it, it's a wicked demon spirit and it's more wicked than...
01:04:13
No, it's not. Jezebel. It's more wicked than Jezebel. I want you to share this with somebody right now. I want you to share it because...
01:04:20
Oh, I'm sharing it all right. You're not going to like my analysis. I feel like this is going to answer a lot of questions for a lot of people.
01:04:26
I just feel like this is an Aha moment for so many people. I truly do. So share this with everyone you can share it with.
01:04:33
Let's expose this. Why? Because an enemy exposed is an enemy defeated, right? You hear me say that all the time. We've even got a t -shirt on my website.
01:04:38
An enemy exposed is an enemy defeated. So this spirit of Adalia actually murdered her own grandchildren.
01:04:45
Yeah. Yes, she did, of course. So that she could take the throne of Judah. She was the only ever female monarch in Israel.
01:04:52
She was the queen of Judah. She had her kids killed. I mean, her grandkids around. It's even worse. Who kills their grandbabies? Who kills their grandbabies?
01:04:58
So, you know, I was writing a book many years ago and someone said, well, you know, Jennifer, you can't say that Adalia is worse than Jezebel. Yes, I can. She killed her grandkids.
01:05:04
This spirit is like the worst parts of Ahab and Jezebel put together. And Ahab was pretty wicked too, by the way.
01:05:09
The Bible said that Ahab did more to provoke the Lord than any other king before him. And that was saying a lot because Jeroboam is pretty wicked stuff.
01:05:16
But it said Ahab did more to provoke the Lord than any other king before him. He married that woman Jezebel. Why would that provoke the
01:05:21
Lord? Because Jezebel brought in the flunkies of idolatry into Israel, worse than Jeroboam. And Jeroboam was pretty wicked. So notice what she's doing here is she's trying to, you know, kind of cherry pick little bits of scripture to form the interpretation of what she claims is a prophetic dream about Jezebel and Athalia, who she claims are demon spirits that are operating today.
01:05:42
And so I want to share this with you. I want to share this, this vision. It was first here, and I've also shared it here.
01:05:48
This has stuff that you need to know in order. I don't need your visions, lady. I just need the scriptures.
01:05:54
To fight. But this has a deeper, deeper revelation of just Adalia annihilating the spirit of Adalia, Thalia, Adalia, whatever you want to call her.
01:06:01
I don't care. It's a demon power, and it's wicked. Yeah, it sounds to me like Jennifer LeClaire is a victim of a sneaky squid attack.
01:06:07
So let's get into this now. If you've shared this, say amen. Keep talking to me. Keep letting me know your thoughts. And so in this dream, listen, if you're just coming in now, you're gonna have to go back and start from the beginning afterwards because I'm not gonna start over.
01:06:18
But in this dream, listen, in this dream, I was in a house. And this house was, it was unfamiliar to me.
01:06:25
It wasn't a large house necessarily, but it was a house that was, it was crowded with people. It was overcrowded. I mean, there's so many people packed into this house.
01:06:31
It was like, you'd almost just feel uncomfortable. Almost like, you know, when you see in the movies or on TV, when, when somebody, their parents go out of town, there's a huge house party and there's just people.
01:06:39
All right. So you went to a party, you had some bad pizza, you know, how old were the sardines?
01:06:44
What were you thinking? I mean, clearly it had a negative impact on your dream. Everywhere. That's how it was. Almost like a college party house.
01:06:51
Living room was, was overcapacity, but nobody seemed to care. They're all having fun. Everybody was enjoying themselves. Listen, in the street,
01:06:57
I could not discern what was the occasion because it seemed very festive. It seemed like everyone's having a blast, but I didn't know why they were there.
01:07:04
I didn't understand why they were, they were celebrating. I didn't get it. None of this is from God. None of this.
01:07:10
This is just utter, just tripe. It's a complete waste of time to listen to this woman as if somehow this dream is a message from God.
01:07:18
Hi, man. Hi, I'm Hogg. It was as if, listen, it was as if the Holy Spirit picked me up and transported me in the spirit to a faraway place into an event that was already in progress.
01:07:29
I just, I, you know, here I am. I don't know what's going on. I didn't come into the door. I was just in the dream. I was just in this house. And so I kept on watching and in this very congested home, and there were
01:07:38
Christians, by the way, I don't know how I knew there were Christians, but in dreams, many times you just, you just know things. You just know that, you know, it's a knowing, right?
01:07:45
So, you're going to note that what's the function here of this stuff? To draw you away from the real voice of God, which is found in the scriptures and to hook your mind and think, well,
01:07:58
God's talking to me over here in this dream, and I don't know what it means, but maybe if I pray, I can get some kind of interpretation and understand the mystery that the
01:08:06
Lord is trying to speak to me. And then I can write a book about it and make a lot of money and then write another book and make even more money.
01:08:14
No, no. Everything we need is in the scriptures, everything. And the right understanding then of how
01:08:22
Jezebel and Athaliah work in the types and shadows in the relation then back to the man of lawlessness, the first beast and the whore of Babylon.
01:08:30
If you study the scriptures, you can see those connections and you are well prepared then by the real word of God in order to patiently endure in faith in the face of persecution, even if it gets to the point of persecution of what's described in the days immediately before the return of Christ.
01:08:51
You have everything you need. You don't need Jennifer LeClaire's pizza dream to, you know, to assist you along these lines.
01:08:59
This is nonsense. All of these things are deceptions to take you away from the real voice of God found in the scriptures and chase after voices that are not the voice of God, but kind of like the
01:09:11
Pied Piper, are voices that are leading you down a path to your destruction rather than to Jesus Christ and to eternal life.
01:09:20
Hopefully you found this helpful. If so, all the information on how you can share the video is down below in the description.
01:09:26
And until next time, may God bless you in the grace and mercy won by Jesus Christ and his vicarious death on the cross for all of your sins.
