So naturally, Ariel takes control of the ship and saves the day instead, despite having absolutely no experience or understanding of sailing ships or how they function.

Luke we knew in the originals, who always chose to see the good in people, not the bad.

And it's gonna feature Rey as a Jedi master this time, because I guess when there's nobody around to tell you otherwise, you can basically promote yourself to whatever position you feel like.

Now I don't know about you, but I personally welcome this move, because I can't wait to see Rey as a cowardly, embittered old hobo living alone on a windswept island, drinking green alien city milk and getting totally owned by a strong, empowered young man who teaches her to be a hero again.

Of course Rey will be the greatest Jedi master in all of Star Wars history, and everyone who meets her will bow down before her magnificence.

And of course there won't even be an antagonist in this film, because nobody in their right mind could ever possibly challenge someone as perfect as Rey.

Things only got worse with Obi -Wan Kenobi, which managed to tarnish the legacy of not one but two of the most popular characters in the

Star Wars franchise, retcon events that absolutely never happened, and act as another bait -and -switch, this time to launch another tedious, strong, empowered female character.

Because clearly the movies didn't give us enough of those. I wonder who mandated that particular plot point.

Likewise, this is precisely what we saw happen with the Hulk in the new She -Hulk series.

And we saw from the other clip in the introduction of the actress who plays Ariel, Halle Bailey, who unreasonably interprets a comment as being racially offensive.

Something else we have seen regarding many modern movies is the accusation that everyone who has criticisms about the movie is a racist.

Disney has done what we knew they do all along. If you don't like it, you must be racist.

The problem with this new quote unquote documentary is that it prioritizes making a political statement over presenting a story that is historically accurate.

But sometimes, just sometimes, a project comes along that's so monumentally, epically and comprehensively terrible that it manages to unite the entire world in absolute contempt.

And it seems to be happening again with the release of Queen Cleopatra, a Netflix documentary series produced by one of the least popular actresses in Hollywood, and that's saying something, believe me.

I don't know what the movie critics watched, but it certainly wasn't this film. It had like a 46 % on Rotten Tomatoes yesterday, and I don't know what happened there.
