But of course, this is not at all the true gospel of Jesus Christ. True Christians come to Jesus not to receive blessings in return, but because they are helpless, hopeless sinners who deserve the wrath of God for their sins.

This is not about material wealth. This is about rescue and redemption.

These are the things that thousands flock to. True Christians are willing to experience suffering, hardship, and persecution for standing firm upon biblical truth that the world absolutely hates.
