Well here. We are our last class together. You've just taken the final exam which of course was the Really just a culmination of portions of what we have done this entire time for the sake of All of us Just checking ourselves.
We're just going to hold our own paper. Don't we're not going to pass it to the person next to us, huh? Yeah. Well, it's not and again. I'm hoping that you if you can look down and see. You didn't know any of this eight weeks ago.
I mean some of you may have studied a little bit, but however far you've gone is is a Milestone compared to where you were. So please don't in any way think negatively About what you've done, but very quickly.
We'll go through the the alphabet. I'm just going to write the lower case. There are obviously a lower and uppercase, but the first one is what?
Alpha this is the hard one to write.
So if any of you if yours look like that now if again if you did the uppercase and you felt more comfortable with the Uppercase that's fine. The vast majority of the letters we see are in lowercase very seldom do we see the uppercase so for me I would have probably done it in lowercase just because it's what I was most familiar with but if you're if you're good with the Uppercase then that's fine.
There's very little changes like the gamma looks different in the. Few of the other ones the omega looks different, but a lot of them. Just look like a bigger version of the of the lowercase so. So that's the first thing if you got anywhere near that.
You know that's great. Hopefully you got the letters and. Now we're going to go through the words. Each of these words I picked because I know that we have done them there was only one That I felt like was a maybe.
That you might have a lot of difficulty with so we're going to go through each one. And we'll see if I was right or wrong and my my thoughts the first word is what? And the word Chi is and. It's not it's not the first.
It's not that it's not the the word that's used the most. But it is one of the words that is used the most in the New Testament. Now we're going to go across the page so from Chi to Cardia. Heart did anybody have trouble with that one.
I felt like that was one. I mentioned every class. I was hoping that was one everyone would get. How about the next one? Cosmos is world. That's right next one over Angelos, it's angel. That's right on galas when you have the two gammas that is makes it the gamma nasal the.
No, that was actually in your lesson this week. That's part of the reason why it was on the sheet if you did your book work. That was one of the words that you went through on galas all right. Next thrown thrown us.
Or chair could be chair. That's fine next. Diabolos is devil sometimes translated demon, but demon as translates day moan. Devil demon either one of those is is okay, but diabolos is typically the devil next Anthropos that's right man.
Next father. Patras Patras. Huh. Patriarch is that's the root the the patriarch is is is is Arkay and Patras together because Arkay is the is is the head so the patriarch is the head father. So patriarch is a combination of Patras and Arkay.
Yeah, yeah for that you're fine. Yeah, you got it. Yeah, but Patras is his father and and there is Potter as well. If that was if that threw you off don't don't yeah, you don't have to mark it wrong if that's again.
Can be can be done different ways next down. Next down. The word pistis is the word faith or believe belief. Next Agape that's right agape. Next Lagos word word. Next Adelphos brother, right. Next Theos God next fear fabas.
Fabas yeah that that's one that we didn't do a lot. But I was thinking the phobia that I was thinking it might help you if you sounded it out. Yeah, I Think in that I think in one of the verses we looked at it was phobo because it was of fear.
You know spirit of fear it was in the genitive, but but fabas is the. Yeah the root. All right next Amain which means Amen or truly. Yeah next. But Numa air breath spirit. Yeah any any one of those would will do next.
Baptizo to baptize or baptism. Yeah Yeah Yeah. Well good. Next. This was the one I felt like it was. I tried not to throw any curveballs. But this was the one that I said, I didn't know if we went over this one enough.
This means not. It's the it's the adversative oook or oooks. Yeah, yeah oooks and oook are all derivatives of not. They're all where it ways to say. Something is not. Yeah, it's a the adversative. Okay last one on the left nope.
Ethnic nations ethnic nation. Yeah, no, it's not well no this is ethnic ethnic. Yeah. Yeah, and then the last one on the right. In the beginning our K first or beginning, all right, so. That was just some words that we've used again.
I just sort of picked words that I had remembered us doing oook. Not being notwithstanding because that was the one I think we did the least. All right. Translate the following names. I know we did this a lot.
So hopefully this was a little easier. Jesus Jesus Jesus John Yonais Petras Peter Andrew Andreas. Yep, Moses and then Abraham Abraham. Dawid is David. Paul is Palas Mary Mariam. It's a ock is Isaac, that's right.
All right, so we have all the names. Now, huh. Yeah, yeah. But you know it. It does help with learning the letters. That's why a lot of it is names and names of places in the book. It helps you helps you learn the letters.
Translate the following prepositions. I almost gave you the preposition chart. But it just didn't have room on the sheet. So that probably would have actually made it easier if I had given you the chart.
Just looking at the prepositions makes it a little harder. So let's go through them. Epi on In in Ace Into ante Against via Prost Toward or with para Beside ek. Out of a hundred points to anyone who can tell me who John ek is he was.
They can be turned in later for nothing. Redeemable for no, did you have an answer? Okay John ek was one of the first people to debate Martin Luther on the subject of His theses when he when he posted the 95 theses, he debated the noted theologian John.
Yeah. All right three Bible verses now If you were paying attention in class These three verses should have jumped out at you because because these three verses we did in class. Oh I didn't want to tell you that I wanted to see if you could figure it out.
The first one is what? John 3 16 the next one Ephesians 2 8 and the last one John 1 1 that was the first verse. We should I showed you the very first night when I went through On the board. So these were three that we actually wrote out and translated on the board.
So that was why I used those three. All right. So, how did we do. Okay. Looking for Patar for father's all of this. Yeah the pot Ross threw you off that word and fear got me. So I missed two words. All right, so it wasn't a killer right it was hard but it wasn't a killer isn't it what it was intended to do.
All right. Does everyone have their folder for the class? Part of this class I Just want to see it. I don't need to go through it or Examiner show me if you have. Again keep these folders. This is this is your material.
This is what you did in class and You can reference back. I still have you know, I go out to my shed sometimes and I'll be moving stuff around. I'll open up a tote and I'll have all the papers that I wrote the Jackson Baptist theological seminary.
I've got all these these old things and some of them really good. Some of them really bad. Some of them are really embarrassing. Yeah, you know the first two weeks I was there I was in the wrong book doing homework.
We're supposed to be going to the gospel John my first week I was in first John like had no clue of anything. Yeah, absolutely I When I when I did my work at Ashford University when I did my bachelor's degree work.
I did it all on the computer. So I kept everything in computer files and every once in a while I'll be doing a sermon where I'll think I wrote about this. I have a degree in social social science and and I've written papers on everything from Gun laws to all kinds of stuff that revolt regard social behavior.
And so sometimes when I'm preaching I'm like, yeah, I have a paper I wrote on that I'll go back and I'll cut and paste so that's it's a nice thing to be able to have that information and You can sometimes use it later.
To your benefit. So so keep your folders if you can. They can be a real benefit. All right, guys, we're going to turn to lesson 13 in our book and we're going to finish the night with the last lesson 13 was your homework.
We're going to talk about it a little bit then we're going to do lesson 14 as a class. Then we are going to talk about your final Not final exam your final project if you want to earn the certificate for the class, you got to do the project.
So that that's the next that's what we're gonna do. We're gonna go through lesson 13 quickly. Just make sure there's no questions. We'll do lesson 14 as a class and then we will talk about the final project.
So on lesson 13 page 68 of your book you begin to be introduced to what are known with the book calls the throat letters I Mentioned to you the gamma nasal the gamma nasal where the if you have two gammas back-to-back the first gamma Receives the sound that mmm because it noon is is that as actually the noise and that's where you get on gloss and.
And that's where we get the the in English. We spell it a ngl, but in Greek it's alpha gamma gamma epsilon Lambda Omicron Sigma, so you get that nugg sound and in the word angel on gloss. Now in the second part exercise two you put arc on gloss together and you get archangel you put on galley on together and you get Good news and this is uh, this is something I use this at funerals a lot.
And I think I've mentioned it to you before but just in case I have it the prefix e you in English or Epsilon Opsilon in Greek means good so when you go to a funeral you give a eulogy. Which is a good?
Word it's it's you Lagos. It's good word and That's a that's an easy way to remember that the prefix e you or Epsilon Opsilon means good as a Eulogy is a good word and the same way the ooh on galley on Angelos is a messenger on galley on his message.
So the ooh on galley on is a good Message and what word do we use for the good message or the good news? Gospel that's right. So the ooh and galley on is the gospel and then the ooh and galley it so is.
That's the verb means to preach. Or an gal it so who angulate so is. I said I said it a little wrong and then the ooh and galley stays is. Yep, that is the. That is the the proclaimer that's the the think of this ooh and galley it stays.
Evangelist is the English derivative evangelist. What's different train preacher and evangelist evangelist is more than 20 miles from home. You Know I do like I look at brother Mike in our church and I say there's a man gifted to evangelism and he That's his gift.
Even though he does certainly have to get the ability to preach he has the boldness to go out into the highways and the byways and to proclaim the gospel without fear and he has a Very powerful way of doing that and so I say there's a man when the Bible talks about somebody who's gifted to evangelism I would say him we're all called to evangelize but I think that God does gift certain individuals with that boldness that's needed and so an evangelist.
All right. So on the next page it shows you how to change those words into English evangelist evangelize. And then it takes you through a Bible verse on the angel said to the shepherds do not fear for behold I and that word who angel it so my I I put proclaim to you.
You could say preach but but in this sense, I think translated better proclaim. What word did you guys get? Bring yeah, yeah, that's that's a way that it's translated sometimes. Yep. And I'm not ashamed of the Evangelion the gospel for it is the dunamis.
Did I explain to you guys the dunamis issue? Dunamis is an important word, but it it simply means power later it would be used in English to for the for dynamite the word dynamite comes from dunamis and sometimes I've heard people say well that the gospel is the dynamite of the God, you know because and that's sort of huh?
Yeah, that's it. That's what you call anachronism. That's reading back. Into something a later meaning dynamite comes later. It's certainly not what Paul is intending now as the gospel as powerful as dynamite is more powerful than dynamite.
So it's not necessarily wrong. But it's it's one of those sort of pet peeves when I hear people say the word dunamis means dynamite. No, the word dunamis is where we get the word dynamite, but that is not what it meant.
It meant power and then they who is in the Genitive which means of God. Yeah. All right exercise for Patrick our case is Patriarch that's what we talked about earlier Frank the the patriarch the the the one who's the the head father or honored ancestor our cat our chaos archaic see Antichrist OS D now that that that that takes a very specific eschatological position.
Antichrist, yeah, and then the architect own architect, yeah according to the Karen they Grace of God given to me. I laid a foundation as a sofas architect own Wise architect the usually translated master builder.
You know a wise master builder but architect is fine. No other foundation can be laid beside the one who is laid who is Jesus Christ Jesus Christ. Matt sees Greek words with the English equivalents. I Own Aeon and now this is you remember in John 316.
I only on meant eternal. The word eternal there's actually not a word that means eternal it just means a really really long time. It's sort of and that's can be confusing. They didn't think in terms of eternal.
They thought and they thought in terms of long time. And so. Yeah, myriads Moriarty. Yeah. Yeah, and so that's the but but certainly it means never-ending. That's that's the I that's the language that's used never-ending.
So we know that it is eternal. All right. I goop toss that's Egypt. Yeah. Yeah daimon demon. Enigma Enigma Gone grena Gang green, why would it be gang? Green. Well, it's a gone green, but it's a double got the double gamma right you get the gamma gamma.
It gives you the gamma nasal. Yeah, that's right. All right our Arachnid costs a radical. I'm a blood blood. Yeah, hemoglobin is heima. All right now. This is first John chapter 1 but it's not it's not.
It kind of skips some parts. Excuse me this was that which was from the our case. Which we heard which we saw with our ophthalmologist. And he held with our Kairos touching concerning the laguz oh ace Word of life Kai these OA appeared Kai.
And we saw a guy Marta Marta women. Yeah, it's this is kind of an important the word martyr. Was the word for witness? We would later Use that as a person who gave their life because it was so Consistent that people who would make a witness for Christ would die for their witness, but the word Martyr simply means a witness so they we saw and Witnessed and announced to you the eternal zoane life, which was with the potter ah the father.
And and we're not gonna do the Kai's anymore. What we saw and heard we announce also to you so that you also may have fellowship with us and our fellowship is with the Patras father Kai and with his son Jesus Christ and These things we graph a man graph omen is.
Right so that you so that our joy might be full and this is the Angalia Message which we heard from him and announced to you that God is light. Oh, I gave it to you light folks and Darkness is not in him at all if we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in darkness.
We lie and do not do the truth, but if we walk in the light and he is in the light we have fellowship with One another yeah all alone and the AMA Blood of Jesus his cleanses us from all sin very. We are we who we're with.
Yeah, it's either we us or we you it's like we that we we you we us. Because the Upsilon iota makes that same sound as the word sweet. That like it like you stay in a nice hotel suite. The the UI sound so the UI the Upsilon iota at the beginning is making a week.
So it's we us or we you is the is the sound all right? The double throat letters. You have the gamma gamma, which makes the ng and that gives you angel. You have the gamma key, which gives you nuke and that's like anchor anchor and Then you have the the gamma I'm sorry to say gamma gamma kasi.
I'm sorry my brain quit and that's you get nukes nukes like larynx. Like your throat that's larynx. So it's nuke or nukes. But you're still getting that sound not a good but a new. All right, so rejoice as you share in the suffering Christo Christo of Christ so that you may also be glad at the Apocalypse I it is revelation revealing or appearing of his Docs ace his glory my Lagos and my Karugma, yes.
Yes, Karugma, that's a Somewhat important word for those who are preachers. It's it's it's one of the words that's used for preaching was not with enticing of Wisdom they did not find any through many pseudo Martyr own False witnesses, that's right pseudo means false and Martyr own is is witness they ordained Elders Presbyterus and every church.
Jesus Jesus rebuked it and the Demonium went out which hope we have as an anchor of the soul and then lastly their Throat their larynx. Larynx is an open Tafas it's great. All right now the next one is the capital letters.
I'm just going to give you the answers real quick so we can get through these and move on to lesson 14. Capital letters are as follows 1 C 2 d 3 a 4 b 5 6 h 7 e 8 9 10 l 11 I and 12 K. Very good and There is one thing that's kind of important on page 73.
So before you turn just look very quickly with me as it gives you the letters here. Which we which we did the first night. But this this this actually the intention of the book is to take you through everything and then give you the letters so and because the most important thing is learning to recognize the letters in words and then you come now and here's the alphabet but If you look at the combinations on page 73 it talks about the the gamma gamma and the the the That nasal gamma that you get but it also talks about the accents now.
We didn't talk about accents because we didn't use accents for this class. But if you look at a Greek New Testament, you're gonna see accents on top of the words. So this is a little helpful tool. It shows you that the first three are all the same.
They all sound the same the backward apostrophe that goes above the first letter. Will normally be above a vowel sound and it adds a ha a ha sound. If it's a forward-facing apostrophe. Then it doesn't make the ha sound and so those those two are the probably the most important for you to remember.
Is if you see a backward comma above a vowel at the beginning of the word just remember you're going to have the ha Sound and if you don't see it, you're not All right lesson 14 now. This is all caps.
So it's almost like the page is yelling at you in a text message. Really no laughs. Okay. It wasn't a great joke. That's a dad joke. Yes. All right, so If you look at each of the letters or if you look at each of everything.
It's this one's going to be kind of hard to do. But we'll follow we'll try to follow it down the down the left side of the coast and work our way back up. So the very first top left is what? Yep, sidon.
Which sidon sidon how in Greek it's a it's a dome. Because remember the Yoda is going to have the e sound so it's si don't but in English we would say sidon. The next one down that's kind of tilted Syria going down the coast past the dotted Kaiser a Kaiser a.
That's kind of a just real stop there real quick. Kaiser Koryos. Think we always say Caesar, but it's Kaiser. It's it's the Kaiser was how it would have been pronounced Kaiser Koryos was what was demanded of the people you must say that Caesars Lord Christian said no Yeshua Koryos or yes who Koryos.
Jesus is Lord. And that's why many of them gave their life because they were unwilling to bow the knee to Caesar as Lord. But that's Kaiseria. All right moving down the coast yep Joppa Yappe but Joppa all the way down Gaza the one that's in the sign.
Yep, that's Egypt moving down to the bottom to the Maya. If you look under regions, it's the last one on the bottom it amia. That's how we would normally say it the next sign pointing to the bottom, right?
Yep, Arabia Arabia then going up Bethlehem. Bethlehem. Now what does Bethlehem mean who said what now? Actually, it's house of bread house of bread. Yep. Yep house of bread. Yeah, Bethel is house of the Lord.
Beth means house. So Lachem is bread and L is the prefix for God so Bethel is house of God Bethlehem. There's his house of bread, huh? Bethlehem is but house of bread. Yeah, and he it was it was there that the bread of life.
It was there that the bread of life was came into the world. Okay going up Bethany is one above it, but the but the one below that is. Yeah, Jerusalem. Yeah, so the Jerusalem and then the tilted one off to the left.
You die. It's Judah. All right. Or Judea. Yeah, sorry. Yep. Going up to the river. Oh, yeah with some areas to the left. Yep. But what is the it's got a dot beside it begins with the iota epsilon row.
Yeah, it's Jericho. Yeah. Now what's the name of the river? It's the Jordan River, but what's the word there Pata moss remember that means river. Yep. Hippopotamus a river horse. Yeah moving up to the To the big body of water there that is the the the bottom word is Tiberias Tiberias and then the word above that Gennesaret remember the story of Jesus going to the Into Gennesaret where he saw the man who was filled with filled with demons to the left side of that we have Nan which is Where Jesus raised the widow's son remember the widow's son from Nan and then above that Nazareth above that Cana and then what's significant about Cana?
Jesus's first miracle the wedding of Cana. That's right to the left of that Galileo, which is Galilee above that Capernaum. Capernaum, however, you pronounce it and Then to the right of that. That's a it up and then the last sign pointing up into the right.
Yep. Yep, Antioch and It's Antioch and Damascus all right, so that's a that is a Nice little helpful tool because as you're reading through If you're looking at the Greek New Testament, those are all Places that you will find and see and that can help you now the last page 75 and 76 are the books of the Bible the books of the of the New Testament in Greek and the word kata means according to.
So if I said kata mark on It is the gospel of mark you don't have to write the gospel of just just give me the answer kata yonang John Kata Luke on Luke proxies Apostle own it's yep. If you think of the word practice of the Apostles, so it's the axe I've often I've heard it.
I've heard it said like this We call it the axe of the Apostles, but really what it should be called is the axe of the Holy Spirit because the book of Acts really shows us the ministry of the Holy Spirit from Pentecost forward as Christ is Taken away and the Spirit is given.
So yes, we see the axe of the Apostles. But really it's they're doing the work under the power of the Holy Spirit. All right. Matheon Matthew okay. I tell you what, let's go letters of Paul. I'm just gonna say the number you give me what it is.
Number one Ephesians that's right. You see the Epsilon and the fee so that should key you in right there next number two Galatians three. Yep, Philemon for Romans, that's right. Yeah that that that capital people thinking P but it's a row that capital P looks it is a row number five Titus number six Colossians number seven Second Corinthians because of the B the way that it said of a one or two it labeled a or B alpha or beta.
Okay, number eight Second Timothy number nine First Thessalonians number ten First Timothy number eleven Second Thessalonians, you've got nine you still wish you get eleven and Number twelve is first Corinthians and number thirteen Philippians that's right now.
This says Hebrews to the end these are the the general epistles. We have Petra Petra a first Peter the only be Yuda Jude Yakob boy Yakobu James. Apocalypse is EO known. Yes, that would be the revelation of John the word Apocalypse we often hear the word apocalypse associated with what?
The end of the world oh, it's the apocalypse is dawning or the apocalypse is raining down upon us and really it just means the Revelation the exposing or the the revelation. All right, you own a Gamma notice that's a gamma Third John, that's right.
Because if it's alpha beta gamma gamma would be the third Hebrew Hebrew Hebrews A Onu a alpha first John and Petra be Second Peter. All right, very good. Now, let's look at page 77. This is we have that was the formal ending of All of the first chapter of this book.
How do you feel? All right, I feel great. Okay. If you have gotten this far in the book, these are the things that have occurred at least Hopefully one you have become at home with the Greek alphabet and pronunciation.
I could hear you all speaking and Again, it is It's it's there you guys are doing it. You've seen dozens of Greek words that remind you of English words. Those are the easiest ones to learn right off the bat.
You've learned a few Greek words that are not like English words. Chi what costs and the prepositions. You've seen that the Greek words change their endings in the next part. You will find out why and how again if you want to study the endings and why and how that's in the next portion.
You've seen the derivation of a mini a great many religious and technical terms. Many additional cognates will be found scattered through the coming pages. Now if you want to go to part two, it tells you what part two is all about.
Have you enjoyed yourself? Well good if you have your syllabus take it out. If you don't it's okay, but if you do have it For this one for this class We are going to discuss the research project pray and be done.
Rather than taking a break and coming back. We'll just do it now and we'll be done. Unless you need to take a break. Here take a five-minute break everybody take a bow. All right, everyone back if you open up your syllabus to the second page you will see The research project and we're going to discuss what is required.
The research project Will consist of five Greek words these are words of your choosing, but Let me remind you that I'm asking for an analysis of each of the words. Therefore I would choose words that you feel like would bear.
Analyzing, I mean if you pick Chi and Epi and in those might those might not be the words you want to pick you might want to pick. The you know agape certainly has a Myriad of things that have been written on it, and you could you could dive deep into that.
But what it says it says students will write an analysis of each word including the meanings of the word. Notice it says meanings because a lot of words just like English words have nuances of meaning and.
So basically what you're learning to do is a proper word study so that you would Write an analysis with the meanings of the words the word the semantic range. What does that mean? Well, it means how it's used in different Contexts.
Does Paul use the word? Sanctified differently than John. Well if you're studying sanctify you would see if it's used differently and how. How often is it used in the New Testament and which authors use it and in what way that's part of what?
I was just saying with the semantic range. Students should look for ways this Analysis might give more understanding of individual biblical texts and include that information as well. The written analysis should be no more than one page per word now.
I'm not saying you have to fill a whole page. For each word what I'm saying is I don't want more than five pages. I gotta read all this and it you know it's I want to see that you did the work a Lot of times I'll say you know I won't you know four to five pages and I'll get seven pages.
I'm sorry. Yeah, that's fine. But yes, I appreciate hard work. So but but but it shouldn't be any more than a page now I'll give you an example if I were doing it one word that I might choose the word cosmos is translated world in the book of John but it has upwards of 11 different nuances of meaning in John's writing alone from where he says that God so loved the world and then later he says love not the world neither the things in the world and Jesus said I did not.
I'm not praying for those who are in the world. But those whom you've given me out of the world all of those are different ways that cosmon cosmos is being used in different contexts. And so those are all that's an example of how you can really dive into one word and See how that word is used oftentimes John when he speaks of world is not referring to every individual but he's referring to the world of the Gentiles though the Jews and Gentiles that which make up the world rather than any type of universal Application so that I'm giving you a little a little taste of what you could go into.
Once you have come up with those Semantic ranges and done your your research write a little paragraph about what how this would help you understand The scripture that you know. That's that's how you're going to fill up that page is you're not just going to write What it means and how many times it's used and all that but you're going to then say okay based on my analysis.
This would help me understand better John 3 16 and second first John 2 1 and there are these different verses that use the word world, you know. These this helps me understand this better because of this, you know agape if that's the word you choose.
Understanding this helps me understand first Corinthians 13 or whatever so You're basically learning to do word studies because very few of us are ever going to try to break into Reading the Greek language off the page but if you're a student of the Bible you're going to have to be familiar with looking up the original language and the words that are used so that you understand whether or not your translation is accurate to what the original said and so this is a this is a task that I think can benefit everyone and Like I said, I'm I'm just looking for you to To do the work you have four weeks to do the work, which means the next class will have started before this one officially ends because the next class begins in three weeks from tonight and So four weeks the second week of that class you will have the you will have if you're doing it you should turn it in before that second week of that class and I will award the certificates once it has the work has been examined and And and graded and you'll receive your your work back with a grade if you email it to me.
Which is probably the easiest way for you to turn it in is Write it on a computer or tablet of some kind email it to me and my email is in the syllabus. You email it to me and I will grade it. I'll print it grade it give it back to you in class.
Now if you don't come to the next class I will print it grade it and If you want to come to the church and receive your certificate or if you want me to mail it to you I can do that as well. Depending on if you're not going to be here for the next semester.
Are there any questions? Yes, sir. No. But you do need to you need to document you see the second part where it says it should be submitted in the following format. And it says a properly cited bibliography page.
Now if you don't know how to do a bibliography page Google. Either APA format or MLA format either one of those is acceptable. I prefer APA, but MLA also is acceptable and basically what that is is a format for citing your source, so let's say you quote from a Commentary or a dictionary you quote a whole sentence.
You would put that in quotation marks. And you would cite your source in the in the text and that would tie to something in your bibliography page whether it's with a Number as in MLA or a parenthetical notation, which is APA and you'll see that when you look that up what that means.
If you've not written a paper since school, maybe you weren't in you were in high school, you know 20 years ago or whatever. I'm I'm I'm not. I'm not dogmatic. But I do ask that you try your best. You know if you make a mistake, it's not a huge thing, but but this is you know.
This is seminary level work. I'd like for you to try to produce a seminary Acceptable paper something that you would be happy to turn in. Like I said, if you have trouble you have my email address you have my phone number you have my ear.
I'm I want to help you so All right, let's end with prayer. Father thank you for this time to study together. I pray that the last few weeks have been Ones that we'll remember for a long time if not for the material Lord.
But just for a time of fellowship and and growing together and the desire to study you and study your word. I thank you for each of these students. I pray that you'll bless them I pray that you'll bring us back next semester with a desire to grow deeper in the word as we look at your Your scriptures in the Old Covenant.
We pray all this in Christ's name. Amen.
