Frankie for much much longer than I have. I've known Frankie for the last eight or nine years or so something like about nine years,

I guess and Frankie was indeed saved out of homosexuality and I'm gonna play the full video of her testimony at the end here of this video because it is a it's a very powerful testimony and I believe it will encourage you greatly and Hopefully you can if you have friends or family members that you know are

Homosexuals you can share this with them and I hope it will be an encouragement to that person.

Of course. This is pride month and it's everywhere. We look we can't get around it, right? Everywhere you turn around you say pride this pride that and all that kind of stuff

I hope that's the case anyway But I thought it would be a good opportunity to Share with you how to share the gospel with a homosexual.

I'm asked that pretty frequently What's the best way to share the gospel with a homosexual and my answer is quite simply this

You share the gospel with a homosexual the same way you share the gospel with anyone else

There should be no difference in how you share the gospel with a homosexual and how you share the gospel with anyone and I've shared the gospel with a number of homosexuals

Especially as much as I travel in and out of airports and going all around the United States and around the world

I have opportunities to talk to homosexuals, you know fairly frequently and and let's be honest

Most of the time you can tell right when you're talking to a homosexual Maybe not all the time

But most of the time you can tell and so if I have an opportunity to share the gospel with a homosexual then

I'm sure the gospel the same way with them that I do everyone else and I simply bring to bear upon their conscience the law of God and the typically the way

I'll do it is I'll strike up a conversation with the person and I'll say

You know one of these days we're all going to die right and of course everybody has to acknowledge that yes and I'll say when that time comes for you, do you know where you'll go and You get varying answers on that.

Most people will say well, I hope I go to heaven and I'll say well, can

I share with you what the Bible has to say about that and you'd be surprised More often than not people are actually quite open to it

It's not common that I get someone to just shut me down immediately it does happen occasionally but most of the time no most of the time people will actually listen and I'll ask them in kind of a

Ray Comfort style Do you consider yourself to be a good person because most people think they are good and that based upon their goodness?

they'll go to heaven and The person will say well, yes, almost everyone will say yes,

I'm a good person and I'll say well We like to think of ourselves as good because what we like to do is we like to compare ourselves to other people

But God does not evaluate our goodness by comparing us to other people.

He evaluates our goodness by comparing us to himself only God is truly good and he has a standard of goodness and that is the

Ten Commandments and I'll say one of the commandments is thou shalt not lie. Have you ever told a lie?

Well, of course Everybody has told lies every I've yet to have someone say no,

I've never told a lie. Everybody Knows that in the midst of that so I'll say okay, so you're a liar.

You only have to tell one lie to be a liar Okay Another one of the commandments is thou shalt not steal.

Have you ever taken something that does not belong to you and Most people the great majority of people will admit to taking something at some point in their lives

That does not belong to them and I'll say in that case. You're a thief Another one of the commandments thou shalt not take the name of the

Lord thy God in vain have you ever used God's name in an irreverent way and Almost everybody will admit to that and I'll tell them that's the sin of blasphemy and then

I'll say Another one of the commandments is thou shalt not commit adultery Have you ever committed adultery now get varying answers on that some a lot of people will say no, especially if they're

Younger people who are not married, you know, they'll say no and I say well

Jesus raised the bar on adultery because Jesus said if you look at a woman with lust you've committed adultery already in your heart

Have you ever looked at another person with lust and if I know I'm talking to a homosexual say like a homosexual man

I don't ask him. Have you ever looked at a woman with lust? He's a homosexual, but anyway,

I just kind of leave that out of it. I say have you ever looked in another person? with lust in fact regardless of who

I'm talking to straight or gay or whatever if you ever looked at another person with lust and Everybody will have to admit.

Yes. I've looked at other people with lust, you know say that's adultery and so By your own admission.

You are a liar a thief a blasphemer and an adulterer at heart at least

So we have all broken God's laws and I'll tell them we've broken

God's laws thousands of times We have sinned against God in word Indeed and in thought even in our thought life

And then I'll say just like when we break laws on earth There's a penalty to be paid how much more so when we break the laws of God But because we have sinned against God who's eternal the punishment of that sin is also

Eternal and if we die in our sin We will very rightly and very justly go to a very real place that the

Bible calls hell Where the worm will not die the fire will not be quenched

There will be wailing weeping gnashing of teeth in the full Undiluted fury of God's wrath that burns against sin will be poured out for all of eternity and that horror that torture that it will never end and I'll say that's what our sins have deserved.

That's what our sins deserve That's what our sins have earned us the wages of sin is death and some people say well

And I've heard this a lot. Well, well God's a good God, you know, and I've yeah I've done some

I've done some bad things, but God's a good God and he'll understand, you know My good deeds kind of outweigh my bad deeds

I don't you know, I've done some bad things, but I'm still a good person and I'll say well No, you're not a good person because only one is good.

That's God and I'll say Let me use what you just said in a in a courtroom analogy here on earth and I'll say let's suppose

I were to go into a convenience store and Robbed the convenience store at gunpoint and shoot the clerk and kill him and the security cameras were rolling

They they caught me and the footage was there, but I fled the scene but eventually the law catches me and I'm arrested and I have my day in court and they play the tape and Everybody sees it and I'm convicted of murder and the judge says

Justin you've been found guilty of murder. I'm about to pass sentence on you

Do you have anything to say for yourself before I do? What if I were to say this? Well judge,

I think you're a good judge and Because you're good. You should understand that.

I've only killed one person on one day I've lived thousands of other days in my life, but I've owned and I've never killed anybody on any of those other days

I've just killed one person on one day So I think my good deeds outweigh my bad deeds and I think because you're a good judge you should let me go

What if the judge said? Oh, well Justin, um, that's interesting. I never really thought about it that way.

Yep I am a good judge and You're right. You've only killed one person on one day of your life.

You lived all these other days never killed anybody So yeah, I think I'll let you go your good deeds outweigh your bad deeds.

So you're free to go. We'll see you later Have a nice day, and I'll walk out the door and then I asked the person would that be a good judge?

And everybody says no No, and that's right That would be a terrible judge right because a good judge must punish

Crime God is the ultimate good judge and he must punish Sin if he did not punish sin

Then he would not be good And so when a lot of people say that they're counting on God being good and therefore he'll let them off the hook

Even though they've done a few things wrong That doesn't work in a courtroom here and it's certainly not going to work with God It is actually the goodness of God that will seal the sinner's fate

And I'll tell that person That's the bad news That's what your sins have earned you and no amount of good works can overcome the debt

That your sins have incurred against God are your works The Bible says

I'll tell them this the Bible says our works are as filthy rags and it's in Isaiah 64 Works are as filthy rags before God That's the bad news

But then I give them the good news And I say but the good news of the gospel is this is that God has made a way for you to escape his own wrath

God sent his son Jesus Christ to this earth in Jesus was

God in human flesh He was one person with two distinct natures

Truly God truly man and as the God -man Jesus lived a perfect life to the perfect Satisfaction of God and then

Jesus willingly laid down his life on the cross. His life was not taken He gave it and on the cross this perfect person

Offered his perfect life as a perfect sacrifice To perfectly satisfy the perfect wrath of God Died on the cross three days later was bodily raised from the dead proving himself to be who he said he was

God in human flesh and the only way to be saved to have the wrath of God removed is to repent of sin turn from sin and Place your trust in what

Christ accomplished on the cross There is no other way to be saved But if you will do that if you'll turn from sin and place your trust in Christ He will save you you will pass from death to life

God will give you a new heart with new desires and new affections and then one of these days when death does come

Jesus Christ himself will be our reward for all of eternity in heaven

That's the good news of the gospel So I share the gospel with a homosexual in exactly the same way that I share the gospel with anyone else

And if God saves that person guess what goes away the homosexuality goes away

Now the only time I will drill down on Homosexuality is if the homosexual that I'm talking to Professes to be a

Christian and a homosexual at the same time That's when

I drill down on homosexuality and that's when I'll help that person understand that that's not possible.

You can't be a Homosexual Christian. There's no such thing as a gay Christian for one thing dear friends if you're a

Christian Your identity is not in sin. Your identity is in Christ It is as nonsensical to say

I'm a gay Christian as it is to say I'm a bank robbing Christian or I'm a you know, a child molesting

Christian. We don't do that with any other sin so it's nonsensical if you're in Christ your identity is in him not in your sin and Then I will bring to bear what the

Bible has to say about homosexuality And so if you would like some of these notes take notes here

Leviticus 1822 and you shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female.

It is an abomination Leviticus 2013 if there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman

Both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death their blood guiltiness is upon them

Now we no longer live in the Old Testament days. We are no longer under the

Old Covenant. We're not under a an Old Covenant theocracy, so the Penalty of death doesn't know does not apply any longer

But you see the gravity of this sin. It was a very serious sin

Punishable by death in Old Testament Israel, but we can also go to the

New Testament Paul's letter to Timothy 1st Timothy chapter 1 8 through 10 But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully

Knowing this that law is not made for a righteous person But for those who are lawless and rebellious for the ungodly and sinners for the unholy and godless for those who kill their fathers or mothers for murderers for sexually immoral persons for Homosexuals for kidnappers for liars for perjurers and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching

Homosexuality is condemned in the New Testament Romans chapter 1 verses 25 through 27

For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the

Creator Who was blessed forever? Amen for this reason God gave them over to dishonorable passions for their females exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural and in the same way also the males

Abandoned the natural function of the female and burned in their desire toward one another males with males

Committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error

In difference there is no amount of hermeneutical gymnastics you can Do and no amount of hermeneutical hoops that you can jump through to get around the plain meaning of that text

Homosexuality is absolutely Condemned in the New Testament. I would also refer you to 1st

Corinthians chapter 6 verses 9 through 11 Paul writes or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God?

Do not be deceived Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor effeminate nor homosexuals

Nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor revilers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God Make no mistake about it dear friends.

If your life is marked by one or more of these sins Do not be deceived

You will not inherit the kingdom of God Homosexuality absolutely will

Send you to hell. It is not the only sin that will send you to hell

But it absolutely will send you to hell and if you die in that state in a state of unrepentance

Where your life is marked by one or more of these sins Then do not be deceived.

You will not inherit the kingdom of God you cannot be a homosexual and Expect to enter into the kingdom of God.

It's not going to happen. Do not be deceived now look at what

But you were washed you were sanctified you were justified in the name of the

Lord Jesus Christ and in the spirit of our God Paul is saying you were these things, but you're not anymore

You were a homosexual But you are not anymore You were washed you were sanctified you were justified in the name of the

God expends no more anthropomorphic effort if you will saving a homosexual

Than he does saving a liar or saving a drunkard or saving any one of us

God saves the homosexual the same way that he saves everyone else and I don't care what sin you have committed.

I Don't care if you are a homosexual if you will repent of sin and place your trust in Christ You can move from 1st

Corinthians chapter 6 verse 9 to 1st Corinthians chapter 6 verse 11 and you can join the ranks of the such were some of you

But you're not anymore if you will repent of sins and trust Christ The Bible promises that the old things will pass away

Behold all things will be made new God will give you a new heart with new affections new desires

You will begin to love what God loves and hate what God hates You'll have a desire for the truth.

You'll have a desire to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ You will have a love for the brethren.

You will have a love for your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ You'll have a love for the church.

You'll have a love for his word and These are all fruits in keeping with repentance

When God grants repentance, it is always followed always followed by real tangible fruit.

And so That's how you share the gospel with a homosexual same way you do with anyone else the only time you need to drill down on homosexuality is if the person claims to be a

Christian and is also a Homosexual that's when you drill down on it

That's when you show them texts like Romans chapter 1 and 1st Corinthians chapter 6, but tell that person

Hey You're a homosexual You will not inherit the kingdom of God as you are right now

But if you will repent of that sin and trust Christ You can join the ranks of the such were some of you

I Looked him up on YouTube and watched several of his videos. I had heard the gospel in the past but never grasped it

God to forgive and save me to asking him to help me forgive the person who offended me

His days weeks and months have gone by I find myself continuing in repentance and Forgiving easier and praying more for the lost and at times sharing the gospel passing out traps the evidence

He says in John 10 27 through 28 My sheep hear my voice and I know them and they follow me and I give eternal life to them and they will never perish

Lazarus In John 11 for physical death to physical life, he's called me from spiritual death to spiritual life
