Diversity within Corporations are Anti-Christian

As we've been discussing intersectionality, we come to an issue that maybe many of you have experienced at your workplace. Many of the major companies are trying desperately to show how diverse they are.

They are counting the number of people in different groups. This is intersectionality. So that they can say they have so many people that are LGBT, there are so many people who are women, so many people who are African American, all the different groups.

And what you end up seeing is the argument is that they have to have a diverse number. They have to show that they have more of the other groups than actually fit within population. In other words, what you'll see is that they will have more people that they will say that they have working for them than are in the population at large.

Corporate Diversity and Intersectionality

And therefore, you end up seeing that the majority of people end up getting hurt by this. Now, the argument is they want to show diversity. Really, try asking if they show diversity when it comes to Christianity.

You see, they talk about diversity, but often what you'll see in these corporations is that when it comes to Christianity, that's not one of their categories that they want to look to have diversity. In fact, if you're a Christian in the corporate world, you're going to need to be silent about that because you're the enemy.

We have to recognize that this is where things are going. This is what intersectionality brings. It is an anti-Christian agenda.
