Kenneth Copeland Drinks Blood?!

Oh, Kenny Nopeland really out -noped himself with this one. So here he is with this other dude, I don't know who the other dude is, who cares, and what they're doing is mixing their blood in grape juice and drinking it as communion.

Jesus said, take this cup, this is my blood. Except they don't actually do that, it's very clear that they don't really cut their hands, they're pretending for some dumb reason they've come up with to put on this show.

Which is his and which is mine. Now, at the communion table, he said, this is my blood of the new covenant.

All of you drink all of it. So their blood isn't actually in this grape juice.

Some would argue that grape juice makes communion invalid either way. But this isn't communion, this isn't a biblical observance of the

Lord's Supper, the whole body isn't taking of communion together, it's just Kenneth up there being weird. But he wants you to do it like this, or at least to think about it like this.

And I want you to be this way every time you take communion, and you ought to take it a lot. This is not the Lord's Supper, this is a demonic mockery.

Jesus did not mix his own blood with the wine he and his disciples drank on the eve of his crucifixion at the institution of the

Lord's Supper. Matthew 26, verse 27 and 28. And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, drink of it, all of you.

For this is my blood of the covenant which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. Does Kenneth Copeland believe that the grape juice becomes the actual blood of Jesus?

Does he think that we should drink it as though our own blood were mixed in it? Does he think that some supernatural power is obtained through taking the

Lord's Supper like this? I don't know what this crazy man believes, but we do know that Jesus meant the cup to represent his blood only, since only his blood could accomplish atonement for his church and secure forgiveness of sins.

The 1689 Second London Baptist Confession of Faith provides a clear understanding of the nature and purposes of the

Lord's Supper, that it is to be observed in his churches unto the end of the world for the perpetual remembrance and showing to all the world the sacrifice of himself in his death, confirmation of the faith of believers in all the benefits thereof, their spiritual nourishment and growth in him, their further engagement in and to all duties which they owe to him, and to be a bond and pledge of their communion with him and with each other.

The Lord's Supper is a beautiful means of grace to God's church, and Kenneth Copeland has no shame nor fear.

Now his blood is in my body. It's in there.

His blood is mixed with my blood. Can you see it?
