00:00: Hey everyone, this is Pastor Jeff Durbin with End Abortion Now. For the past seven years, many of you all have stood with us, you have served alongside of us, you've given financially to this ministry that is dedicated to ending one of the greatest injustices of our day, and that's the slaughter of our pre -born neighbors.
00:18: God has blessed us in this ministry, and we're a part of this ministry fundamentally because we're
00:25: Christians. The goal of this ministry is to end abortion in Jesus' name as Christians.
00:32: We wanted to have a ministry in the area of abortion that was focused on Christ, focused on the gospel, and focused on telling the truth to our culture.
00:42: We wanted to do this ministry explicitly as Christians, under the banner of the gospel, with local churches, working together across the
00:50: United States of America and around the world. And that's what God has done. God has allowed us to raise up over 900 local churches, equipped and trained absolutely for free, with no cost to them, to go out to their local abortion mills, to preach the gospel, to offer help and hope to mothers and fathers who are going inside.
01:10: And because of that effort, we have saved tens of thousands of lives. You've been a part of that with us.
01:17: If you've prayed for us, if you've given financially over the last seven years, you've been a part of that effort to raise those churches up.
01:24: Babies are being saved every single day across the United States of America because of your work together with us.
01:30: So I want to first say, from my heart, thank you for being a part of this ministry with us.
01:35: We've also, because of your help with us over all of these years, been able to give the message of the gospel on our media platforms globally in conflict with the issue of abortion.
01:46: It's changed hearts. It's changed minds. We have messages on our platforms of mothers who came across our content, who were on their way to the abortion facility to have their abortion, and now their babies are alive today because of that message.
02:00: We've been able to raise up churches, raise up Christians to speak consistently to their neighbors, to their communities, and to their legislatures in this area of abortion because of the content that you've helped us to build.
02:12: So I want to say thank you again for that. And we've been able, through your help together with us, to have bills of abolition, equal protection, and criminalization go into states across the
02:24: United States of America. Bills in Arizona, in Texas, in South Carolina, in Louisiana, in Pennsylvania, in Colorado, and there's more coming.
02:33: All of this has happened because you've partnered together with us to end this evil and this great injustice that's perpetrated upon our pre -born neighbors.
02:42: And so thank you for being a part of this with us. As many of you know, the numbers are staggering.
02:49: 60 million plus human beings have been killed in our nation since Roe versus Wade.
02:55: 60 million plus and counting. There's more and more all the time. Now we're thankful that we were able to participate in the amicus brief filed by our constitutional attorney
03:06: Bradley Pierce in the Dobbs case, which ultimately overturned Roe versus Wade. We knew that Roe versus Wade needed to go away.
03:14: It was an injustice, an evil court opinion that the states should have actually resisted. However, that Roe decision was actually in the way of us establishing justice in the states.
03:25: And now that Roe is out of the way, we have almost 10 states committed to putting in bills of abolition in our union in the beginning of next legislative session.
03:37: So we have that happening and Roe is out of the way. I want to just speak to this for a moment. Many, many people believe that essentially this fight is really basically over because Roe is out of the way.
03:48: I want to say that the fight has only just begun. Roe's being overturned has not established justice for the pre -born.
03:54: We are not anywhere close to equal protection. We don't have criminalization in the states across the United States of America where true justice is established for our neighbors.
04:03: And so our fight has really just started. We want to ask you to partner with us in 2023.

05:49: Since we started this work, this has grown in incredible ways. It is truly the grace of God that has brought us to this place.

06:04: We're not a massive ministry. We're not huge. We don't have the tens of millions of dollars coming in like the pro -life organizations.
06:11: We are a local church that is equipping and training other local churches to save lives and that is going to legislators across the country and saying we demand justice immediately.
06:21: End abortion now. And we've only been able to do this because believers just like you have put your hands in my hands and partnered with me in this ministry with our team to make this happen.
06:32: You've done this with us. So all of the tens of thousands of babies that are alive today are alive because of God's people sacrificing, praying, partnering with us.
06:41: All of the bills that are going in next year to establish justice are happening because believers just like you join together with us financially.
06:50: We need your help. We try as a ministry to stay lean and mean and we try as a ministry to make sure that we're as effective as we can possibly be with the truth and with very little budget that we need.
07:04: And so this year we need a little over a million dollars for the budget for 2023. I'll give you an example.
07:11: In one state last year, Louisiana, that bill itself that was unprecedented and it did a lot of damage.
07:17: That bill was tens of thousands of dollars to put into place and to work. And so God blessed it, but we need your partnership as we do this fight.

07:36: We're doing this as Christians. We're doing this because the gospel, we're doing this because we're called to love our neighbors and to lay our lives down for them.

13:17: God will do with your support in the following years. You know, when we first started our ministry to bring the gospel to the abortion mills, we saw the need, we knew what scripture said about it, to rescue those who were being led to death.
13:39: And so we thought, well, obviously, this is something the Christian church should do. That's where the Christian church belongs.
13:45: We want to bring the gospel there, tell the truth, especially there, if anywhere.
13:51: So we started building everything up to get out to the abortion mill and to bring a team, to bring the gospel.
13:58: We wanted to make sure we had, you know, people on standby even to adopt children. And we just wanted to save lives and see people come to Christ.
14:07: I mean, I can remember putting up the camera and, you know, live streaming us at the abortion mill so we can show believers that, look, we're saving children's lives.
14:15: We're seeing saves, we're seeing turnaways, we're having gospel conversations. We turned a live stream on and it would, the comment section was just filled with people who were professing believers, not unbelievers, but professing believers who were saying things like that's not how you reach those women.
14:33: This isn't the right way to do it. This seems very abrasive. This seems mean -spirited because we were saying, please don't murder your children.
14:42: When we initially started doing that, it was the beginning of this whole ministry. And so we had fruit, we had, you know, babies' lives being saved and us doing baby showers for mothers who turned away from the clinic.
14:54: We didn't have a lot of experience with, well, how do you deal with Christians who are telling you don't go out into the public square with the truth?
15:02: Don't tell a mother who was minutes away from murdering her child, please don't murder your child.
15:07: The only way these women are going to come to Christ is if we give them the gospel. The only way that babies are going to be saved is if the church is there, you know, standing up for these children.
15:17: And the only way we can actually minister to these women in the long run is if we show up. And so we were surprised.
15:24: We were surprised. What ended up happening was so many babies started being saved from this ministry that we stopped responding to people who were in the comments saying, this is wrong, you shouldn't do it.
15:40: We just started sharing pictures of the babies that have been saved. So somebody would make, you know, a nasty comment.
15:46: We would just share a picture of Olivia, Grace, and Cara. Or we'd share a picture of Carmelo.
15:54: And that would tend to silence them. I don't think it's wrong to say, you know, all right,
16:00: I'm willing to be open to correction. If there's a better way to do this at the abortion mill to bring the gospel and save lives,
16:06: I'm all ears. How many babies have you saved? How many women have you seen turn to Christ through your methodology?
16:14: And the answer was crickets. We have trained up and raised about 900 local churches, mostly across the
16:23: U .S., but also around the world in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland. We've been to Scotland.
16:29: It's happening in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, I mean, really all over. Churches are getting free training and free resources from us to just go out and bring the gospel into this particular area.
16:42: The Bible actually gives us a view into what the Spirit of God was doing within His people, in the public square, with the gospel message.
16:53: We get a picture of the methodology that actually God used to change the world.
17:01: End Abortion Now is a ministry of Apologia Church. It's a local church's ministry to bring the truth of the gospel into conflict with abortion in the public square in every area.
17:13: And so we knew we needed to bring the church to the abortion mill. We needed to bring the gospel there.
17:18: We needed to save lives. We needed to raise churches up. And we needed to teach and speak into the culture through all the media platforms we have to tell them the truth about this issue of abortion and to bring the truth into conflict with error and with darkness in this area.
17:34: And we needed also to bring the truth to legislators who are responsible before God to establish justice and to preserve these lives.
17:43: And it is a very important area for the church to be involved in because the pro -life establishment, the pro -life industry, has sort of been in charge of fighting this battle since the beginning of Roe vs.
17:57: Wade. And the pro -life establishment is explicit. They express it themselves that they are not approaching this as Christians explicitly.
18:07: The head of National Right to Life has said that explicitly, that their organization tries to approach this from a neutral perspective, not as Christians, not with the gospel, not with the call to repentance.
18:19: If the problem of abortion is sin, if it's in fact evil, then the only solution is God's word,
18:25: God's truth, and the gospel itself. People aren't going to come to life apart from the words of life. And so the pro -life establishment has fought with compromise, they've fought with neutrality, and the result has been over 62 million dead babies.
18:41: The result has been, in states across the union, bills of partiality, unequal weights and measures.
18:48: I mean, the pro -life establishment actually promoting and advocating for and accepting bills that say, you can kill these humans, but not these humans, things that God hates.
19:01: He says unequal weights and measures are an abomination to Him. We've been able to get bills of equal protection, equal protection from conception, all human life begins at conception, it's in the very image of God, and all human life deserves equal protection.
19:16: We've been able to get those kinds of bills into legislatures across the country, from Oklahoma, to Arizona, to Texas, to South Carolina, to Philadelphia, to Ohio, to Louisiana.
19:27: The problem has been that the pro -life establishment has been the major force fighting against these bills.
19:34: We've been getting bills into legislatures, and they've been able to stop them from even getting hearings.
19:40: We haven't been able to get them past the hearing stage until Louisiana.
19:47: What happened in Louisiana was unprecedented. It was historic. In Louisiana, we were able to get a bill into not only the hearing, but also onto the floor.
19:58: When it went to the hearing stage, it absolutely sailed through the hearing stage with a vote of seven to two.
20:06: Since Roe vs. Wade, getting bills of equal protection and abolition hasn't really been a thing until very recently.
20:14: And then we weren't able to get them past the hearing stage, and now we got a bill of equal protection that calls what's in the womb the image of God.
20:24: It's a mustard seed that's starting to bloom into a very big tree, and it's happening across the country.
20:30: We have more states coming very soon. We were even able to argue in the case that ultimately overturned
20:38: Roe vs. Wade. We were able to argue with an amicus brief in that case. And in our amicus brief, we argued that the court must yield to the authority of Jesus Christ, not just the
20:50: Constitution, but that the authority of God's Word and Jesus Christ is ultimate. It's above the court.
20:57: It's above the very Constitution itself. It's a transcendent law. It's an authority above all, and we argued that in the case that ultimately overturned
21:07: Roe vs. Wade. Do you see what happens? Do you see what happens when the church of Jesus Christ brings
21:15: His Word to the world? Light in darkness.
21:22: And we have that message of light. We have to speak it. I hope you join us in bringing that to the world.
21:40: That day, we were standing as Christians for a consistent bill of justice and righteousness and protection, and we had essentially two groups that were warring against the bill.
21:51: Of course, the pro -choicers, but they didn't even need to show up. I think Roe vs. Wade is one of the worst decisions that's ever come out of the
21:58: U .S. Supreme Court. But it's the law. Like it or not, it is the law. It's been the law for almost 50 years. We can't defy the federal courts.
22:05: We don't care how much they're defying the Constitution. We can't defy them. Well, that excuse is gone.
22:11: We're outside the Supreme Court after the landmark decision that overturned Roe vs. Wade and ended a woman's constitutional right to an abortion.
22:20: We're going to win. We've raised up churches in Canada, the
22:27: United States of America, in Australia, in New Zealand, in Northern Ireland, in the Republic of Ireland, in Scotland, all over the world who are preaching the gospel in this area and demanding equal protection for all humans from conception.
22:41: And we've been able to get bills in through the work of the church and through End Abortion Now in states across the country,
22:48: Arizona, Texas, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Colorado. I mean, it's something that's happened across the country.
22:56: And ultimately, the huge moment was Louisiana.
23:11: Yeah, so in Louisiana, House Bill 813, carried by Representative Danny McCormick, it was a bill that provided equal protection.
23:18: And what that means is that all the bill did, it actually didn't really create a new law.
23:24: You know, states already have laws that prohibit homicide, right? Murder is already illegal in every single state.
23:30: What House Bill 813 did was it took away the abortion exception to that. So that way, homicide that already protects the lives of born people would now protect the lives of pre -born people, people before they're born.
23:43: That's what the U .S. Constitution says. No states shall deny equal protection. So that's what the bill did. It provided equal protection.
23:49: And that's not just in the U .S. Constitution. That's in the Louisiana Constitution, too. It was a very favorable situation that really is unprecedented in terms of the progress of this kind of work that we're trying to put in place to actually protect life at this stage and make abortion illegal.
24:19: I'm Guto. Yes, Representative LaFleur. No, Representative Marcel. Representative McCormick?
24:26: Yes. Yes, Representative Hodges. Representative Muscarello? Yes. Representative Nelson?
24:33: Representative Sebaugh? Yes. Representative Viglio? Representative Moreno?
24:40: No. Seven yays, two nays. Thank you. House Bill 813 will be reported favorably.
24:48: They approved the bill. They were like, this is common sense. If a fetus is a person, so let's treat them like a person.
24:55: How do we treat other people? Let's treat the fetus the same way. If we truly believe that they're persons, like we've said in the pro -life movement, for 49 years, let's treat them like that.
25:05: The committee said, thumbs up. The bill in Louisiana was historic because the bill made it not only to hearing, but past the hearing and onto the floor.
25:15: This bill was talked about across the country. MSNBC, CNN, The New York Times, everybody knew about this bill.
25:23: And this bill was a big moment because in all the years of Roe versus Wade, the pro -life establishment hasn't been working to criminalize and abolish abortion.
25:31: This was a bill of equal protection, a bill that's consistent with what they say they believe, a bill that says that what's in the womb is in the image of God.
25:39: It's human from conception. All humans deserve to be equally protected under the law. They have not fought that way.
25:45: And so this was historic in that sense, but it was also historic because it made it to the floor in Louisiana.
25:50: And it was a huge moment in Louisiana because as soon as it passed through the hearing stage and it went to the floor, the pro -life establishment was freaking out.
26:04: Over the course of the next week, before it got to the floor of the House, there had been lots of lobbying by pro -life organizations, pro -life politicians, pro -life establishment, pro -life lobby, the pro -life industry.
26:19: They'd been lobbying saying, you've got to kill this bill. And as we moved closer and closer to the day of the actual vote, the establishment came in undercover and they started talking to our legislators, telling them, don't pass that bill.
26:33: Don't pass a bill like that. No bill that would actually criminalize abortion and actually provide equal protection.
26:38: So the day of the vote itself, over 70 pro -life organizations joined together to put a letter out to legislators across the
26:46: United States of America that said that they did not want legislators to put any bills of equal protection in that would actually call it a crime for everybody involved in killing the child.
26:57: They said, we're against criminalizing the mother, which the bill doesn't criminalize the mother.
27:03: The bill criminalizes conduct, criminalizes murder, doesn't criminalize the mother, doesn't even really talk about the mother.
27:09: The law applies equally to everybody, just like the laws that protect the lives of born people.
27:15: It doesn't single out one particular sex. That day we were standing as Christians for a consistent bill of justice and righteousness and protection.
27:24: And we had essentially two groups that were warring against the bill. Of course, the pro -choicers, but they didn't even need to show up.
27:31: There was maybe two or three pro -choicers at the Capitol that day. That's how much they knew they didn't have to lift a finger because it was the establishment, the pro -life establishment that came in and tried to convince all of our legislators to not pass the bill.
27:44: Because fundamentally, they have a worldview that is not a Christian worldview. They believe that they can acquit the guilty.
27:52: There are people who murder their children who should not be seen as guilty of the crime of abortion.
27:58: And of course, again, this goes against the biblical worldview. It goes against Christian history and Christian tradition.
28:05: Christian churches always seen everybody involved in killing a child on the womb as guilty and they need the gospel.
28:11: And so we have, we had our work cut out for us, but it was a big moment. Louisiana was huge because it showed the establishment that this small group of Christians with nowhere near the funds and budget they have can deliver a bigger punch and punch a bigger hole than they ever have in 50 years of Roe versus Wade.
28:35: My name is Zach Lautenschlager. I've worked in professional politics for the last 24 years.
28:40: Focused my career on no compromise political fights, defending the right to keep bear arms and working to return to the right to life.
28:51: Worked with end abortion now for the last three years. Our forefathers sacrificed to that level so that we can stand and fight for the rights to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness using political means.
29:12: Louisiana last year, well, earlier this year is certainly in the last cycle, is certainly another major milestone as legislation moves from a committee to a vote on the floor of one chamber.
29:30: As far as we know, that's the first, one of the first where we won the committee vote and it moved to the floor.
29:36: And this is the way you measure yardage, you measure progress in politics. Every bill is going to have to go through multiple votes and if you can start moving through winning some of those, you're definitely making progress.
29:50: It's really interesting when you talk about, like, how do you put one of these bills in? The truth is, is it's so grassroots and so simple that some of it is honestly, in terms of like political acumen or political power and prowess, it's kind of embarrassing.
30:10: It's literally Christians calling up legislators and saying, do you believe it's human from conception?
30:17: Yes, I need to talk to you. I'm going to pick up the phone and use the publicly available roster of the
30:25: House and Senate in my particular state. And I'm going to call their office and I'm going to ask them, would you consider actually ending abortion?
30:33: Would you sponsor legislation to end abortion? That's the basic level. It's that kind of grassroots, mustard seed kind of moves in states that has brought all these about.
30:45: It's just been a move of the church going to legislators and saying, you said you believe this. Are you a believer?
30:50: Yes. Do you want to protect these children? Yes. This is a bill that's consistent. There's not much to it. For human from conception, all humans deserve equal protection.
30:59: Very simple. And so we've been able to work with churches and ourselves talking directly to legislators to find the legislators who want to be brave, find the legislators who are not going to compromise, find the legislators who are going to be consistent and put the bills in those states.
31:14: And so, of course, when we get the bill into the state, we gather the churches in that state to rally and also to talk to their legislators to co -sponsor the bill and to pass these bills.
31:25: And we're in a new place now because now we're moving into other states in 2023.
31:31: And one of the states that we have is Georgia. So it was exhausting. We were all super tired, but it went really well.
31:39: Good stuff. The representative we talked to is just a solid believer, loves the
31:44: Lord, loves God's law. Didn't even have to teach him Lex Rex. He already believed it and said it himself,
31:51: God's law is above man's law and the Constitution. So that was good. He's a good dude.
31:57: We got his commitment. He wants to do it. He wants to work with us on what it's going to look like in terms of when he has the debates.
32:05: He wants us on his side, Bradley and me, to answer questions as experts.
32:11: He wants to be trained. He wants us to do the groundwork to get the public involved.
32:17: So he knows what he's doing. Solid dude. We are leaving the hotel right now to go to the
32:22: Capitol to film the spots that we're going to be releasing when this stuff goes through.
32:28: Just short spots. And then we return home tonight. We landed like 7 .45
32:35: on time. Georgia is another state similar to Louisiana in terms of its prospects.
32:43: There are quite a few groups on the ground in Georgia right now that are on the exact same page as we are.
32:52: We've met with them. We've talked with them. We're equipping them. They're ready to go.
32:58: They're on the gospel message. They're consistent. They're not compromised. And they're ready to raise up other churches across the state of Georgia and to make sure that everyone knows this is going on so that our legislators can get the support that they need and that the
33:11: Church of Christ knows about this bill and what's going on. So we were able to even go to Georgia and meet with all of our organizations that are out there, some of them.
33:21: To meet with them. They're all preparing right now for this move as Christians to establish justice for the pre -born in the state of Georgia.
33:29: Will it be as impactful as Louisiana and everything that happened there?
33:35: I think it has the potential to be just as impactful, if not more. Based on the climate right now, of course, this is the first legislation at this scale that we're going to be able to shine light on since the overturning of Roe v.
33:50: Wade, which is a big, big deal because legislators, politicians no longer have the excuse of waiting on the
33:59: Supreme Court to overturn Roe. That's already done and gone and over with.
34:05: If anybody has told you that passage of 813 will prevent a single abortion, they misled you or they don't know how the law works.
34:12: Because the fact of the matter is, if we pass this bill and the Senate passes this bill and the governor signs this bill, it will be enjoined the next day because Roe v.
34:21: Wade is still the law of the land. The U .S. Supreme Court said you can't do this.
34:26: Thank you for joining us on this Friday night on A Day That Changed America. We're outside the
34:32: Supreme Court after the landmark decision that overturned Roe v. Wade and ended a woman's constitutional right to an abortion.
34:40: That excuse is gone. You know, a lot of politicians use that, well, we can't defy the federal courts.
34:45: We don't care how much they're defying the Constitution. We can't defy them. Well, that excuse is gone.
34:52: You can't use that one anymore. Roe is gone. Planned Parenthood v. Casey is gone. And a lot of them have said, well, we would do what you're saying.
35:00: We would abolish abortion if it weren't for the court. Well now the court's like, all right, here you go.
35:06: And that's what we're saying too. Here you go then. Here's your opportunity. Put your money where your mouth is.
35:13: Do it. Abolish abortion. We're up against a pro -life industry that even with Roe v.
35:20: Wade out of the way, they're still fighting their fight the same way. Fifteen week bans. Total partiality.
35:26: You can kill this child, but not this child. Heartbeat bills. Roe v. Wade was never the issue.
35:33: They're a business. They're an industry. They're staying alive through regulation.
35:38: We want this to be over and to wash our hands of it and to walk away. I don't want to do this ministry anymore.
35:46: I want justice established and I want this done. So the bill in Georgia, it does what the
35:53: Constitution requires. It provides equal protection. It does what the Georgia Constitution requires and it provides equal protection.
36:00: Equal protection just means one of the laws to protect born people, you protect the pre -born equally.
36:12: I'm looking forward to the battle that's going to happen. There's going to be the abolitionists on one side.
36:18: There's going to be the people who believe consistently that a fetus is a person. They're made in the image of God.
36:24: They should be protected from conception until natural death. That's where we should be protecting them.
36:31: And a lot of people have said that they believe that, but now they're going to have an opportunity in Georgia to prove it.
36:37: Prove it. You say you want to abolish abortion, prove it. Do it. Here's the bill.
36:42: We're going to win. We're going to win. Period. Jesus is, according to scripture, putting all of his enemies under his feet.
36:50: So we're going to win. This is ending someday. We're prayerful that Georgia, of course, establishes justice, but this is going under the feet of Jesus.
37:00: The church is going to have victory over this. It is an absolute guarantee. Listen, listen, listen, because every second counts.
37:16: Listen, because every second counts. Who is guilty in an abortion? Well, we all know that the baby in the womb is the victim, but so often by so many, the woman is held up as the second victim in an abortion.
37:31: So what does the Bible say? Well, Romans 1 tells us that everyone knows God, but that truth is suppressed in unrighteousness.
37:39: And the consequence of that rejection is that the natural function of men and women's bodies is deconstructed in their rejection of God.
37:49: Romans 2 tells us very clearly that the work of God's law is written on the human heart and that the conscience bears witness to that revelation.
37:57: What revelation? Well, the written revelation of God that includes the commandment not to murder.
38:04: Jesus himself tells us in Matthew chapter 15 that evil thoughts and murder are not things that come from the outside into a person, but they come from within the heart to the outside.
38:17: Abortion -minded women are self -deceived, doing what is foolish and reckless.
38:23: They're darkened in their hearts, and they have convinced themselves that this is a self -denying act of virtue.
38:31: Yes, women can be indoctrinated and even pressured to abort. But the bottom line is that anyone procuring an abortion or aiding someone else to is responsible.
38:42: They're accountable before God and before the authorities that he has established. This is why the gospel of grace and the justice of the law are both urgent.
38:52: The mother that deliberately chooses to commit this act against her own child is not a victim.
38:59: The only victim in the typical everyday abortion scenario is the baby in the womb itself.
39:05: Who is guilty in an abortion? The ones offering up their own children as a sacrifice so that all will be well with them.
39:20: No amount of redefinition or playing with language will change what we all know to be true about the humanity of children in the womb.
39:26: What we do not know is if there are any men and women on this council with the courage and conviction to do what is right before their creator.
39:45: Hello, my name is Zachary Conover and I speak in opposition to the resolution today. I come before you today as an ambassador of the king before whom all earthly rulers will give an account.
39:59: I'm here to remind you of your duty to protect life and punish those that would seek to do violence to the innocent.
40:05: Having spoken here before several times, I recall being told that matters pertaining to the issue of abortion were outside the purview of the city council, but Roe v.
40:15: Wade is gone now and so is that excuse. Friends, here we are today with a resolution before us calling on you to defy the

41:03: Your God -given office carries the responsibility of promoting a God -given order of society.
41:10: Lawfulness demands the restraint of hands set on shedding innocent blood and making it the highest priority, not the lowest.
41:18: Supporting this resolution would force you to violate your oaths and become unfaithful, and I promise you
41:25: I do not want that for you today. Those who wish for this resolution to be adopted do not believe in the rule of law.
41:31: They believe in using legality for the legal destruction of law and order. It's for this reason
41:37: I implore you today to be wise and obey the Lord Jesus Christ. His innocent blood shed for sinners is the only thing that builds cities and brings peace.
41:44: The blood of unborn babies can only bring calamity on a people. I'm praying for you today that God would turn your hearts and that you would not deprioritize the protection of the most innocent and defenseless.
41:55: Thank you so much for your time. Do you believe in evolution?
42:06: Yes. Okay. So we evolved from fish to philosophers. We are protoplasm bouncing around in the cosmos, we evolved through unguided processes to get where we're at today.
42:19: That's what you believe? Yes. Okay. So if that's the case, if we are all just protoplasm, bags of biological stuff whose ancestors were fish, on what basis can you complain about anything at all?
42:31: On ethical basis. Where does ethics come from when our ancestors were fish? So what?
42:37: It's a development of sentience. It's a development of consciousness. It's a development of objective morality.
42:44: There are also sentience. There are sentience who have said that that's not a person. I know it looks like a person.
42:49: It's a Jew. You can kill it. There are people who have developed that kind of morality. And you don't have any argument with them because your ancestors were fish.
42:57: You live in an unpurposed, ungoverned universe. Might makes right in your world.
43:04: This is the end of this video. This is your baby. And the source of where all that glorious noise is coming from is their mouth.
43:13: Developing a mouth is no small feat. There are nearly 20 different muscles that originate in the bone and connect to the skin.
43:20: Most of these are used for smiling, frowning, and chewing alone. Everything required for taste and speech, including the teeth, lips, and tongue, is formed by eight weeks of gestation.
43:35: The tongue print is just as distinct as the fingerprint, acting as one of the greatest reminders that the baby in your womb was made especially for you.
43:46: Your baby's mouth is how they communicate, even when they aren't able to speak. Although they won't be verbal until several years after, they can do things like yawn and grimace even before they're born.
43:59: They may even flash a few smiles, usually after 24 weeks. And once they do make their long -anticipated arrival, they will talk the only way they know how.
44:12: In fact, much of what your baby experiences and expresses over the course of their life will be done so through the use of their mouth, speaking, laughing, frowning, reading, singing, giving kisses, comforting others, blowing out their birthday candles, and even saying their wedding vows.
44:36: Those little lips inside you are the same mouth that will say an immeasurable amount.
44:42: They will tell you they need help, that they like the color green, and most importantly,
44:48: I love you, Mama. What's more, they'll learn what words to use and not use from listening to you speak words of truth that will follow them all the days of their life.
44:59: And don't forget, as you teach them what to say and how to say it, you can teach them how to use their mouths to speak on behalf of others that cannot use their own.
45:09: This is the mouth of your baby, the very same mouth that they will have and use for the rest of their lives.
45:48: Do you love murdering children then? Do you have a guilty conscience? No, I don't.
45:54: I'm so proud. I would do abortions every day if it meant... Well, then why not look at it? Why not look at it?
46:01: It's murder. I know. I'm a killer. Do you know that you're still a mother, but you're just a mother now of a dead child?
46:08: Jesus Christ can set you free. If I felt like I wanted to kill my child because of the circumstances that I was going to bring him into this world under, then
46:15: I got the right to do that. No, you don't. Yes, I do. If I want to kill my baby, I'm going to kill that shit. Thank you.
46:21: You said women don't take pleasure in it. But I just showed you that this is the face of abortion.
46:27: Did you kill your baby? Why are you judging us? Don't do this again.
46:36: This is murder. This is murder, ma 'am. The pro -life movement has a lot of women who are active in it who have had abortions.
46:46: And they very much argue that the mother who got the abortion is also a victim.

47:08: Why is abortion wrong? Abortion isn't wrong because it hurts women. Although it does.
47:14: Abortion isn't wrong because babies in the womb can feel pain. And abortion isn't wrong because babies have a detectable heartbeat.
47:23: The reason abortion is wrong is because it's murder. And murder is a violation of the law of God.
47:31: God commands us in his word in Exodus 20, 13. You shall not murder.
47:38: Mankind is made in his image. To assault the baby in the womb is to shed innocent blood.
47:45: Something that God says he hates in Proverbs chapter 6. Psalm 139 tells us that God knit all of us together in the wombs of our mothers.
47:53: In the secret place. His eyes saw our unformed substances. And all the days of our lives were written in his book when as yet there was none of them.
48:03: Jesus himself entered the world as a baby. And he did so to save his people from their sins.
48:10: Galatians 4 tells us that he was born of a woman. Born under the law. That he would redeem those under the law and bring about their adoption as sons.
48:19: And so abortion not only violates the image of God. But also is an assault on Christ himself.
48:26: Why is abortion wrong? Because God says so. Listen, listen.
48:41: Because every second counts. Listen, because every second counts.
48:52: Why should the church speak prophetically to the state? Elected officials often tell Christians not to bring the
48:58: Bible into the public square. And in particular apply it to this issue in abortion. But God created church and state to function together.
49:07: Romans 13 tells us that civil government is God's servant. Charged with bearing the sword of justice against those who do evil.
49:16: One of the primary places that God says his people are to speak his word. Is before civil government.
49:23: Psalm 119 tells us that I will speak of your testimonies before kings. And will not be put to shame.
49:30: This is our calling. Jesus has freed us from our sins by his blood. He has made us into a kingdom of priests.
49:38: He is the ruler of kings on earth. The king of kings and the lord of lords. The one who has been given all authority.
49:44: Who has sent us to our magistrates. To tell them to obey him.
49:50: Why should the church speak prophetically to the state? Because government must obey God.
50:00: So, for you. Was your parents working three, four jobs? Yeah.
50:06: Did you get made fun of at school? Yeah, I was bullied in school. And I'm glad my parents didn't kill me.
50:12: Did you enjoy it? Did I enjoy it? Life is tough, guys. We don't kill people because life is tough. Can I answer you now?
50:19: Because you've had about two minutes to say what you have to say. Your argument is fundamentally. Your argument is fundamentally.
50:27: That because life can be difficult. We ought to be able to kill our children. Because life would be hard.
50:33: Have you had a hard life? Yes. Have you had difficulties? Yes. So, should your parents have just killed you because your life is hard?
50:40: Oh, definitely. Your parents should have killed you. Because your life is hard. No, no. My life.
50:46: Your argument is that mothers and fathers should be able to kill children because life is difficult.

01:05:26: Not unbelievers, but professing believers who were saying things like, that's not how you reach those women.
01:05:33: This isn't the right way to do it. This seems very abrasive. This seems mean spirited because we were saying, please don't murder your children.
01:05:42: When we initially started doing that, it was the beginning of this whole ministry and so we had fruit.
01:05:48: We had, you know, babies' lives being saved and us doing baby showers for mothers who turned away from the clinic.
01:05:55: We didn't have a lot of experience with, how do you deal with Christians who are telling you, don't go out into the public square with the truth.
01:06:02: Don't tell a mother who was minutes away from murdering her child, please don't murder your child.
01:06:08: The only way these women are going to come to Christ is if we give them the gospel. The only way their babies are going to be saved is if the church is there, you know, standing up for these children and the only way we can actually minister to these women in the long run is if we show up.
01:06:22: And so we were surprised. We were surprised. What ended up happening was so many babies started being saved from this ministry that we stopped responding to people who were in the comments saying, this is wrong, you shouldn't do it.
01:06:41: We just started sharing pictures of the babies that have been saved. So somebody would make, you know, a nasty comment.
01:06:47: We would just share a picture of Olivia, Grace, and Cara. Or we'd share a picture of Carmelo.
01:06:54: And that would tend to silence them. I don't think it's wrong to say, you know, alright,
01:07:01: I'm willing to be open to correction. If there's a better way to do this at the abortion mill to bring the gospel and save lives,
01:07:07: I'm all ears. How many babies have you saved? How many women have you seen turn to Christ through your methodology?
01:07:14: And the answer was crickets. We have trained up and raised about 900 local churches, mostly across the
01:07:24: U .S., but also around the world in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, we've been to Scotland, it's happening in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, I mean really all over.
01:07:34: Churches are getting free training and free resources from us to just go out and bring the gospel into this particular area.
01:07:42: The Bible actually gives us a view into what the spirit of God was doing within His people, in the public square, with the gospel message.
01:07:54: We get a picture of the methodology that actually God used to change the world.
01:08:01: End Abortion Now is a ministry of Apologia Church. It's a local church's ministry to bring the truth of the gospel into conflict with abortion in the public square in every area.
01:08:13: And so we knew we needed to bring the church to the abortion mill, we needed to bring the gospel there, we needed to save lives, we needed to raise churches up, and we needed to teach and speak into the culture through all the media platforms we have to tell them the truth about this issue of abortion and to bring the truth into conflict with error and with darkness in this area.
01:08:34: And we needed also to bring the truth to legislators who are responsible before God to establish justice and to preserve these lives.
01:08:44: And it is a very important area for the church to be involved in because the pro -life establishment, the pro -life industry, has sort of been in charge of fighting this battle since the beginning of Roe vs.
01:08:57: Wade. And the pro -life establishment is explicit, they express it themselves, that they are not approaching this as Christians explicitly.
01:09:07: The head of National Right to Life has said that explicitly, that their organization tries to approach this from a neutral perspective, not as Christians, not with the gospel, not with the call to repentance.
01:09:19: If the problem of abortion is sin, if it's in fact evil, then the only solution is
01:09:24: God's word, God's truth, and the gospel itself. People aren't going to come to life apart from the words of life.
01:09:31: And so the pro -life establishment has fought with compromise, they've fought with neutrality, and the result has been over 62 million dead babies.
01:09:42: The result has been in states across the union bills of partiality, unequal weights and measures.
01:09:49: The pro -life establishment actually promoting and advocating for and accepting bills that say you can kill these humans, but not these humans.
01:09:59: Things that God hates. He says unequal weights and measures are an abomination to Him.
01:10:05: We've been able to get bills of equal protection. Equal protection from conception.
01:10:10: All human life begins at conception. It's in the very image of God, and all human life deserves equal protection.
01:10:16: We've been able to get those kinds of bills into legislatures across the country. From Oklahoma to Arizona to Texas to South Carolina to Philadelphia to Ohio to Louisiana.
01:10:27: The problem has been that the pro -life establishment has been the major force fighting against these bills.
01:10:34: We've been getting bills into legislatures, and they've been able to stop them from even getting hearings.
01:10:41: We haven't been able to get them past the hearing stage until Louisiana.
01:10:47: What happened in Louisiana was unprecedented. It was historic. In Louisiana, we were able to get a bill into not only the hearing, but also onto the floor.
01:10:58: When it went to the hearing stage, it absolutely sailed through the hearing stage with a vote of 7 to 2.
01:11:06: Since Roe vs. Wade, getting bills of equal protection and abolition hasn't really been a thing until very recently.
01:11:14: And then we weren't able to get them past the hearing stage. And now we got a bill of equal protection that calls what's in the womb the image of God.
01:11:24: It's a mustard seed that's starting to bloom into a very big tree, and it's happening across the country.
01:11:30: We have more states coming very soon. We were even able to argue in the case that ultimately overturned
01:11:38: Roe vs. Wade, we were able to argue with an amicus brief in that case. And in our amicus brief, we argued that the court must yield to the authority of Jesus Christ, not just the
01:11:50: Constitution, but that the authority of God's Word and Jesus Christ is ultimate. It's above the courts.
01:11:57: It's above the very Constitution itself. It's a transcendent law. It's an authority above all.
01:12:03: And we argued that in the case that ultimately overturned Roe vs. Wade. Do you see what happens?
01:12:11: Do you see what happens when the Church of Jesus Christ brings His Word to the world?
01:12:19: Light in darkness. And we have that message of life.
01:12:25: We have to speak it. I hope you join us in bringing that to the world. That day we were standing as Christians for a consistent bill of justice and righteousness and protection.
01:12:47: And we had essentially two groups that were warring against the bill. Of course the pro -choicers, but they didn't even need to show up.
01:12:54: I think Roe vs. Wade is one of the worst decisions that's ever come out of the U .S. Supreme Court. But it's the law.
01:13:00: Like it or not, it is the law. It's been the law for almost 50 years. We can't defy the federal courts.
01:13:05: We don't care how much they're defying the Constitution. We can't defy them. Well, that excuse is gone.
01:13:11: We're outside the Supreme Court after the landmark decision that overturned Roe vs. Wade and ended a woman's constitutional right to an abortion.
01:13:20: We're going to win. We've raised up churches in Canada, the
01:13:28: United States of America, in Australia, in New Zealand, in Northern Ireland, in the Republic of Ireland, in Scotland, all over the world who are preaching the gospel in this area and demanding equal protection for all humans from conception.
01:13:42: We've been able to get bills in through the work of the church and through End Abortion Now in states across the country.
01:13:49: Arizona, Texas, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Colorado. It's something that's happened across the country.
01:13:57: Ultimately, the huge moment was Louisiana. Yeah, so in Louisiana, House Bill 813, carried by Representative Danny McCormick, it was a bill that provided equal protection.
01:14:19: And what that means is that all the bill did, it actually didn't really create a new law. States already have laws that prohibit homicide.
01:14:27: Murder is already illegal in every single state. What House Bill 813 did was it took away the abortion exception to that.
01:14:34: So that way, homicide that already protects the lives of born people would now protect the lives of pre -born people, people before they're born.
01:14:43: That's what the U .S. Constitution says, no state shall deny equal protection. So that's what the bill did. It provided equal protection.
01:14:50: And that's not just in the U .S. Constitution, that's in the Louisiana Constitution too. It was a very favorable situation that really is unprecedented in terms of the progress of this kind of work that we're trying to put in place to actually protect life at this stage and make abortion illegal.

01:15:27: Yes. Yes. Representative Hodges. Representative Muscarello. Yes. Representative Nelson.
01:15:34: Representative Sebaugh. Absolutely. Yes. Representative Filio. Representative Marino.
01:15:40: No. No. Seven yays, two nays. Thank you. House Bill 813 will be reported favorably.
01:15:48: They approved the bill. They were like, this is common sense. If a fetus is a person, so let's treat them like a person.
01:15:56: How do we treat other people? Let's treat the fetus the same way. If we truly believe that they're persons, like we've said in the pro -life movement, for 49 years, let's treat them like that.
01:16:05: The committee said, thumbs up. The bill in Louisiana was historic because the bill made it not only to hearing, but past the hearing and onto the floor.
01:16:15: This bill was talked about across the country. MSNBC, CNN, the New York Times. Everybody knew about this bill and this bill was a big moment because in all the years of Roe vs.
01:16:27: Wade, the pro -life establishment hasn't been working to criminalize and abolish abortion. This was a bill of equal protection.
01:16:34: A bill that's consistent with what they say they believe. A bill that says that what's in the womb is in the image of God. It's human from conception.
01:16:41: All humans deserve to be equally protected under the law. They have not fought that way. So this was historic in that sense, but it was also historic because it made it to the floor in Louisiana.
01:16:51: It was a huge moment in Louisiana because as soon as it passed through the hearing stage and it went to the floor, the pro -life establishment was freaking out.
01:17:05: Over the course of the next week, before it got to the floor of the House, there had been lots of lobbying by pro -life organizations, pro -life politicians, pro -life establishment, pro -life lobby, the pro -life industry.
01:17:19: They'd been lobbying saying, you've got to kill this bill. And as we moved closer and closer to the day of the actual vote, the establishment came in undercover and they started talking to our legislators telling them, don't pass that bill.
01:17:33: Don't pass a bill like that. No bill that would actually criminalize abortion and actually provide equal protection.
01:17:39: So the day of the vote itself, over 70 pro -life organizations joined together to put a letter out to legislators across the
01:17:46: United States of America that said that they did not want legislatures to put any bills of equal protection in that would actually call it a crime for everybody involved in killing the child.
01:17:58: They said, we're against criminalizing the mother. Which, the bill doesn't criminalize the mother.
01:18:04: The bill criminalizes conduct, criminalizes murder. It doesn't criminalize the mother. It doesn't even really talk about the mother.
01:18:10: The law applies equally to everybody. Just like the laws that protect the lives of born people.
01:18:15: It doesn't single out one particular sex. That day we were standing as Christians for a consistent bill of justice and righteousness and protection.
01:18:25: And we had essentially two groups that were warring against the bill. Of course the pro -choicers, but they didn't even need to show up.
01:18:31: There was maybe two or three pro -choicers at the Capitol that day. That's how much they knew they didn't have to lift a finger.
01:18:37: Because it was the establishment, the pro -life establishment that came in and tried to convince all of our legislators to not pass the bill.
01:18:45: Because fundamentally, they have a worldview that is not a Christian worldview. They believe that they can acquit the guilty.
01:18:52: There are people who murder their children who should not be seen as guilty of the crime of abortion.
01:18:58: And of course, again, this goes against the biblical worldview. It goes against Christian history and Christian tradition.
01:19:05: Christian churches always seen everybody involved in killing a child on the womb as guilty and they need the gospel.
01:19:12: And so we had our work cut out for us, but it was a big moment. Louisiana was huge because it showed the establishment that this small group of Christians with nowhere near the funds and budget they have can deliver a bigger punch and punch a bigger hole than they ever have in 50 years of Roe vs.
01:19:33: Wade. My name is Zach Lautenschlager. I've worked in professional politics for the last 24 years.
01:19:41: Focused my career on no compromise political fights, defending the right to keep and bear arms, and working to return to the right to life.
01:19:51: Worked with end abortion now for the last three years. Our forefathers sacrificed to that level so that we can stand and fight for the rights to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness using political means.
01:20:12: Louisiana last year, well, earlier this year, is certainly in the last cycle, is certainly another major milestone as legislation moves from committee to a vote on the floor of one chamber.
01:20:31: As far as we know, that's the first one of the first where we won a committee vote and it moved to the floor.
01:20:36: And this is the way you measure yardage. You measure progress in politics. Every bill is going to have to go through multiple votes, and if you can start moving through winning some of those you're definitely making progress.
01:20:50: It's really interesting when you talk about how do you put one of these bills in? The truth is it's so grassroots and so simple that some of it is honestly, in terms of like political acumen or political power and prowess, it's kind of embarrassing.
01:21:10: It's literally Christians calling up legislators and saying, do you believe it's human from conception?
01:21:17: Yes, I need to talk to you. I'm going to pick up the phone and use the publicly available roster of the
01:21:26: House and Senate in my particular state. And I'm going to call their office and I'm going to ask them would you consider actually ending abortion?
01:21:33: Would you sponsor legislation to end abortion? That's the basic level. It's that kind of grassroots mustard seed kind of moves in states that has brought all these about.
01:21:45: It's just been a move of the church going to legislators and saying, you said you believe this. Are you a believer?
01:21:51: Yes. Do you want to protect these children? Yes. This is a bill that's consistent. There's not much to it. For human from conception, all humans deserve equal protection.
01:21:59: Very simple. And so we've been able to work with churches and ourselves talking directly to legislators to find the legislators who want to be brave, find the legislators who are not going to compromise, find the legislators who are going to be consistent and put the bills in those states.
01:22:14: And so of course when we get the bill into the state, we gather the churches in that state to rally and also to talk to their legislators, to co -sponsor the bill, and to pass these bills.
01:22:25: And we're in a new place now, because now we're moving into other states in 2023.
01:22:31: And one of the states that we have is Georgia. So it was exhausting. We were all super tired, but it went really well.
01:22:39: Good stuff. The representative we talked to is just solid believer, loves the
01:22:44: Lord, loves God's law. Didn't even have to teach him Lex Rex. He already believed it and said it himself.
01:22:51: God's law is above man's law and the Constitution. So that was good. He's a good dude.
01:22:57: We got his commitment. He wants to do it. He wants to work with us on what it's going to look like in terms of when he has the debates.
01:23:05: He wants us on his side, Bradley and me, to answer questions as experts.
01:23:12: He wants to be trained. He wants us to do the groundwork to get the public involved. So he knows what he's doing.
01:23:18: Solid dude. We are leaving the hotel right now to go to the Capitol to film the spots that we're going to be releasing when this stuff goes through.
01:23:28: Just short spots. And then we return home tonight. I think we landed like 7 .45
01:23:35: on time. Georgia is another state similar to Louisiana in terms of its prospects.
01:23:43: There are quite a few groups on the ground in Georgia right now that are on the exact same page as we are.
01:23:53: We've met with them. We've talked with them. We're equipping them. They're ready to go.
01:23:59: They're on the gospel message. They're consistent. They're not compromised. And they're ready to raise up other churches across the state of Georgia and to make sure that everyone knows this is going on so that our legislators can get the support that they need and that the
01:24:11: Church of Christ knows about this bill and what's going on. We were able to even go to Georgia and meet with all of our organizations that are out there some of them.
01:24:22: To meet with them they're all preparing right now for this move as Christians to establish justice for the pre -born in the state of Georgia.
01:24:30: Will it be as impactful as Louisiana and everything that happened there? I think it has the potential to be just as impactful if not more.
01:24:40: Based on the climate right now of course this is the first legislation at this scale that we're going to be able to shine light on since the overturning of Roe v.
01:24:50: Wade which is a big, big deal because legislators politicians no longer have the excuse of waiting on the
01:25:00: Supreme Court to overturn Roe. That's already done and gone and over with. If anybody has told you that passage of 813 will prevent a single abortion they misled you or they don't know how the law works because the fact of the matter is if we pass this bill and the
01:25:16: Senate passes this bill and the Governor signs this bill it will be enjoined the next day because Roe v.
01:25:22: Wade is still the law of the land. The U .S. Supreme Court said you can't do this.
01:25:27: Thank you for joining us on this Friday night on a day that changed America. We're outside the
01:25:32: Supreme Court after the landmark decision that overturned Roe v. Wade and ended a woman's constitutional right to an abortion.
01:25:40: That excuse is gone. A lot of politicians use that. Well, we can't defy the federal courts.
01:25:46: We don't care how much they're defying the Constitution. We can't defy them. Well, that excuse is gone.
01:25:52: You can't use that one anymore. Roe is gone. Planned Parenthood v. Casey is gone. And a lot of them have said well, we would do what you're saying.
01:26:00: We would abolish abortion if it were for the court. Well, now the court's like alright, here you go.
01:26:06: And that's what we're saying too. Here you go then. Here's your opportunity. Put your money where your mouth is.
01:26:13: Do it. Abolish abortion. We're up against a pro -life industry that even with Roe v.
01:26:20: Wade out of the way, they're still fighting their fight the same way. 15 week bans. Total partiality.
01:26:27: You can kill this child, but not this child. Heartbeat bills. Roe v. Wade was never the issue.
01:26:33: They're a business. They're an industry. They're staying alive through regulation.
01:26:39: We want this to be over and to wash our hands of it and to walk away. I don't want it.
01:26:46: I want justice established and I want this done. So, the bill in Georgia, it does what the
01:26:54: Constitution requires. It provides equal protection. It does what the Georgia Constitution requires. And it provides equal protection.
01:27:00: And equal protection just means one of the laws to protect born people, you protect the pre -born equally.
01:27:13: I'm looking forward to the battle that's going to happen. There's going to be the abolitionists on one side.
01:27:18: There's going to be the people who believe consistently that a fetus is a person. They're made in the image of God.
01:27:25: They should be protected from conception until natural death. That's where we should be protecting them.
01:27:31: And a lot of people have said that they believe that, but now they're going to have an opportunity in Georgia to prove it.
01:27:37: Prove it. You say you want to abolish abortion, prove it. Do it. Here's the bill.
01:27:43: We're going to win. We're going to win, period. Jesus is, according to Scripture, putting all of his enemies under his feet.
01:27:50: So, we're going to win. This is ending someday. We're prayerful that Georgia, of course, establishes justice, but this is going under the feet of Jesus.
01:28:00: The church is going to have victory over this. It is an absolute guarantee. It's all over the news.
01:28:10: Do you know companies like Stericycle? They go to the abortion mill and then they basically take it as medical waste.
01:28:16: It was like a Stericycle company that comes to pick up to dispose of the medical waste. Some Christians and others who were out there were able to get access to that waste box or packages.
01:28:27: There was 115, probably from about a week worth of abortions or less 2 -3 days at that mill.
01:28:38: Yes, sir, like gross, but we don't know the circumstances. What circumstance, though, is it okay to murder an innocent person?
01:28:47: What circumstance is alright? Could that baby sustain itself if it weren't in the womb?
01:28:55: What baby can't? Right. What baby can't outside the womb? So, could I kill a 2 -year -old? My 2 -year -old can't sustain life without me.
01:29:02: So, yes, it's like you're choosing based on location, stuff like that. No, no, you said dependence, sustainability.
01:29:10: That was your argument just now. Right. I wouldn't consider this to be like a person yet.
01:29:16: It's still like half a thing. Is it a human? No. They crushed and sucked the brain out.
01:29:23: It's like a tube in the brain. The head actually concaved. It sucked in because of the suction of the brain out of the baby's head to kill the baby.
01:29:31: Again, we don't know why the person chose. So, do they do that in murder trials?
01:29:36: Like, somebody's on trial for murder and the judge says, but did you have a good reason? And the guy says, yeah, you know, life was tough for me.
01:29:43: I didn't like him. I didn't want him near me. So, I killed him. Would that be acceptable in a court of law? These late -term abortions, yes, they're crazy.
01:29:50: What makes it crazy? Why? Yeah, it's gross.
01:29:57: Here's one that's about, there's one over here that's just really about 12 weeks. Human. I mean, that's a human, right?
01:30:07: My thing is, people that are anti -choice, they spend a lot of time doing this, but do you also spend your other time helping out at adoption agencies?
01:30:20: Yeah, I adopted my son. He was going to be aborted. Brother, I would say, I think what you're doing is for the sake of not being offensive, you're allowing something like this to take place.
01:30:29: I think you're so worried about offending people that you're okay with murder of innocent people. I don't think anyone is happy about doing this kind of thing.
01:30:38: I could show you videos of people who are very happy. You've never been to an abortion clinic? I have.
01:30:44: I volunteer at one. 3 ,000 babies a day. This happens 3 ,000 times a day. Again, I don't think people are taking pleasure from doing this kind of thing.
01:30:53: It's a very hard decision. Aren't they pleased, though, when they finish? Aren't they pleased that I made the right decision?
01:30:59: I've known people that go through abortions and they have felt the immense weight of what happened.
01:31:06: Because it's a lot to go through. Is it because it's killing a child? No, I don't think so. I don't think so.
01:31:12: If it's tough to look at, should it be allowed? Think about it.
01:31:18: What is that? Biologically speaking. It's like a fetus.
01:31:23: Human from conception. You're at LSU. I'm sure you've taken some biology classes here.
01:31:33: I think the choice isn't up to us.
01:31:38: We should be able to kill people at will? I don't think it's the same. Is it human?
01:31:44: You know, back during the time of slavery, they would look at a black man and say,
01:31:49: I know it looks like a person. It's not a person. It's a black man. Fundamentally, where that was an abomination is that we're all humans.
01:31:58: To oppress another human because I find them inconvenient or I think that they're less human than me or not fully developed, that's the same problem that happened in the
01:32:08: Holocaust and in slavery. The plantation owners were arguing the same thing. I think that's a bit different when you equate enslaving an entire race of people devaluing humans.
01:32:19: Why? Because that's like a little thing. It's not. Can I enslave a little black man?
01:32:29: Again, he's like a conscious human with autonomy. Do you know who we're getting aborted more?
01:32:35: This is not. As far as numbers wise, do you know? It's definitely disproportionate.
01:32:41: Do you know there's a reason for that? Because Planned Parenthood sets up in mostly black neighborhoods?
01:32:47: Because who's who are incapable of taking care of their kids? Do you know what Margaret Sanger said about the black race?
01:32:54: She wanted to exterminate them? Yes, there's that thing about Planned Parenthood. They've done a great job.
01:33:01: It's genocide. These communities cannot care for their kids.
01:33:08: So kill them? It's not killing them. That's not killing? Well that's a human being.
01:33:15: How many years are you in your study here at LSU? Two. Have you taken any biology classes? So you know in biology classes, every biological textbook will tell you that all human life begins at conception.
01:33:25: All human life. It does not say that. That's a fact of biology. It's not even disputed in the abortion industry.
01:33:32: You are fully human from conception. You and me. Yes, you're not like a crocodile from conception.
01:33:38: Right, you're human. Everything about you and I at the moment of conception was determined.
01:33:44: Eye color, your genetics, everything about you. The book that writes you was at that very moment.
01:33:50: The only difference was the difference of degree. You were very small. You're not fully developed. So are one year olds and six year olds and nine year olds.
01:33:58: They're still developing and they're still small. I think even taking like a plan B pill after you have sex and stuff like that.
01:34:06: You really think that's bad too? If the human life was created? Really? Yeah, that's the unjustified taking of human life.
01:34:14: And here's the thing, brother. My name is Jeff, by the way. Pleasure to meet you. The problem we would say here is that this isn't a problem of biology or what is the case.
01:34:25: It's human from conception that can't be disputed. It's a moral question because you agree like, okay, yeah, that's a human life.
01:34:31: But it's a moral question. Should I be able to take the life of a child because it's inconvenient or because my circumstances are tough?
01:34:38: And it's really an issue of sin. I mean, what about the accidents though? What accidents?
01:34:44: The accidents when women don't want to get pregnant or people don't want to get pregnant and they do.
01:34:49: They get pregnant because they have sex. Well, yeah, that's a choice. You had sex and what happens in the world, but when you have sex, we know that if we have sex, you can get pregnant.
01:35:03: We have measures in place to eliminate that risk. Right, to kill the babies. So kill the babies.
01:35:12: Okay, by that argument, having sex before you're ready to have a kid is also immoral and I doubt that you'd find a lot of people...
01:35:19: It goes down to it's another moral issue. Did God create us to be promiscuous and to have sex and create life and kill life or did
01:35:28: God create us as unique, beautiful, wonderful creations of God that are in God's...
01:35:34: in God's image. You have choices every day to sin or not sin, to love God or not love God and this is a choice to not love your neighbor.
01:35:41: This is our neighbor. That's a result of those choices. That's our neighbor. God gave us the choice, right?
01:35:47: He didn't give us the permission to murder others.
01:35:53: He gave us a command. He said, you shall not murder. That's a command. Sure, and what happens to people who do murder?
01:36:03: According to Jesus. They didn't... God didn't take that option away.
01:36:08: No, actually, He never gave anybody an option. You have permission to kill. He said, you shall not murder.
01:36:14: That's a command. We violate His law. There's a difference between God's permission and our violation.
01:36:21: We say, no to God. I will not love you. I will not love my neighbor. I will murder at will and that's the consequence.
01:36:28: See, this is, brother, this is a problem of sin. It's not a problem of just choice and, you know, is that really a human?
01:36:34: It's a human. It's a human life and we're murdering them. Well, I think we'll never fundamentally agree.
01:36:40: Is that a human life? This is a loving challenge to you. Is it a human life? Yes. What is the unjustified taking of human life?
01:36:48: Murder. But again, we... I think the choice should still exist.
01:36:54: I don't think you should take the choice away. Would you feel that way about Hitler? He should have had the choice to murder
01:36:59: Jews? This is way different. How so? Way different. Well, it was human beings that he called parasites. Well, he called them parasites.
01:37:06: He said, Jews are not fully human. They're parasites. They had pamphlets they handed out over Germany calling the Jew the parasite.
01:37:13: But we know that that's evil because God's Word gives us a full, comprehensive perspective of humanity, but I think you know in your heart of hearts why that's evil because it's wrong to treat another human being like that.

01:38:19: Do you see the difference, though? Pulling the plug means letting nature take its course naturally. It's different than someone cutting your head off and your limbs off.
01:38:27: That's what we're talking about here. This is not natural. This is sucking... So then we can all agree and say it should just be done more humanely, then.

01:39:00: I'm going to disembowel them, I'm going to suck their brains out of their head. That's not natural. That's unjustified taking of human life.
01:39:08: And brother, I think you know that in your heart of hearts. The issue is sin. But again, we have the choice.
01:39:14: God did not... How about the slave owners? They have the choice. ...forbid us from doing this. Didn't God command?
01:39:19: I'll give you a good example. In God's law, it actually says if you kidnap and enslave somebody, that deserves a death penalty.
01:39:25: That was biblical law. And that flowed through history, and that was one of the reasons why Christians were able to abolish slavery, because they pointed directly to God's law, and they said kidnapping and enslaving,
01:39:36: God explicitly says is a capital crime. Plenty of Christians don't enslave. And what were they doing?
01:39:41: They were sitting against what they knew to be true. The word of God completely contradicted what they were doing.
01:39:47: But when you say we have the choice, did those plantation owners have the choice? Should they just have been able to kidnap and enslave at will?
01:39:54: Again, I think you're equating something that's completely... Well, they were taking humans. We both agree blacks are humans.
01:40:02: They were taking humans, right? And they were dehumanizing them, saying I can do with them, this class of human, whatever

01:45:02: But the issue here is fundamentally moral and this culture has indoctrinated all of us.
01:45:11: It's indoctrinated us. It's taught us to say yeah, less than human.
01:45:17: And that's exactly how they felt during the time of slavery. It was common for people to look around black people and say, yeah, less than human.
01:45:24: He could be enslaved. Like if I walked by the auction block and I saw three black men standing up on posts in a marketplace, at the time it was common fair.
01:45:35: People would go yeah, less than human. They're allowed to do that to them. But if you saw white people up on those posts, people would have been aghast.
01:45:42: Wait, what are you doing? That's a superior human. You can only oppress those humans. It was always sin.
01:45:49: And the only thing that freed us from the bondage of slavery was the gospel itself and the Christian worldview.

01:50:17: And so even sometimes people raised in the church will say, I guess that's what we all believe. But what if it's wrong? What if it's sin?
01:50:23: What if God says that it's sin? We can say that it's sin, but again, that is religion. Outside of, you know, what we're talking about.
01:50:33: Because it's our religion. The beliefs that we hold. Everybody here is religious. So, the person that underwent this operation, if they are not religious,
01:50:45: I don't get... Does that work in court? Think about it. A guy... Let's say a guy molests...
01:50:52: He molests... This happens all the time. It's evil. It's an abomination. Let's say he molests five little girls under the age of five years old.
01:51:00: He comes into court. The judge says this is immoral. This is wicked. And the person goes, I don't share your belief system.

01:59:44: Sixty million plus human beings have been killed in our nation since Roe versus Wade.
01:59:51: Sixty million plus and counting. There's more and more all the time. Now we're thankful that we were able to participate in the amicus brief filed by our constitutional attorney
02:00:02: Bradley Pierce in the Dobbs case which ultimately overturned Roe versus Wade. We knew that Roe versus Wade needed to go away.
02:00:09: It was an injustice, an evil court opinion that the states should have actually resisted. However, that Roe decision was actually in the way of us establishing justice in the states.
02:00:20: And now that Roe is out of the way, we have almost ten states committed to putting in bills of abolition in our union in the beginning of next legislative session.
02:00:32: So we have that happening and Roe is out of the way. I want to just speak to this for a moment. Many, many people believe that essentially this fight is really basically over because Roe is out of the way.
02:00:43: I want to say that the fight has only just begun. Roe's being overturned has not established justice for the preborn.
02:00:50: We are not anywhere close to equal protection. We don't have criminalization in the states across the United States of America where true justice is established for our neighbors.

02:10:29: We knew what scripture said about it to rescue those who were being led to death. And so we thought, well, obviously, this is something the
02:10:37: Christian church should do. That's where the Christian church belongs. We want to bring the gospel there, tell the truth, especially there, if anywhere.
02:10:46: So we started building everything up to get out to the abortion mill and to bring a team, to bring the gospel.
02:10:53: We wanted to make sure we had people on standby, even to adopt children, and we just wanted to save lives and see people come to Christ.
02:11:02: I mean, I can remember putting up the camera and live streaming us at the abortion mill so we could show believers that, look, we're saving children's lives.
02:11:10: We're seeing saves. We're seeing turnaways. We're having gospel conversations. We'd turn the live stream on and the comment section was just filled with people who were professing believers.
02:11:21: Not unbelievers, but professing believers who were saying things like, that's not how you reach those women.
02:11:28: This isn't the right way to do it. This seems very abrasive. This seems mean -spirited because we were saying, please don't murder your children.
02:11:37: When we initially started doing that, it was the beginning of this whole ministry, and so we had fruit.
02:11:43: We had, you know, babies' lives being saved and us doing baby showers for mothers who turned away from the clinic.
02:11:50: We didn't have a lot of experience with, how do you deal with Christians who are telling you, don't go out into the public square with the truth.
02:11:57: Don't tell a mother who was minutes away from murdering her child, please don't murder your child.
02:12:03: The only way these women are going to come to Christ is if we give them the gospel. The only way their babies are going to be saved is if the church is there, you know, standing up for these children.
02:12:12: And the only way we can actually minister to these women in the long run is if we show up. And so we were surprised.
02:12:19: We were surprised. What ended up happening was so many babies started being saved from this ministry that we stopped responding to people who were in the comments saying, this is wrong, you shouldn't do it.
02:12:35: We just started sharing pictures of the babies that had been saved. So somebody would make, you know, a nasty comment, we would just share a picture of Olivia, Grace, and Cara.
02:12:46: Or we'd share a picture of Carmelo. And that would tend to silence them.
02:12:53: I don't think it's wrong to say, you know, alright, I'm willing to be open to correction. If there's a better way to do this at the abortion mill to bring the gospel and save lives,
02:13:02: I'm all ears. How many babies have you saved? How many women have you seen turn to Christ through your methodology?
02:13:09: And the answer was crickets. We have trained up and raised about 900 local churches, mostly across the
02:13:19: U .S., but also around the world in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, we've been to Scotland, it's happening in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, I mean really all over.
02:13:29: Churches are getting free training and free resources from us to just go out and bring the gospel into this particular area.
02:13:37: The Bible actually gives us a view into what the Spirit of God was doing within His people in the public square with the gospel message.
02:13:49: We get a picture of the methodology that actually God used to change the world.
02:13:56: End Abortion Now is a ministry of Apologia Church. It's a local church's ministry to bring the truth of the gospel into conflict with abortion in the public square in every area.
02:14:08: And so we knew we needed to bring the church to the abortion mill, we needed to bring the gospel there, we needed to save lives, we needed to raise churches up, and we needed to teach and speak into the culture through all the media platforms we have to tell them the truth about this issue of abortion and to bring the truth into conflict with error and with darkness in this area.
02:14:29: And we needed also to bring the truth to legislators who are responsible before God to establish justice and to preserve these lives.
02:14:39: And it is a very important area for the church to be involved in because the pro -life establishment, the pro -life industry, has sort of been in charge of fighting this battle since the beginning of Roe vs.
02:14:52: Wade. And the pro -life establishment is explicit. They express it themselves that they are not approaching this as Christians explicitly.
02:15:02: The head of National Right to Life has said that explicitly that their organization tries to approach this from a neutral perspective, not as Christians, not with the gospel, not with the call to repentance.
02:15:14: If the problem of abortion is sin, if it's in fact evil, then the only solution is
02:15:19: God's word, God's truth, and the gospel itself. People aren't going to come to life apart from the words of life.
02:15:26: And so the pro -life establishment has fought with compromise, they've fought with neutrality, and the result has been over 62 million dead babies.
02:15:37: The result has been in states across the union, bills of partiality, unequal weights and measures.
02:15:44: I mean the pro -life establishment actually promoting and advocating for and accepting bills that say you can kill these humans but not these humans.
02:15:54: Things that God hates. He says unequal weights and measures are an abomination to him.
02:16:00: We've been able to get bills of equal protection, equal protection from conception.
02:16:05: All human life begins at conception. It's in the very image of God and all human life deserves equal protection.
02:16:11: We've been able to get those kinds of bills into legislatures across the country from Oklahoma to Arizona to Texas to South Carolina to Philadelphia to Ohio to Louisiana.
02:16:22: The problem has been that the pro -life establishment has been the major force fighting against these bills.
02:16:29: We've been getting bills into legislatures and they've been able to stop them from even getting hearings.
02:16:36: We haven't been able to get them past the hearing stage until Louisiana.
02:16:42: What happened in Louisiana was unprecedented. It was historic. In Louisiana we were able to get a bill into not only the hearing but also onto the floor.
02:16:53: When it went to the hearing stage it absolutely sailed through the hearing stage with a vote of 7 -2.
02:17:01: Since Roe vs. Wade getting bills of equal protection and abolition hasn't really been a thing until very recently and then we weren't able to get them past the hearing stage and now we got a bill of equal protection that calls what's in the womb the image of God.
02:17:19: It's a mustard seed that's starting to bloom into a very big tree and it's happening across the country.
02:17:25: We have more states coming very soon. We were even able to argue in the case that ultimately overturned
02:17:33: Roe vs. Wade we were able to argue with an amicus brief in that case and in our amicus brief we argued that the court must yield to the authority of Jesus Christ not just the
02:17:45: Constitution but the authority of God's word in Jesus Christ is ultimate. It's above the court.
02:17:52: It's above the very Constitution itself. It's a transcendent law. It's an authority above all and we argued that in the case that ultimately overturned
02:18:02: Roe vs. Wade. Do you see what happens? Do you see what happens when the church of Jesus Christ brings
02:18:10: His word to the world? Light in darkness and we have that message of light.
02:18:21: We have to speak it. I hope you join us in bringing that to the world. That day we were standing as Christians for a consistent bill of justice and righteousness and protection and we had essentially two groups that were warring against the bill.
02:18:46: Of course the pro -choicers but they didn't even need to show up. I think Roe vs. Wade is one of the worst decisions that's ever come out of the
02:18:53: U .S. Supreme Court but it's the law. Like it or not it is the law. It's been the law for almost 50 years. We can't defy the federal courts we don't care how much they're defying the
02:19:02: Constitution. We can't defy them. Well that excuse is gone. We're outside the Supreme Court after the landmark decision that overturned
02:19:10: Roe vs. Wade and ended a woman's constitutional right to an abortion. We're going to win.
02:19:20: We've raised up churches in Canada, the United States of America, in Australia, in New Zealand, in Northern Ireland, in the
02:19:27: Republic of Ireland, in Scotland, all over the world who are preaching the gospel in this area and demanding equal protection for all humans from conception and we've been able to get bills in through the work of the church and through End Abortion Now in states across the country
02:19:43: Arizona, Texas, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Colorado.
02:19:49: I mean it's something that's happened across the country and ultimately the huge moment was
02:19:55: Louisiana. Yeah so in Louisiana House Bill 813 carried by Representative Danny McCormick.
02:20:11: It was a bill that provided equal protection and what that means is that all the bill did, it actually didn't really create a new law.
02:20:19: States already have laws that prohibit homicide. Murder is already illegal in every single state.
02:20:25: What House Bill 813 did was it took away the abortion exception to that. So that way homicide that already protects the lives of born people would now protect the lives of pre -born people, people before they're born.
02:20:38: That's what the U .S. Constitution says, no state shall deny equal protection. So that's what the bill did. It provided equal protection.
02:20:45: And that's not just in the U .S. Constitution, that's in the Louisiana Constitution too. It was a very favorable situation that really is unprecedented in terms of the progress of this kind of work that we're trying to put in place to actually protect life at this stage and make abortion illegal.
02:21:14: I'm Guto, yes Representative LaFleur, no Representative Marcel, Representative McCormick, yes yes,
02:21:23: Representative Hodges, Representative Muscarello, yes, Representative Nelson, Representative Sebaugh, yes,
02:21:31: Representative Viglio, Representative Marino, no, seven yays, two nays.
02:21:37: Thank you. House Bill 813 will be reported favorably. They approved the bill.
02:21:45: They were like, this is common sense. If a fetus is a person, so let's treat them like a person.
02:21:51: How do we treat other people? Let's treat the fetus the same way. If we truly believe that they're persons, like we've said in the pro -life movement, for 49 years, let's treat them like that.
02:22:00: The committee said, thumbs up. The bill in Louisiana was historic because the bill made it not only to hearing, but past the hearing and onto the floor.
02:22:10: This bill was talked about across the country. MSNBC, CNN, the New York Times.
02:22:16: Everybody knew about this bill. This bill was a big moment because in all the years of Roe vs. Wade, the pro -life establishment hasn't been working to criminalize and abolish abortion.
02:22:26: This was a bill of equal protection. A bill that's consistent with what they say they believe. A bill that says that what's in the womb is in the image of God.
02:22:34: It's human from conception. All humans deserve to be equally protected under the law. They have not fought that way.
02:22:40: This was historic in that sense, but it was also historic because it made it to the floor in Louisiana.
02:22:46: It was a huge moment in Louisiana because as soon as it passed through the hearing stage and it went to the floor, the pro -life establishment was freaking out.
02:22:59: Over the course of the next week, before it got to the floor of the House, there had been lots of lobbying by pro -life organizations, pro -life politicians, pro -life establishment, pro -life lobby, the pro -life industry.
02:23:14: They'd been lobbying, saying, you've got to kill this bill. And as we moved closer and closer to the day of the actual vote, the establishment came in, undercover, and they started talking to our legislators, telling them, don't pass that bill.
02:23:28: Don't pass a bill like that. No bill that would actually criminalize abortion and actually provide equal protection.
02:23:34: So the day of the vote itself, over 70 pro -life organizations joined together to put a letter out to legislators across the
02:23:41: United States of America that said that they did not want legislatures to put any bills of equal protection in that would actually call it a crime for everybody involved in killing the child.
02:23:52: They said, we're against criminalizing the mother. Which, the bill doesn't criminalize the mother.
02:23:59: The bill criminalizes conduct, criminalizes murder. It doesn't criminalize the mother. It doesn't even really talk about the mother.
02:24:05: The law applies equally to everybody, just like the laws that protect the lives of born people.
02:24:10: It doesn't single out one particular sex. That day we were standing as Christians for a consistent bill of justice and righteousness and protection, and we had essentially two groups that were warring against the bill.
02:24:23: Of course the pro -choicers, but they didn't even need to show up. There was maybe two or three pro -choicers at the Capitol that day.
02:24:30: That's how much they knew they didn't have to lift a finger, because it was the establishment, the pro -life establishment that came in and tried to convince all of our legislators to not pass the bill.
02:24:40: Because fundamentally, they have a worldview that is not a Christian worldview. They believe that they can acquit the guilty.
02:24:47: There are people who murder their children who should not be seen as guilty of the crime of abortion.
02:24:53: And of course, again, this goes against the biblical worldview. It goes against Christian history and Christian tradition.
02:25:00: The Christian church has always seen everybody involved in killing a child in the womb as guilty, and they need the gospel.
02:25:07: We had our work cut out for us, but it was a big moment. Louisiana was huge, because it showed the establishment that this small group of Christians, with nowhere near the funds and budget they have, can deliver a bigger punch and punch a bigger hole than they ever have in 50 years of Roe versus Wade.
02:25:30: My name is Zach Lautenschlager. I've worked in professional politics for the last 24 years, focused my career on no -compromise political fights, defending the right to keep and bear arms, and working to return to the right to life.
02:25:46: I've worked with End Abortion now for the last three years. Our forefathers sacrificed to that level so that we can stand and fight for the rights to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, using political means.
02:26:07: Louisiana last year, well, earlier this year, is certainly, in the last cycle, is certainly another major milestone as legislation moves from a committee to a vote on the floor of one chamber.
02:26:25: As far as we know, that's one of the first where we won the committee vote and it moved to the floor.
02:26:31: And this is the way you measure yardage, you measure progress in politics. Every bill is going to have to go through multiple votes, and if you can start moving through winning some of those, you're definitely making progress.
02:26:45: It's really interesting when you talk about, like, how do you put one of these bills in? The truth is it's so grassroots and so simple that some of it is, honestly, in terms of, like, political acumen or political power and prowess, it's kind of embarrassing.
02:27:05: It's literally Christians calling up legislators and saying, do you believe it's human from conception?
02:27:12: Yes, I need to talk to you. I'm going to pick up the phone and use the publicly available roster of the
02:27:21: House and Senate in my particular state, and I'm going to call their office and I'm going to ask them, would you consider actually ending abortion?
02:27:28: Would you sponsor legislation to end abortion? That's the basic level. It's that kind of grassroots, mustard seed kind of moves in states that has brought all these about.
02:27:40: It's just been a move of the church, going to legislators and saying, you said you believe this. Are you a believer?
02:27:46: Yes. Do you want to protect these children? Yes. This is a bill that's consistent. There's not much to it. For human from conception, all humans deserve equal protection.
02:27:54: Very simple. And so we've been able to work with churches and ourselves talking directly to legislators to find the legislators who want to be brave, find the legislators who are not going to compromise, find the legislators who are going to be consistent and put the bills in those states.
02:28:09: And so, of course, when we get the bill into the state, we gather the churches in that state to rally and also to talk to their legislators to co -sponsor the bill and to pass these bills.
02:28:21: And we're in a new place now because now we're moving into other states in 2023. And one of the states that we have is
02:28:28: Georgia. So it was exhausting. We were all super tired, but it went really well.
02:28:34: Good stuff. The representative we talked to is just solid believer, loves the
02:28:39: Lord, loves God's law. Didn't even have to teach him Lex Rex. He already believed it and said it himself.
02:28:46: God's law is above man's law and the Constitution. So that was good. He's a good dude.
02:28:52: We got his commitment. He wants to do it. He wants to work with us on what it's going to look like in terms of when he has the debates.
02:29:00: He wants us on his side, Bradley and me, to answer questions as experts.
02:29:07: He wants to be trained. He wants us to do the ground work to get the public involved. So he knows what he's doing.
02:29:13: Solid dude. We are leaving the hotel right now to go to the capitol to film the spots that we're going to be releasing when this stuff goes through.
02:29:23: Just short spots and then we return home tonight. I think we landed like 7 45 on time.
02:29:31: Georgia is another state similar to Louisiana in terms of its prospects.
02:29:38: There are quite a few groups on the ground in Georgia right now that are on the exact same page as we are.
02:29:48: We've met with them. We've talked with them. We're equipping them. They're ready to go.
02:29:54: They're on the gospel message. They're consistent. They're not compromised. And they're ready to raise up other churches across the state of Georgia and to make sure that everyone knows this is going on so that our legislators can get the support that they need and that the
02:30:06: Church of Christ knows about this bill and what's going on. We were able to even go to Georgia and meet with all of our organizations that are out there, some of them.
02:30:17: To meet with them. They're all preparing right now for this move as Christians to establish justice for the pre -born in the state of Georgia.
02:30:25: Will it be as impactful as Louisiana and everything that happened there? I think it has the potential to be just as impactful, if not more.
02:30:35: Based on the climate right now of course, this is the first legislation at this scale that we're going to be able to shine light on since the overturning of Roe v.
02:30:45: Wade, which is a big, big deal because legislators, politicians no longer have the excuse of waiting on the
02:30:55: Supreme Court to overturn Roe. That's already done and gone and over with. If anybody has told you that passage of 813 will prevent a single abortion, they misled you or they don't know how the law works.
02:31:07: Because the fact of the matter is, if we pass this bill, and the Senate passes this bill, and the governor signs this bill, it will be enjoined the next day.
02:31:15: Because Roe v. Wade is still the law of the land. The U .S. Supreme Court said you can't do this.
02:31:22: Thank you for joining us on this Friday night on a day that changed America. We're outside the
02:31:27: Supreme Court after the landmark decision that overturned Roe v. Wade and ended a woman's constitutional right to an abortion.
02:31:35: That excuse is gone. You know, a lot of politicians use that. Well, we can't defy the federal courts.
02:31:41: We don't care how much they're defying the Constitution. We can't defy them. Well, that excuse is gone.
02:31:47: You can't use that one anymore. Roe is gone. Planned Parenthood v. Casey is gone. And a lot of them have said like, well, we would do what you're saying.
02:31:55: We would abolish abortion if it weren't for the court. Well, now the court's like, alright, here you go.
02:32:01: And that's what we're saying too. Here you go then. Here's your opportunity. Put your money where your mouth is.
02:32:08: Do it. Abolish abortion. We're up against a pro -life industry that even with Roe v.
02:32:15: Wade out of the way, they're still fighting their fight the same way. 15 week bans. Total partiality.
02:32:22: You can kill this child but not this child. Heartbeat bills. Roe v. Wade was never the issue.
02:32:28: They're a business. They're an industry. They're staying alive through regulation.
02:32:34: We want this to be over and to wash our hands of it and to walk away. I don't want to do this ministry anymore.
02:32:41: I want justice established and I want this done. So, the bill in Georgia, it does what the
02:32:48: Constitution requires. It provides equal protection. It does what the Georgia Constitution requires. And it provides equal protection.
02:32:55: And equal protection just means one of the laws protect born people and protect the pre -born equally.
02:33:07: I'm looking forward to the battle that's going to happen. There's going to be the abolitionists on one side.
02:33:13: There's going to be the people who believe consistently that a fetus is a person. They're made in the image of God.
02:33:19: They should be protected from conception until natural death. That's where we should be protecting them.
02:33:26: And a lot of people have said that they believe that but now they're going to have an opportunity in Georgia to prove it.
02:33:32: Prove it. You say you want to abolish abortion? Prove it. Do it. Here's the bill.
02:33:38: We're going to win. We're going to win. Period. Jesus is, according to Scripture, putting all of his enemies under his feet.
02:33:45: So we're going to win. This is ending. Someday. We're prayerful that Georgia of course establishes justice but this is going under the feet of Jesus.
02:33:55: The church is going to have victory over this. It is an absolute guarantee. Listen.
02:34:02: Listen. Because every second counts. Listen, because every second counts.
02:34:13: Why do we go to the abortion mills? We go because the greatest commandment is to love the Lord your
02:34:19: God with all of your heart, with all of your soul, with all of your mind, with all of your strength. And the second is like unto it.
02:34:25: To love your neighbor as you love yourself. And so fundamentally we go to the abortion mills because this is about the gospel.
02:34:34: The Bible says in Romans chapter 10 how will they believe in the one whom they've never heard and how will they hear unless someone is sent to actually preach the good news to them.
02:34:45: Proverbs tells us in chapter 24 verse 11 to rescue those who are being taken away to death, to hold back those who are stumbling towards the slaughter.
02:34:54: And behold, if you say you did not know this, does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? God knows.
02:35:00: He commands us to open our mouths for those who cannot speak for themselves. He says to defend the rights of the poor and the needy and to establish justice for the fatherless.
02:35:13: God's word also says that true religion is found in this, that we care for the orphan and for the widow.
02:35:20: The orphan in this situation is the abandoned child being led away to death. Proverbs 31 also tells us that we are to open our mouths for those who cannot speak for themselves and to defend the rights of the poor and the needy.
02:35:35: This is our calling. And so why do we go to the abortion mills? Because the gospel alone is the power of God for salvation.
02:35:49: We're one church. We said we're going to do this, we're going to do this until we die.
02:35:55: We're going to end abortion. Abortion, no matter how you measure it, is thriving in South Carolina and that is wrong and that needs to stop.
02:36:08: I'd rather have a group of people who are committed to the gospel and the law of God and are willing to open their mouths to the world than 25 ,000 people satisfied with walking around streets and then going home and laying their heads on their pillows.
02:36:26: All I can really say is wow. What a blessing to be here today. What an honor it is to be among you.
02:36:32: I'm so very thankful to be up here with so many greater men than I.
02:36:38: We are so grateful for what God has done to bless our ministry and end abortion now. I've said before that there have been two times in which my eyes have been opened in this fight and that was the first time that I went to the abortion mill and the second time was the first time
02:36:57: I went to the National Right to Life Convention in 2017. Thank you brother. In both places there was celebration of lawlessness and a lack of Christ and his word and its authority.
02:37:13: In both places. And by God's grace I've been allowed to be the communications director at End Abortion Now where we have equipped hundreds of local churches not only in this nation but outside the boundaries of the
02:37:27: United States to take the gospel to the death camps and also now what
02:37:33: God is doing amongst us is tremendous in that he is sending Christians armed with the scriptures to go before their magistrates and preach his name.
02:37:47: Because the argument in the past has gone like this from elected officials. This is a discussion for Bible studies.
02:37:55: And in the four walls of the church God says no.
02:38:02: God says this is our calling. This is our holy inheritance.
02:38:07: As a matter of fact the Apostle Paul reminding the church at Ephesus in Ephesians chapter 1 he's praying for them
02:38:14: I pray that the eyes of your heart would be opened to the hope that you have so that you would receive the glorious inheritance and the riches of the saints and so that you would be made aware of the immeasurably great power that is at work in us who believe that God has exerted when he raised
02:38:37: Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places. As other brothers have pointed out we are a kingdom of priests.
02:38:49: We serve the ruler of kings on earth so saith Revelation 1 5.
02:38:55: He has freed us by his blood. He has redeemed us.
02:39:01: He has made us a kingdom of priests unto our God. And our responsibility as the psalmist says in Psalm 1 19 is to speak of his testimonies before kings in places of authority in the high place.
02:39:18: So this rally is about resisting lawlessness. That's what it comes down to.
02:39:25: Resisting tyranny. We must obey God rather than men. Right? The book of Acts.
02:39:31: There's a few things that the apostles are charged with. Tell me if you remember. Filling up Jerusalem with this teaching.
02:39:39: That was the accusation. Saying that there is another king besides Caesar.
02:39:47: Namely one Jesus Christ. And there is no other name given under heaven among men whereby we must be saved.
02:39:55: That was a direct refutation to Pontifus Maximus. To say

02:40:09: And what happened in that context? As they are bringing this message to their magistrates.
02:40:15: What are they saying? They're saying you granted a murderer to be released and you killed the author of life.
02:40:25: You let the guilty go free and you punish the innocent.
02:40:31: Is that not what we're saying has to stop today? In this nation.
02:40:38: Because to assault a baby in the womb is an assault on the image of God and Christ himself.
02:40:46: On God's very plan of salvation. Do you know why? Because God himself entered this world through the womb.
02:40:57: He howled the womb. He made it a holy place. And if there is no first generation, there can be no regeneration.
02:41:08: No birth. No new birth. And so that is why we stand and we do what the apostles were accused of doing.
02:41:17: You're trying to bring this man's blood upon us. Stop. Stop preaching in his name.
02:41:25: And what's the response? We must obey God rather than men.
02:41:31: That is what we need to be accused of. And I'll simply end with this.
02:41:38: In Psalm 149 we are given a sneak peek of our glory.
02:41:45: And as the psalmist says, it truly is our honor. What does that mean? It is the thing that ornaments us.
02:41:53: It is what arrays us in holiness to do what this passage describes.
02:41:59: It is a symbol of our majesty. Of our glory. As God's royalty.
02:42:05: As his priest kings. What is it? Psalm 149 verse 5. Let the godly exult in glory.
02:42:14: Let them sing for joy on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouths.
02:42:21: Or their throats. And the two edged swords in their hands.
02:42:28: To execute vengeance on the nations. And punishments on the peoples.
02:42:33: To bind their kings with chains. And their nobles with fetters of iron.
02:42:39: To execute on them the judgment written. What is that?
02:42:46: What is the judgment written brothers and sisters? I submit to you that it is this revelation.
02:42:53: It is this judgment. It is this word of truth that we are to impress upon kings and those in authority.
02:43:00: And tell them you must obey. You must do justice.
02:43:07: Because we will be here to execute judgment. We will be here to put the truth of God's law into effect.
02:43:19: This is our glory. This is our honor. So the next time you hear that in the legislative halls, don't bring the word of God into this fight.
02:43:30: Don't bring the scriptures to bear on this issue. Don't you know those in authority are part of civil government and you have to talk to them in a certain way.
02:43:38: You can't use scripture. You can't use the word of God. You have to appeal to them by some supposedly common standard that only exists superficially.

02:52:36: Bradley Pierce in the Dobbs case, which ultimately overturned Roe versus Wade. We knew that Roe versus Wade needed to go away.
02:52:44: It was an injustice, an evil court opinion that the states should have actually resisted. However, that Roe decision was actually in the way of us establishing justice in the states.
02:52:55: And now that Roe is out of the way, we have almost ten states committed to putting in bills of abolition in our union in the beginning of next legislative session.
02:53:07: So we have that happening and Roe is out of the way. I want to just speak to this for a moment. Many, many people believe that essentially this fight is really basically over because Roe is out of the way.
