Questioning Latter Day Saints Article of Faith on Original Sin

Original Sin and the LDS Article of Faith

LDS article of faith number two says we believe that all men will pay for their own sins and not for Adam's transgression. But we know this to be completely contrary to what the Word of God says. It says that there are two federal heads according to this word that we are either in Adam or we are in Christ and that what happened in the fall in the Garden of Eden was a wicked thing and now it's affected all of us.

According to Romans 5 it says through one man sin entered into the world and so death through sin and it affects all men because we've all sinned. But the good news is that Jesus Christ the other man the God man the other federal head defeated what occurred in that garden and now through the one man we have grace and through that grace abounds to us eternal life.
