- 00:00
- When the scribes and Pharisees asked our Lord about the greatest commandment, He replied, You shall love the
- 00:05
- Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.
- 00:10
- So, why do we hear some of today's most prominent pastors saying things like this? It had everything to do with how we talk about the
- 00:19
- Bible, and specifically, or along with that, what we point to as the foundation of faith, which for most
- 00:25
- Christians, unfortunately, is the Bible. We need to do better.
- 00:31
- We need to love God with all our hearts, and stand unashamedly on the rock of His Word. We need to love the
- 00:37
- Lord with all of our souls, and respond to the worldview issues of our day with the wisdom and discernment that comes only from Him.
- 00:44
- We need to love the Lord with our minds, and understand the calling of God's people in every area of life in God's world.
- 00:51
- We need to love the Lord our God with all our strength, and face the work of building a life -giving, God -honoring culture.
- 00:58
- Join us for 10 days at the Runner Academy for Cultural Leadership, as we consider how the gospel influences all of life and culture, and the role that we have to play in applying foundational
- 01:09
- Christian thinking to every area of life. Non -rockabotas must stop.
- 01:22
- I don't want to rock the boat. I want to sink it! Are you gonna bark all day, little doggie, or are you gonna bite?
- 01:31
- We're being delusional. Delusional? Yeah. Delusional is okay in your worldview. I'm an animal.
- 01:36
- You don't chastise chickens for being delusional. You don't chastise pigs for being delusional. So you calling me delusional using your worldview is perfectly okay.
- 01:43
- It doesn't really hurt. Is he hung up on me? Yes! What? What?
- 01:52
- Desperate times call for faithful men and not for careful men. The careful men come later and write the biographies of the faithful men, lauding them for their courage.
- 02:04
- Go into all the world and make disciples. Not go into the world and make buddies. Not to make brosives. Right. Don't go into the world and make homies.
- 02:11
- Right. Disciples. I got a bit of a jiggle neck. That's a joke,
- 02:18
- Pastor. When we have the real message of truth, we cannot let somebody say they're speaking truth when they're not.
- 02:26
- Take and hold these who truly love. Behold my servant whom
- 02:47
- I uphold, my chosen whom my soul delights. I have put my spirit upon him.
- 02:54
- He will bring forth justice to the nations. He will not cry aloud or lift up his voice or make it heard in the street.
- 03:01
- A bruised reed he will not break. And a faintly burning wick he will not quench. He will faithfully bring forth justice.
- 03:10
- He will not grow faint or be discouraged till he has established justice in the earth and the coastlands.
- 03:17
- Wait for his law, his Torah, his law, his instruction.
- 03:24
- Welcome back, everybody. This is the Gospel Heard Around the World. Apologia Radio. You can get more at ApologiaStudios .com.
- 03:31
- A -P -O -L -O -G -I -A -Studios .com. ApologiaStudios .com. That's in a really darkened corner.
- 03:36
- It was a heavy intro. It took a dark, dark turn. I thought it was a different one.
- 03:42
- It's like Halloween's next week. It's when you have to do the royalty -free, you're just stuck with it. Back in the day, we used to just play whatever.
- 03:47
- We did, yeah. Whatever song was inbound. Whatever tickled our fancy. You could do that without getting it.
- 03:54
- On terrestrial radio, we could do whatever we pleased. When we first started with the podcast, it was like whatever.
- 04:00
- Yeah. We were really on YouTube then. Yeah, we're stuck with the royalty -free garbage now. Welcome. Hi.
- 04:07
- Hey guys, thanks for joining us. I'm Jeff, the Culminator Ninja. That's Luke, the Bear. That over there is Zachary Conover, Director of Communications for End Abortion.
- 04:15
- Welcome, everybody. I want to encourage everybody to go to ApologiaStudios .com. Tons of past episodes.
- 04:22
- Hundreds of them, actually, from Apologia Radio. Provoked, cultist, sheologians. Go there.
- 04:27
- Also, partner with us in this ministry. If you've seen something from Apologia Studios, whether it's on the street evangelism, public moderated debate, saving lives at the mill, or you've seen atheists,
- 04:40
- Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses coming to know Jesus Christ. If you've seen any of that, it's because we have brothers and sisters just like you who are ministry partners.
- 04:49
- They make all this possible. They are a part of this ministry with us. We want to bless you as you're a part of this ministry with us.
- 04:55
- We do all kinds of extra things for you to pour into you and to bless you and to spend time with you.
- 05:01
- If you are all access, you get tons of nifty -gifties. You get all kinds of extra stuff. You get the
- 05:07
- After Show, which we're going to be doing after Apologia Radio right now. We're going to go over to the live stream at the website and spend time with you over there for the
- 05:15
- Apologia After Show. We also have Cultish's Aftermath. We have also, every month, a time where I spend time with everybody privately, where we do questions and answers.
- 05:25
- It's Ask Me Anything. We also have Collision, the series Collision, which
- 05:30
- I'm honored to be a part of. It's been a real blessing to be a part of that. We have the Academy. If you want to learn about apologetics and prayer and all kinds of stuff, the
- 05:39
- Trinity, Doctrines of Grace, all that is up there at the Academy. We have rebooted the
- 05:44
- Academy. We're adding some new stuff. I am almost finished with a series we've been working on on the
- 05:52
- Great Tribulation, the Olivet Discourse. I think we're up to six lessons now, and we're going to start putting them out.
- 05:58
- If you want to go verse by verse through the Great Tribulation and learn about that, I've tried my very best to make the lessons short and sweet but as comprehensive as possible to bless you.
- 06:12
- We talk about hermeneutics, how to interpret Scripture. We talk about foundations, the Old Testament expectation. We've been going verse by verse.
- 06:21
- I'm excited about it. That's going to be up there very, very soon. I think within the next week or two, we're going to start dropping those.
- 06:27
- If you want to learn about that, that's coming in the Academy. We're excited to be with you today. You see today the title of the show is
- 06:33
- The Navy SEALs Beat Biden. We actually have one of those
- 06:38
- Navy SEALs with us. We're going to bring him in in just a few moments. Asa Miller, a good friend of ours.
- 06:44
- He was on team four of the Navy SEALs. We have a really cool story to share with you guys.
- 06:51
- We're going to give you guys some inside information about how we got connected with the Navy SEALs to be a part of supporting them as pastors, as Christians.
- 07:01
- It's a good story and we're going to give you some details. I think we haven't revealed publicly since our connection with the
- 07:07
- SEALs. We love those dudes so much. Some of them are just solid, solid believers and just great, great men.
- 07:13
- We admire them, love them, and are very, very thankful for them and the stand that they took. You need to hear what they did to stand up against the tyranny that was coming across the country.
- 07:24
- Before we get into it, just one quick thing. You'll notice that I don't have my ion layer patch on right now.
- 07:33
- I'm juggling a lot right now. I had to rush out the door. I even got here late because I'm just juggling a lot right now.
- 07:39
- I forgot to put it on. I'm going to go home and get it right on me. Luke is wearing his ion layer patch right now.
- 07:44
- I just wanted to say I've been telling you guys about it. Look up NAD IV treatments or NAD health benefits and just go down that rabbit trail with the scientific stuff about NAD.
- 07:58
- It's in your system when you're young. God gave us this to keep our cells operating and working.
- 08:04
- If you were without NAD in your blood, in your system for 30 seconds, you'd be dead.
- 08:09
- As you get older, you lose this. A nickname for it is the Fountain of Youth because of all that it does in our system in general.
- 08:18
- I love the guys that have ion layer. It's a way to get NAD without the painful experience and torture of NAD through IV.
- 08:28
- I will say, and I was just telling the guys this quickly, that many of you guys maybe have heard that years ago
- 08:36
- I had three seizures. They just started appearing out of nowhere. I have no family history of seizures and no seizures of my own.
- 08:44
- We figured out what it was and thankfully it's never going to happen again. I have struggled for years since those seizures with clarity of thought where it's been frustrating at times.
- 08:57
- The guys here know at times where I have to think about the sentence that I'm in. I can't think ahead of it. Sometimes I forget where I was going.
- 09:04
- That'll happen from time to time. The doctor told me that's just part and parcel of what happens with seizures is you can have that kind of damage done.
- 09:12
- But since I have been consistently using the NAD, I noticed, actually it just dawned on me yesterday that I have had the clarity of thought that I haven't had in many years.
- 09:24
- I've been able to think ahead, three, four, five steps ahead in my thought and keep that together and not forget.
- 09:31
- The only thing I've been doing different is the NAD treatment. I'm really, really grateful for it. If you want to get on it,
- 09:37
- Solid Christian Dudes, great, great product for your body, your health.
- 09:44
- I love when people create things that bless human life. I just love these guys. They found out a way to do it with a medical patch where it's not painful because NAD treatments through IV, everyone will tell you, is a great benefit, but it is torture.
- 09:58
- IonLayer .com If you go there, they want to hook up all of our friends and partners, so you get a big discount.
- 10:05
- It's IonLayer .com and you just put in the coupon code APOLOGIA in all caps and you get on that. All right.
- 10:11
- Ready? You know what's amazing? What? I was going to mention our other two sponsors real quick. One, Heritage already got a bunch of sales from one show.
- 10:19
- Did they? A bunch of subscriptions. Heritage, good. Go to HeritageDefense .org if you didn't see last week.
- 10:25
- We're partnering with them. They're amazing and if you homeschool, you need to be signed up. Heritage Defense will be on standby for your homeschool family.
- 10:33
- If you're a homeschooling family, you need Heritage Defense. We have it. If someone shows up at your door to harass you, cause problems, we're talking about state agencies, anything like that at all, you just immediately contact
- 10:47
- Heritage and you hand them the phone and say, talk to my attorney. We love them. Bradley Pierce, one of my favorite people in the world, he's with Heritage and we're telling you about sponsors that we really believe in and we think that this stuff will bless your life.
- 11:03
- Listen, seriously though, if you are a homeschooling family and you don't have Heritage Defense, you've got to do it today.
- 11:08
- You really, really do. Yeah, so you can go and sign up if you put an apology in the coupon code you get the first month free.
- 11:17
- So definitely do that and then of course we also mentioned last week that we now have our own line of coffee.
- 11:23
- Pre -sip. The pre -sip blend. I'm still just crazy about that name. It's brilliant.
- 11:28
- It's the great name. So you can go to shop .apologyistudios .com just type in coffee in the search bar and it'll pop right up.
- 11:35
- And everyone says it's delicious. So enjoy that. We are going to get into today.
- 11:42
- So I want to introduce you to a good friend and someone we honor and we highly respect and we're grateful for the stand that he took.
- 11:50
- He was a Navy SEAL, SEAL Team 4. This is Asa Miller. Asa, welcome to the show, brother.
- 11:57
- Hey guys. Glad to be here. Thanks for having me on. I appreciate it. Honored to have you on, brother. Alright, so by way of introduction, the way that Asa and I or us, we actually got connected was we got word that there were some
- 12:13
- Navy SEALs who were listeners of the show and loved the channel, loved the ministry and this was right around the time that the mandatory cookies were being forced upon everybody.
- 12:27
- And you know what I mean by mandatory cookies. We're still trying to get around censors and things like that.
- 12:32
- July 21 is what we call it. Joe's mandatory cookies. And so at the time this was going across all branches of the military.
- 12:41
- Now everybody knows, of course, many of you lost your jobs. You refused to eat the cookie and so you lost your job and it was a big stand that you took and so we're thankful by the way for the stand that you took and the courage that it took to do that and the sacrifice that it took to do that, to stand against tyranny in that way.
- 12:57
- But we ended up having a private meeting at a conference with someone who was an active duty
- 13:04
- Navy SEAL. And Fishbone. We got to give Fishbone credit. And we got to tell, Trey Fisher was there, of course.
- 13:10
- And so we're in this private meeting at a conference. That was actually Fight, Laugh, Feast. It was, yep. Fight, Laugh, Feast and this
- 13:16
- Navy SEAL said that there were a lot of active duty Navy SEALs that were resisting eating the cookie.
- 13:26
- so the question was made to us, if we were able to pull together
- 13:31
- SEALs from across the teams for a private meeting in Virginia Beach, would you be able to come?
- 13:37
- And of course, we love the Navy SEALs. We really appreciated the stand that they were taking. So we said, absolutely.
- 13:44
- Say the word and we're on a flight. And so I think we were in Virginia Beach. A week later. That week.
- 13:50
- It was like Saturday we had that conversation. It was like Wednesday or something like that.
- 13:55
- We were on a plane. So a couple days later we were on a plane to Virginia Beach to meet with SEALs from across the teams.
- 14:01
- And I just want to say that I, Asa, I have spoken to huge crowds.
- 14:09
- I have been in very tough and tense situations. And I think my hands don't shake.
- 14:15
- I'm cool as a cucumber. But I will tell you that being told by the
- 14:21
- Navy SEALs, hey, we want you to speak to us about the word of God and the scriptural foundation for resisting this kind of tyranny.
- 14:29
- I have to confess I was completely terrified. I was really nervous.
- 14:35
- I don't know if it showed on my face, Asa, when I was speaking up and talking to you guys. But I was super nervous. It showed a little bit.
- 14:41
- But that was alright. Because we were terrified too. We had no idea what was going on or what to do.
- 14:47
- You being there was huge. So we excused your nervous wreck.
- 14:53
- Sounds like y 'all were there for each other. Yeah, we really were. We were honored. We'll tell everyone.
- 14:58
- As we get into this, Asa, so you can tell your story. One of the things that was so impressive to me was we walked into the room that morning.
- 15:05
- And that meeting lasted from early morning until late into the night. We didn't get home until late. Was walking into the room with a bunch of different SEALs and just the focus that you guys had.
- 15:17
- It felt like you were treating it like you were prepping for a battle. The whiteboard's up.
- 15:23
- You're writing stuff down. You're talking about different contingencies. You guys are really strategizing. It really felt like this is really cool.
- 15:30
- They're treating it like a real fight. And SEALs would treat a fight. And so I really appreciated that.
- 15:35
- But what the SEALs that we were talking to wanted from us is they wanted us to give them the solid theological biblical foundations for why they were right to resist this kind of tyranny.
- 15:53
- What were you facing, Asa? What were you facing at the time? Because I know that things just went up and down.
- 15:59
- Up and down for a little bit. But I seem to remember that when we walked into that meeting, you guys were being told that if you didn't eat the cookie, that there was potential for jail.
- 16:11
- That's what some guys were saying they were being told. And even, of course, dishonorable discharge. So bring us into that,
- 16:17
- Asa. For us, we walked into this meeting. They need our help. They want theological foundations, but what were you actually facing?
- 16:25
- Yeah. That's a great question. At the time, we weren't even entirely sure because everything was coming down so heavy -handed, but also haphazardly.
- 16:37
- There was no uniformity to it, which is kind of a hallmark for the military at large. Every team was doing it differently.
- 16:45
- Every branch was doing it differently. But we were pretty worried because, one, we didn't have the we didn't know the legal means of fighting this, but we knew it was wrong.
- 16:58
- We knew it was illegal on so many different levels. Some of the stuff that we'd been threatened with dating back months before, guys had been threatened to not be able to come home from overseas deployments.
- 17:09
- That proved to not materialize, but every step of the way, the escalation of force was elevated as far as threats go.
- 17:18
- We were faced with paying back our training, which is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. It's not possible to pay it back.
- 17:26
- Jail time was being floated, being put in the brig for disobeying a lawful order, which actually happened to several people around the military.
- 17:34
- Thankfully, none of us, but that was a very real threat. Also, just the simple fact of being discharged from the military, which ruins careers, lives, dreams.
- 17:45
- Guys have families, kids they're trying to provide for. Everything was on the table at that point, and we had no idea how to shift through it and figure out what was real, what wasn't, and how to fight back at all.
- 17:58
- The challenge, too, at the time, as we were in that room, is you guys didn't know actually what consequences you were facing.
- 18:04
- You had all these different things being floated. At the time, it was a very big deal in the news that the military was being required to eat the cookie.
- 18:14
- You had people from different branches. Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force were all facing this.
- 18:19
- I got contacted that week after we met with you guys, and we started Stand With Warriors. I got contacted by FBI agents,
- 18:28
- DEA agents, people from the Coast Guard. I was contacted by people from across governmental agencies, and they were all, at the same time, hearing different things.
- 18:39
- They were hearing jail. They were hearing dishonorable discharge. They were hearing the same things you were. You pay back everything that we put into you.
- 18:46
- All that stuff. It was a difficult moment. The whole nation was hearing about it, but the problem was you guys didn't have any real help, and you guys were facing a deadline.
- 18:57
- When we came to that meeting, I seem to remember it was days away. I think it was November or something.
- 19:02
- It felt like it was days away. You had to make some decision. I want to say it was within a week or two of you guys being there.
- 19:10
- We had to make a final decision of whether we were getting it or not, which would not only determine whether or not we'd stay at our team or our command, wherever we were at, in my particular situation, or like we talked about.
- 19:26
- I mean, discharge was on the table. We had a decision to make within a few days, and we had no idea how we'd fight this.
- 19:35
- Asa, we were told at the time as everyone was feeding us as much information as they could, what they knew, we were told at the time that you have a couple thousand active duty
- 19:43
- Navy SEALs. We were told then that about a third were resisting the cookie at that time.
- 19:50
- That was the significant story that the media wanted to hear ultimately from me, when you guys said you represent us, you speak to the media.
- 19:58
- It was about military readiness. You're going to clear out a third of our best fighters and warriors because of the cookie?
- 20:07
- What was that like? I know there's probably things that you want to reserve and not say, but was this something that teams from across the nation, from both coasts, were talking about?
- 20:22
- Yeah. Everybody was talking about it in the military. It was coming down from the administration.
- 20:27
- Not only was my SEAL team, all of the community, the Navy at large, the
- 20:32
- DOD at large, but also everyone remembers OSHA was dealing with this, regular employees, kids in schools.
- 20:39
- This was a nationwide issue. On a smaller scale level, yeah.
- 20:45
- Everyone was handling it differently because one, it was in legal order, which I think is important to toss out there from the very beginning.
- 20:52
- They couldn't actually mandate this, try as they did. Because of that, they had no structure in place to enforce it.
- 21:01
- Every command was doing it completely differently. You had aircraft carriers and ships lining their crews up and just jabbing them.
- 21:08
- We had different SEAL teams pursuing different strategies of coercion, ultimately, to get this done because they needed people to volunteer for it.
- 21:17
- Because with EUA vaccines... Yeah, buddy. I'm sorry. I'm dealing with a kiddo.
- 21:24
- It's no problem. Yeah, buddy. He's got his niece with him.
- 21:31
- She's making a guest appearance. You're on Apology Radio. We're all good with the kids. We're all good with the kids.
- 21:40
- Come here, buddy. As you manage that, I'll tell a little bit more of the story here. Don't apologize, brother.
- 21:49
- What was interesting at the time for us to hear was that about a third of the
- 21:54
- Navy SEALs were resisting. What was cool about that was that we were told that the teams on both coasts,
- 22:00
- Christians specifically, on teams from across on both coasts, were all talking to each other as Christian men, saying,
- 22:08
- I can't do this because it violates my conscience and my commitments to Christ's Lordship and God's Law.
- 22:14
- And so that was the interesting portion is that, say, a third of the SEALs were resisting the cookie initially.
- 22:22
- A bunch of those guys were very, very committed Christians to the Lordship of Christ and to the
- 22:28
- Word of God. A lot of the guys that were resisting the cookie at the time also, that were SEALs, were not actually professing
- 22:34
- Christians, but they were sort of linked up with all these guys. It was a really interesting moment to be in, and the trouble was that what
- 22:43
- Luke and I walked into, the trouble was is that it wasn't being spoken of in the national media like it needed to be.
- 22:52
- I'll just give everyone some insight. What ended up happening is I was asked to lay down the theological and historical foundations from a
- 23:01
- Christian perspective of resisting this kind of tyranny, and it was absolutely tyranny. Forcing a human being to put something into their body that could injure them or injure their family members, this was an experimental cookie.
- 23:17
- There's no question about that. The data that was coming out even early on was giving very concerning signs about what potentially this could do to your body and even to your future progeny.
- 23:31
- There was all kinds of things coming up demonstrating that this could be very dangerous, and here was the challenge.
- 23:37
- This was especially the challenge. A bunch of those Navy SEALs that we were talking to had already gotten the vid.
- 23:45
- They already had it. They already overcame it. They already had the natural immunity, and at the time we were even being told by government agencies that the cookie wasn't even as good as the natural immunity, and it was also so specific that what you would get for the natural immunity was excellent.
- 24:01
- And here was the second thing in terms of the concern that the SEALs had is that these are young guys, strong men, like Olympians, basically.
- 24:10
- These guys are like the healthiest men on the planet, the strongest men on the planet, and there was no reason...
- 24:16
- Especially Big Dan. Yeah, there was no reason for them to have gotten the cookie because they were in a place where they weren't at risk like the elderly or people who had immune deficiencies and those sorts of things.
- 24:30
- And then there was the other added question of what about all of the data that's showing all the heart issues and blood clotting issues that are coming from taking this.
- 24:40
- And so, of course, the SEALs are like, look, we just need the foundations.
- 24:46
- We need to be able to argue this case before our commands, and the problem is is that nobody in the country is really talking about our plight, what's going on with us.
- 24:57
- So the end result of that meeting that whole day and trying to pray for them and equip them was at the end of the day the
- 25:02
- SEALs there took a vote. These are the silent warriors, the silent professionals, and they didn't want to come out publicly with their faces and say anything because they're
- 25:10
- SEALs. That's what they're like. And so what they said was is they voted unanimously to ask me to come out and break the story with Tucker Carlson and things like that.
- 25:21
- And so I was honored by that, but also terrified because I had a room full of Navy SEALs telling me that when you go to the media, you tell them that this is about us as Christian men standing on the
- 25:32
- Word of God. It's because of the Gospel. It's because of the Lordship of Christ. If any media organization doesn't want to hear that story, tell them to pound sand.
- 25:39
- And they told me and one very important SEAL looked at me and said to me, I expect you to tell the story about us as Christian men and make this about the
- 25:48
- Gospel. And that's the only reason I'm saying yes on this. So I had a bunch of Navy SEALs basically watching me.
- 25:53
- Make sure you talk about Christ. And so I was on the phone with Tucker Carlson the next day. Tucker and I talked on the phone with some of the
- 26:01
- SEALs and did a video call so he could verify everything and hear the story. And thank
- 26:06
- God for Tucker. He put it on the next broadcast he had and made the story about them. And so Asa, when that story broke, you guys were sort of suffering in silence.
- 26:16
- And when Tucker broke it, it was like the next day or two I started seeing a pullback.
- 26:21
- I started seeing like an uh -oh. We need to slow down with this oppressive hand we're putting down on our
- 26:27
- SEALs. Did you feel that relatively shortly after this broke in the media? Did you feel some relief?
- 26:34
- Yeah. As I mentioned earlier, the whole time, it was so inconsistent the way they were trying to go about things.
- 26:43
- And when and I think it was they were trying to just force it through as soon as they could so it could be a non -issue.
- 26:50
- And by you guys breaking that story and just being honest with the situation, drawing attention to the bigger picture of hey, this is not just these guys.
- 27:00
- This is affecting the entire military at large. I mean, 250 ,000 people ultimately almost lost their job.
- 27:06
- And so by raising that public awareness, it definitely stopped the wheels from turning and forced them to backtrack and try and figure things out.
- 27:18
- some of that story is going to be told. I apologize, guys. That story is going to end up being told in SEALs Beat Biden, which is a documentary that we're coming out with.
- 27:29
- But definitely the timeline got protracted or extended. It slowed down.
- 27:37
- Because of that. Because of that. We broke this story across the national media.
- 27:43
- It was with Tucker and other elements of Fox News and other organizations. We broke this story. The story of the
- 27:49
- Navy SEALs was on the front page of a lot of websites. And I feel like this is just in my mind.
- 27:55
- It's not just because I was focused in upon it and we were trying to make a concerted effort to help the
- 28:01
- SEALs. I feel like once the story of the SEALs broke, you started to see everything started to pull back a little bit.
- 28:09
- It was like this heaviness. It was like this rapid pace. Heaviness. Threats. And then all of a sudden the
- 28:14
- SEALs story breaks. And everything pulls back for a minute. And we were aware of the fact that when the story broke, guys that were being threatened within days of jail and dishonorable discharge, all of a sudden got put into a holding pattern.
- 28:31
- Like, well, no, no, no. Maybe we won't do this to you. Hold on. We're still trying to make some decisions here. But they were being told they had days.
- 28:38
- And they were going to be in jail or dishonorable discharge. And now all of a sudden it pulled back. And some of these guys sat in limbo.
- 28:46
- Like a few months ago. Some of them still are. Right, Asa? Tell us about you. It pulls back.
- 28:53
- And what happened? That was the biggest takeaway, I think, from the slowdown. And we talk about this a little bit.
- 29:01
- We went from, a few weeks after the story broke, everything grinded to a halt.
- 29:06
- And then they sent us into a no -man's land. In the military, we're very strict about mustering.
- 29:15
- Even if you don't go in on a certain day, you still have to text in, let your boss know, like, hey,
- 29:20
- I'm here. And they go in a system, a service -wide system, and they click, hey, this is
- 29:25
- Asa Miller, president and accountant for Ford. We know where he's at. And that's super important. Obviously, in the military, we've got guys overseas, on train trips all the time.
- 29:34
- And shortly after this story broke, they just stopped communicating with us completely, because, honestly, they had no idea what to do with us at this point.
- 29:44
- They didn't expect us to fight back like we did. And so, me and over 20 of my brothers, we didn't even go into work for over six months.
- 29:54
- There was no communication. We had asked, hey, can you send us to a training command?
- 30:00
- Hey, can you send us to the schoolhouse where we can give back, help the community, help get our brothers to the left and right ready for deployments and everything else, because the machine keeps rolling.
- 30:10
- And instead of doing any of that, they just cut us loose and didn't communicate for six months, which is absolutely crazy.
- 30:18
- And to this day, there's been no accountability for that at all. Navy SEALs sitting around trimming bushes, right?
- 30:25
- Navy SEALs sitting around doing nothing, just receiving a paycheck, but just in limbo. Navy stinking
- 30:32
- SEALs. They literally had you trimming bushes, didn't they? Well, so that came next.
- 30:37
- After six months of not doing anything, there was a change of command. New leadership came in, still had no idea what to do with us.
- 30:45
- And at that point, we had made some pressure politically, thanks to, in no small part, you guys and Stand With Warriors and some of the publicity we were able to get from guys like Tucker and such.
- 30:59
- And so once some political pressure was heightened, they brought us back in for semi -frequent musters, but all we ended up doing was trimming hedges, picking weeds, or just coming in for 10, 15 minutes a day and being like, hey, what do we got to do?
- 31:14
- Nothing. Go home. And we didn't have guns, so we couldn't shoot unless it was on our own dime back home, at civilian ranges.
- 31:23
- They took away our access to our buildings, so we couldn't even get into, a lot of us still had all of our gear locked inside our team buildings and we couldn't access that.
- 31:36
- So it was not only six months of zero accountability, but then it continued on for another six months -ish of, like you said,
- 31:43
- Zach, trimming hedges and picking weeds. Pulling weeds. Navy SEALs pulling weeds.
- 31:50
- It's just remarkable to me that the United States government would so readily abandon and treat with contempt those that they've just put so many resources behind making into who they are.
- 32:04
- Like something about this administration would just say, um, we're going to try to force this through as quickly as we possibly can and not give you any time to react or defend yourself.
- 32:14
- And then when that doesn't work, now we're just going to treat you like stepchildren as if you don't exist and treat you with contempt.
- 32:20
- And get you in a position where you're serving well below your station and your skill set.
- 32:25
- These are Navy stinking SEALs. Just remarkable.
- 32:31
- The entire purpose of it, honestly, whether they'll admit this or not, is they didn't want us to be in and around the other guys.
- 32:39
- And not because we were contagious. Like, everyone knows we had natural immunity. The studies showed, and common sense showed at the time, we were no threat to anyone.
- 32:48
- But what they didn't want was us to be informing guys. Because everybody's training. Everybody's busy.
- 32:54
- They got lives. They got families. Not everybody had theological information, especially from you guys.
- 32:59
- Not everybody had the time and the know -how to read the science like some of our friends did.
- 33:05
- And so a lot of guys just didn't know any better. Nobody liked it. I would say the real number of vaccinated
- 33:11
- SEALs is less than probably 20%. The rest of them all just faked it, to be honest with you.
- 33:19
- And so what they didn't want was us to be around there. Smarter. Yes, I agree.
- 33:25
- But they didn't want us to be around there telling guys, like, hey, open your eyes. Look at this. Look at the evidence.
- 33:31
- And look at what this leads to. And that's one of the things we're trying to do as well with telling the story. Unbelievable.
- 33:38
- Hey, this is just step one. So it's almost like they were red -pilled, and then they didn't want them around other people to open their eyes to what's actually happening.
- 33:50
- We're going to play the trailer here for you guys. Hold tight for just a minute or two here. We're going to play the trailer for you for the film coming out by our friends
- 33:58
- SEALs Beat Biden. This is the official trailer. So you hear some of the background and the story and the message that our friends are trying to communicate.
- 34:07
- We met with the SEALs. We broke this story. They gave us their trust. It was a great honor in our lives, and we broke the story to international media.
- 34:15
- So thankful for Tucker Carlson and the fact that he just was on it, and he made it a priority to make sure he got this out for the guys.
- 34:22
- I will say this, and just as a personal note, you never know with some of these guys, these talking heads, how real they are.
- 34:28
- Is this just a paycheck? Is this just a career? Are they really like that, or is this sort of a persona?
- 34:33
- Like, you know, they're just sort of a character they're playing. I'll just tell you that I think the real Tucker Carlson is a lot more hardcore than you even see, you've seen on television.
- 34:44
- At least when he was on Fox. Yeah, I've spoken with him through text at length and also through a video conference that we did, and I'll just say that my impression was that he's actually a lot stronger a man, and he's got some deeper convictions than you even understand.
- 34:59
- He's willing to punch far than you even understand what you see on the screen, so I was super grateful for that.
- 35:04
- So we started Stand With Warriors. Stand With Warriors was our attempt to create a pooling point for, of course, the
- 35:12
- SEALs, but also for members across the branches to offer them legal defense with a
- 35:18
- JAG attorney, Davis Younts. Younts some of this? Younts some of this.
- 35:24
- Apparently the military didn't because he smoked him. Apparently not.
- 35:30
- We started Stand With Warriors to offer the SEALs some legal support. We wanted to give them our voices, we wanted to give them the media attention, and we knew we needed to also provide for them legal help, and so that's where we started
- 35:41
- Stand With Warriors, and it was a big blessing to so many people. Some great victories in there. So thankful to be a part of that.
- 35:48
- But one last thing I'll add to this before I play the trailer for the new film was that we returned, and we really had two things that the
- 35:57
- SEALs assigned to us. Number one, break the story, make it about Christ, make it about our convictions.
- 36:03
- Number two, we were told that that okay, so there was the what was our, they needed a what was the
- 36:13
- James, they needed the write -up, the religious exemption. They needed a religious exemption, and so we came home and we were like, you needed to start
- 36:23
- Stand With Warriors, I needed to break everything. So we sort of handed out responsibility. So I said,
- 36:29
- I'll break this story, I'll talk to the media, you create Stand With Warriors, we'll get that all going. And then it was like, and the
- 36:36
- SEALs, by the way, by Monday need the theological explanation for the religious exemption.
- 36:43
- So we came back, returned, talked to our elders, and we were like, yeah, so we need to have by Monday with us an official write -up for the
- 36:50
- Navy for the SEALs. Theological, like why are they supposed to resist this?
- 36:56
- And NBD. James is like, hold my drink. James goes, so what are you saying?
- 37:01
- And we're like, well, you want to write that for us? I mean, you're the one that's written all the books, you know, like go ahead and write it for us.
- 37:08
- And so he had about 18 hours to write up the religious exemption form and explanation for the
- 37:14
- SEALs. So Dr. James White is the one who wrote that, and that was given to their commands and everything else, and so we're super thankful for that.
- 37:22
- Solid. The theological explanation behind, because there is a genuine theological explanation that we're going to get into a little further in the show.
- 37:29
- Well, I was just going to say real quick, I just wanted to thank everyone that's watching, if you helped participate and donated to Stand with the
- 37:35
- Warriors, because, I mean, like Jeff was saying, it reached to all branches, all three -letter agencies.
- 37:44
- Honestly, I don't know how many people contacted us. I was the one signing all those. James wrote it, and then
- 37:50
- I was just, Christine's sending them to me like crazy. Here's another one. Here's another one. I was just signing them. I don't know how many I signed.
- 37:56
- And I know Davis was able to represent. Davis represented you, correct, Asa? I know some other guys.
- 38:02
- Davis represented you? That is correct. So, I mean, Davis, we've had him on a few times. He's amazing. I just want to thank everyone, if you were able to help with that.
- 38:11
- We'll get into more of what Stand with the Warriors is doing now, but just wanted to thank you guys. So again, it was the media, it was
- 38:17
- Stand with the Warriors to offer them legal help, and then it was also writing up that religious exemption form that explained the theological reasoning behind resisting the mandatory cookie.
- 38:26
- So, our friends have put together a film with Asa. It's called Seals Beat Biden. Asa, when's this come out?
- 38:34
- So, right now, we're launching. It's going to be a two -part series. We're launching in November. For an exact date, just head over to head over to sealsbeatbiden .com
- 38:50
- and they'll keep you up to date with the exact dates for when we're going to launch it. It'll be a two -part series coming in November.
- 38:57
- Here's the trailer, guys. I don't know that I've ever done anything or been involved in a team effort, because that's what it was, a team effort that had more return on the investment than that one in which we engaged in.
- 39:09
- The capital of Afghanistan bailed to the Taliban. If you want a better new normal, anytime soon,
- 39:16
- Americans need to put on a mask. He told me that there was no chance that my religious accommodation or that any religious accommodation would be granted.
- 39:28
- And sure enough, within hours, I was terminated. I had no income. I had no healthcare benefits.
- 39:36
- I had no job. They come in handshaking, angry, telling us that they don't want to hear about our rattlesnake religion, saying that we never wanted to be steals and that we're not courageous enough to fight war.
- 39:56
- Anything below 95 % capacity and a rate is considered critical. My rating, the rescue swimmers, we were at 89%, and the
- 40:05
- Commandant is ready to cut these guys loose over a vaccine mandate for an untested shot.
- 40:17
- The oath is not for the easy times. The oath is for the hard times, and it's whenever you have to make that choice between doing what the
- 40:23
- Constitution says or doing what someone else is telling me to do. Be a patriot. Protect your fellow citizens.
- 40:30
- I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. So every military member does that. So if military members' rights are not protected, they're not protected for the rest of society.
- 40:40
- These are the individuals that are actually willing to risk their lives to fight for the
- 40:45
- Constitution. Are you willing?
- 40:52
- Would you be willing to throw your stars on the table over a principle?
- 40:58
- Would you be willing? And that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which
- 41:06
- I am about to enter. So help me God. And I meant it.
- 41:28
- There's some really great beards in that trailer. Yeah, there are some good beards in that trailer. I love how they threw in Uncle Joe falling up the stairs too.
- 41:35
- Yeah. Just for good measure. He deserves that. Just for good measure. He deserves it. For sure.
- 41:42
- I was going to say, our friends over at Republic Sentinel are dropping that. Zach Lautschlager, very familiar guest of ours.
- 41:49
- We're pretty excited about that. And Asa, that trailer there kind of tells a big portion of the story in terms of the oath that you took.
- 42:03
- You took an oath and that was one of the things that I emphasized with you guys that day, was that of course as Christian men your first allegiance is to Christ and to God's law.
- 42:13
- And so the foundation of western civilization today is lex rex. The principle that the law is king and the king is not the law himself.
- 42:22
- He cannot be a law unto himself. And so I try to impress that upon you, that you have the theological foundations about love for God, love for neighbor, the law of God.
- 42:30
- The concern that you had for love for your neighbor, in terms of resisting a jab that could harm people because it's an experimental jab and the data was not looking good and it still doesn't look good.
- 42:42
- And so you were resisting on the basis of love for neighbor, but lex rex is the principle. The law is king.
- 42:48
- And of course that fundamentally goes to the law of God as ultimate. That's what it meant.
- 42:54
- But the next stage is that, well, what do we have codified in the Constitution of the United States of America that you all raised your hands to?
- 43:02
- And that's a really fantastic part of that trailer there. That oath was for the hard times, not the good times.
- 43:08
- And you guys took an oath to defend your nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
- 43:14
- And this was an instance of a domestic enemy, perpetrating tyranny upon the
- 43:20
- United States of America and in particular you guys and your families.
- 43:26
- And you stood up and you kept your oath. That's the main point, right?
- 43:32
- Absolutely. And we're called as SEALs, we're called to be a surgical instrument who can be trusted by our nation to go into other countries and perform missions.
- 43:49
- And so for us, we looked at this. We looked at our beliefs, our core values. Our world view is shaped by Scripture as Christians.
- 43:58
- And we also, as Americans, we have the Constitution and the rule of law. And we knew that both situations, it was just not compatible to follow through with something we did not agree with.
- 44:13
- And that was illegal. And so in order to uphold our oath, we had to do something about it.
- 44:21
- We had to take a stand. And we wanted to do that in a way, ultimately at first, we wanted to do that in a way that allowed us to keep our job.
- 44:31
- But unfortunately for a lot of us, and over 8 ,000 other service members, that opportunity was extinguished as guys got discharged.
- 44:41
- Well, I want to hear that real quick. Asa, I want to hear about what some people had to endure through this.
- 44:49
- I mean, you got out of this situation by the grace of God with an honorable discharge.
- 44:56
- So praise the Lord for that. But that is not the case for... Because this was like an arbitrary thing.
- 45:01
- It was arbitrary. Across the board, arbitrary. Some people literally were in jail. Some people were not.
- 45:07
- Some people are just separated. Some people are just honorably discharged. Some people are honorably discharged. What were some of the consequences that other people had to endure?
- 45:17
- Even just in my own small group of guys from my team, we had guys who got kicked out with general discharges.
- 45:29
- We also had guys who... which strips you of your benefits, so you no longer have access to your GI Bill. There also were guys who were discharged with honorable discharges.
- 45:39
- Most of my friends were honorable discharges, but they had codes on there. It's called an RE4 code.
- 45:44
- What that labels you or puts you in the same category as sex offenders. Also, immediately, even though it's an honorable discharge on the surface, you're no longer allowed to rejoin the military.
- 45:59
- That also can limit you from getting other federal jobs. Still more guys had already re -enlisted.
- 46:05
- So they got pretty large re -enlistment bonuses and were kicked out of the military against their wishes.
- 46:10
- All of us wanted to keep on serving our country, but they were forced out before we could get it repealed through Congress.
- 46:17
- They're now forced to pay back tens of thousands of dollars. That's just my small group of friends.
- 46:24
- Then you look out across the military and there are guys who actually got dishonorably discharged, which makes them more or less a felon.
- 46:32
- It takes away a ton of their rights and also damages their future job prospects.
- 46:38
- Every time they're trying to go and apply for a job, they give them their military records and it says on there dishonorable discharge.
- 46:46
- This is reserved for criminals. All these guys were doing was staying on principle, staying on belief. Over 5 ,000 people across the different branches were kicked out before we could get any type of stay on this.
- 46:59
- At the time, when the NDA passed in 2022, there was 250 ,000 active duty and reserve service members who were faced with these very real consequences for simply standing for their oath, for defending the rule of law and the
- 47:16
- Constitution. Is there any way and maybe I haven't been busy so I've sort of stepped away from all
- 47:24
- Stand With Warriors stuff. Is there any way for us to continue fighting legal battles for those people that were dishonorably discharged because now it's not required and they were kicked out because it was required?
- 47:33
- Is there a way for us to move forward to get them justice? Asa, do you know?
- 47:39
- Is that in the works? Can we do that? That's one of the main tasks with Stand With Warriors now is we're trying to build out kind of an ecosystem of military guys and also lawyers who can go and have these battles to upgrade your discharges.
- 47:56
- Obviously Davis would be a much better resource to tell you the nitty gritty ins and outs of how that's going to happen, but yes it is possible and that is the goal and we're fighting for that.
- 48:09
- We need justice for these guys. Good grief. Evil. What a terrible display of tyranny.
- 48:14
- I know Davis is already representing several members so we're kind of shifting a little bit with Stand With Warriors kind of reorganizing.
- 48:25
- Davis is going to take over and run with it now because obviously when we started this it was strictly cookie related and so now the way we're restructuring it that we'll be able to handle all these things.
- 48:41
- It was rapid pace too. Literally within two weeks. Start the organization.
- 48:47
- Get it up and running. Remember we ended up it happened so fast we had to go to Salt Lake.
- 48:52
- Remember we were up in Salt Lake? That's where we got the bank account started in Salt Lake. I remember that whole week we were up there all
- 48:58
- I was doing was signing because it went out so fast. I remember Christine was just inundated with emails every week.
- 49:05
- You were doing that. My phone was ringing off the hook. I remember several times at night
- 49:12
- I was on the phone with media, I was on the phone with people from the CIA, the
- 49:17
- FBI, DEA, all that stuff. I don't even know how they got my number to be honest.
- 49:23
- People were just calling me and calling me. They were all facing different things. It was so confusing and every one of them said the same thing.
- 49:30
- I have days left. I have days left before they're threatening me with jail or threatening me with this.
- 49:35
- It was a rapid pace to get that up and running. I remember that phone call with that one specific general that was probably
- 49:44
- I don't know if we're allowed to say. It was probably the most intimidating phone call I've ever heard in my life. The week after that,
- 49:52
- I was on the phone with some people I never ever thought I'd be on the phone with. I was talking to some people that I never imagined
- 49:57
- I'd be having a conversation with. Good people too. Good people.
- 50:03
- It was definitely a weird week. That first week was a weird, weird week. It must have felt surreal. In a number of ways.
- 50:10
- In every way. Who was calling me? Caller ID. I was on the phone with some really important and interesting people that you all know.
- 50:20
- I'm confident our phones were tapped too. How could they not be? They were.
- 50:27
- They 100 % were. For about three months.
- 50:33
- About three months, Luke and I were on different carriers but both of us had exactly the same things happening to our phone.
- 50:39
- Do you answer a call? There's like this... Sounds like someone's popping on.
- 50:45
- Then it would freeze up. It would just start freezing. We had different carriers. He's T -Mobile on Verizon, different carriers.
- 50:52
- Are you having the same thing happen to you? Yeah, it was really weird. It was also that same time that our door on that side was just randomly open and no one ever goes through.
- 51:04
- It was a weird time. I won't lie, we actually bought a bug device to look for bugs in the studio.
- 51:12
- A bug sweeper and everything. We were being watched. With the stuff at the
- 51:18
- Capitol and all that. We were at the Capitol. It was shortly after.
- 51:26
- We knew we were being watched before that. We were at the Capitol when that whole thing went down because we wanted to be
- 51:34
- Christian media on the ground. We just wanted to document it. At the same time, we also had our bill coming up in Arizona we wanted to draw attention to because everyone was going to be watching what was happening in D .C.
- 51:45
- We were technically at the Capitol to film. Then when all the explosions started going off and everything else, we were away from the
- 51:56
- Capitol building watching it all go down. Just saying, this is not the right thing to do. We even broadcasted.
- 52:01
- We were like, don't do this. This is wrong. Everybody here is stupid. We were like, this is not how you change things.
- 52:09
- You guys need to stop. Then I get a call a week later. They still had to check you out. On my cell phone,
- 52:14
- I get a call. It's from the FBI Terrorism Task Force. He's like,
- 52:20
- Mr. Durbin, we're aware that you were at the Capitol. I was like, yeah, have you seen the videos?
- 52:26
- He's like, yeah, we've seen them. You saw that we had nothing to do with it. He's like, we'd like to see all your footage from that day.
- 52:35
- I was like, okay, well, you've seen it. It's up online right now. We did live streams. The only thing we have is
- 52:41
- B -roll from when the Capitol breach thing was happening. We have some B -roll from that. He's like, we'd like to see that.
- 52:47
- I was like, I don't have to give it to you, but I'd be happy to give it to you. I'm feeling nice today. I don't have to do anything, but I'll give it to you.
- 52:55
- It's just B -roll from far away, of people waving flags and doing stuff, and stuff like that.
- 53:01
- But no, they were - But you have to ask me nicely. You've got to ask me nicely. You've got to sit there in your white uniform and ask me nicely.
- 53:11
- I was just watching that. I was just watching that this morning. One of the greatest movies ever.
- 53:16
- A few good men. We were a few of the good men out there that day.
- 53:22
- That's true. Very few. Yeah. Yeah. Did we lose
- 53:27
- Asa? Looks like we did. It's okay. I want to -
- 53:33
- With the couple minutes we have left here, I think it's important for us to lay down. The theological stuff. People might be asking, against the cookie?
- 53:41
- There's a theological grounding against the cookie? Yeah. Oh yes. Is there ever?
- 53:48
- By the way, if you go to ApologiaChurch .com, I believe that thing that James wrote is still up.
- 53:56
- The exemption letter is there. There's two different ones. There's the one with Stand with the Warriors that was specific for the military and then we had one for Apologia Church.
- 54:06
- The one that he wrote is longer than just the plain exemption.
- 54:12
- It was just the one page. You're talking about the whole theological. We have talked on this before but I'll just give you the burst.
- 54:19
- The first thing is that for the Christian, we are first and foremost under the Lordship of Christ.
- 54:25
- That means that no government usurps the authority of Jesus Christ, which is actually how
- 54:32
- Christians in this nation historically saw it. I have allegiance first and foremost to Christ.
- 54:37
- God has created government. I will be the best soldier. I will be the most honorable member of the military.
- 54:43
- But my allegiance is first and foremost to Christ. So where the military begins to disobey
- 54:48
- God, where the military tells me to do something that is sinful or immoral, I have an obligation before Christ to resist.
- 54:58
- I think we all understand this instinctively when we think about things like what happened in Germany when people after World War II, when you have the
- 55:07
- Nuremberg Trials and all the rest, nobody bought the argument or defense from anybody involved in that evil.
- 55:15
- Nobody bought the argument, I was just following orders. Thankfully, Christianity has so influenced the
- 55:23
- West by that point that people don't buy that argument because people recognize there's a higher law above your military commands.
- 55:31
- And though you are to obey your lawful orders, you are not to obey unlawful orders.
- 55:38
- And so nobody bought the argument at the Nuremberg Trials and everything else, I was just following orders. And that can't be used,
- 55:44
- I was just following orders, because you must recognize that there's a transcendent law that actually is above even my government.
- 55:52
- And that comes down to the Christian worldview and allegiance to Christ. So first and foremost, the argument is,
- 55:58
- Jesus is Lord and Caesar is not. Jesus is Lord and Biden is not. That was the argument first and foremost by the seals.
- 56:05
- Second point of contact, and there's a number of levels here, second point of contact is the Christian historic principle of Lex Rex, and that is the law is king.
- 56:14
- Now, for Christians in history, that meant, first and foremost, God's law is the king.
- 56:19
- The assumption is that British common law and American law is going to represent
- 56:25
- God's law accurately. And so Lex Rex is the law is king, not the king is law.
- 56:30
- In other words, no king is allowed to be a law unto himself and then to tyrannize everybody else.
- 56:37
- So praise God for that Christian tradition and development where they were able to say to the king, we'll honor you as the king, we'll honor the government, but you cannot usurp the law of God.
- 56:48
- Yeah, where you're lawful, we're going to be good citizens. Where you're telling me to disobey God, I'm resisting.
- 56:55
- And where you're telling me to obey God, I'm obeying. And that's how this is supposed to work. So Lex Rex is the historic
- 57:02
- Christian theological principle and statement that says, no king, you are not the law, the law is king,
- 57:08
- God's law is ultimate there. And what's one example of it? Well, what's the second commandment?
- 57:16
- The greatest commandment? You shall love your neighbors as you love yourself. These Navy SEALs and these other members of the military simply said this.
- 57:23
- Look, I've been jabbed a bunch of times, but all these things that I've taken already, they went through a long course in history of examination and testing and all the rest.
- 57:35
- And it was admitted that this is an experimental cookie. And look at the data thus far.
- 57:42
- The data thus far is very alarming. It's very concerning. And so these Navy SEALs says, wait a second, you're telling me that you're going to force the cookie into my fellow citizens?
- 57:53
- They're going to lose their jobs if they don't take this experimental cookie? And you're telling me that I have to risk my life and my family's well -being by taking this experimental cookie?
- 58:06
- And they said, love for neighbor requires me to resist that. You can't force this down people when it could risk their very lives.
- 58:14
- The principle of the preservation of life is supposed to be key to Christians. It's key in the law, word of God. And so these guys said, okay,
- 58:21
- God's law is the king. You're not the law, Mr. King, Mr. Biden. And so...
- 58:26
- And also, my body, my choice. Yeah, exactly right. And the law says for you to love my neighbor as I love myself. Okay.
- 58:32
- In loving my neighbor, am I loving my neighbor when I allow you to force this cookie into my fellow citizens and into me that could risk their lives and my family's livelihood in my life?
- 58:44
- And so these SEALs said, no. No, this is tyranny. This is a violation of God's principles.
- 58:50
- It's a violation of God's law. Guys, this is what's crazy. This is not like some crazy anti -vaxxer movement.
- 58:58
- Do you know what happens when these guys get into the military? You go to boot camp, you get jabbed, jabbed, jabbed.
- 59:03
- You don't even know what's going on. You don't. They just get in line and you walk down a line and it's like stick, stick, stick, stick, stick.
- 59:09
- And you get that real nasty, meaty one in the butt cheek, too. No, you do. You really do. Against the wall, which butt cheek do you not need for the day?
- 59:18
- And it's like this big, thick, gauge needle and boom, it's got peanut butter and gravy in it or something.
- 59:23
- And you're like limping away from it. No, for real. No, for real, for real.
- 59:30
- And so it's not these guys, it wasn't a matter of like I'm anti -vax. That's not what this was.
- 59:36
- It was that's experimental and it's causing damage. And that's unsafe to my citizens, fellow citizens and to me and my family.
- 59:43
- Maybe I have a wife. Maybe I have kids and they need me. I got to provide for them. Sorry, I don't want to interrupt, but this is an important point that all those vaccines that they receive, there's actually a law that has to be
- 59:56
- FDA approved. And the one that they were issuing was not FDA approved and that was a huge...
- 01:00:02
- For good reason. That's an important point that can't be missed. It wasn't just any old shot.
- 01:00:08
- It was one that wasn't approved by the FDA. Right, so they were worried about the livelihoods and lives of fellow citizens themselves and their families and so they resisted.
- 01:00:19
- And for them, it's like stages. First stage, Christian stage, law, word of God, authority of Jesus.
- 01:00:24
- Second stage was Constitution. The second stage is these guys are saying, look, I'm just trying to be faithful to the oath that you told me to put my hand up to.
- 01:00:32
- Remember the document that you and I swore on? Yeah. Remember that? Remember that?
- 01:00:37
- Remember that? We swore on the same document and said we'd uphold it, so help us God. What's interesting too is that with members of the military, they know this, is that the military has a way of making sure that you understand that you belong to them now and this is a real commitment.
- 01:00:51
- And so what'll happen is you actually give that oath, ASA, what is it, like two or three times as you're getting into the military? When did you do it?
- 01:00:57
- So you have the first time when like, hey, you're gonna be in the Navy or you're gonna be in the Marine Corps and you go into that room and you just put your hand up, but it's not really official there, right?
- 01:01:06
- It's just sort of like, it's more like a formality, like hey, put your hand up. You belong to us now, you've said your oath.
- 01:01:11
- But you do it again where it's like for real, real. Contract signed, everything's legit now.
- 01:01:17
- And so you're putting your hand up and they're saying like, this means you belong to us and you're making an oath, we expect you to hold to it.
- 01:01:25
- So it's amazing, the expectation is you better believe this and you better mean it.
- 01:01:31
- And then they get there and then they mean it and they say, I'm sorry, it's an unlawful order, I was told not to obey unlawful orders and I can't do this.
- 01:01:39
- And then they get punished and tyrannized for it. And so many people got hurt by this.
- 01:01:46
- It's tremendous. It's tremendous. Asa, you're back. I know, I'm sorry.
- 01:01:51
- Don't apologize. No, don't apologize. On that, I want to just touch on that again because I was listening to you guys, you talking about all the other vaccines we have to take, right?
- 01:02:02
- Yeah, sure, we take a lot of vaccines but as you had mentioned, they're all FDA approved, there's tons of science on them that you at minimum, not saying they're risk free, but you at minimum know the risk that you're taking and you can see the reward for them.
- 01:02:19
- And this one was never or this was never FDA approved, even though they tried to say that.
- 01:02:26
- And so there was no long -term data. So we had no ability to see what the risk was.
- 01:02:32
- And we could only assume from previous mRNA testing that it was a huge risk.
- 01:02:37
- And so you talked about love for neighbor, that was a huge thing. There was all kinds of potential dangers and we weren't ready to take that risk and we wanted to defend ourselves.
- 01:02:46
- And also we had no idea, kind of the main force that they used to push this, the main messaging was risk to force, risk to mission.
- 01:02:55
- And so for us, we were like, what's a bigger risk to mission? Vaccinating your entire military and population with an experimental drug that has no long -term effects when we have
- 01:03:05
- China rising in the east, Russia at the time was rising, we still have terrorists all over the world. What's more of a risk?
- 01:03:13
- Making everyone in your entire military get an experimental vaccine pushed into their body that we have no idea what it's going to do to us?
- 01:03:21
- So, yeah, no, you guys are putting in all the right words, but I want to just double -tap on that.
- 01:03:29
- That's a fun one. Double -tap. When Navy SEALs say that you know they mean it. That's not this video game, son.
- 01:03:35
- Yeah, I'm not going to say no game. I think that that was the main thing
- 01:03:41
- I wanted to communicate other than the authority of Jesus Christ over this issue was just that point, the love for neighbor issue, because the data was out and it was out from government agencies and it didn't look good.
- 01:03:54
- And anybody could read it. And the amazing thing is that they would just outright admit that if you're in this age category and you're healthy, you don't really need the vaccine.
- 01:04:07
- You're safe. And yet, then these guys who are the healthiest of the healthy, the strongest of the strong, are being told, put this experimental thing into your body that could hurt you, harm you, harm your fellow citizens, but you don't really need it.
- 01:04:24
- We admit that, but do what we say. And these guys were like, no. And this is one of the things that I was trying to my best.
- 01:04:32
- I was in deep prayer about how can I communicate to these men that are just very, very strong men and brothers in the
- 01:04:38
- Lord. And I was trying to communicate to the guys that day that, look, there's going to be temptation to yield on this.
- 01:04:47
- You guys are seals. You've spent your whole life dreaming about being seals. You've spent your whole life fighting to be a seal, and now you're seals.
- 01:04:53
- And now you're being told that this thing that you've worked your whole life for is going to be taken away from you. There's going to be temptation just to go ahead, just yield, just go with it.
- 01:05:01
- And a lot of seals did that, kind of. They were like, sure, I got the jab.
- 01:05:07
- They were like, yeah, I got it. A lot of guys are like, look, I just want to be a seal. I want to defend my country. I got the jab.
- 01:05:15
- But then there was a small group of guys that were like, I'm not faking it. I'm not going to do that.
- 01:05:21
- It's a principle issue. This is tyranny. This is immoral. I made an oath. I'm standing against it.
- 01:05:27
- And I told the guys, I told the guys, I said, guys, you put yourself in more dangerous situations than we could possibly imagine.
- 01:05:36
- You are willing to go and have people shoot rockets at you and fire bullets at you. You do all that out of love for neighbor and for justice.
- 01:05:43
- That's why you're doing what you're doing. And you're willing to sacrifice your whole life and take a bullet for the victim or for your nation.
- 01:05:52
- And I was like, that's a lot of courage, but it's going to take a whole lot of courage to fight this battle and there will be no bullets.
- 01:06:00
- No rockets. But it's as meaningful a fight as the fights that you're willing to go into with bullets.
- 01:06:07
- Just flaming arrows. But the thing was, listen, everyone, listen, this is a sad part of the story.
- 01:06:15
- I hate that this is part of the story, but it is part of the story. At the time we walked into that room,
- 01:06:21
- SEALs are communicating across coasts. Guys are all talking and we were told about a third of the Navy SEALs active duty guys were resisting the jab.
- 01:06:31
- By the time it was all said and done, Asa, was it like a handful?
- 01:06:37
- A handful of guys that ultimately were on principle said, I'm not going to fake it and you're not making me leave.
- 01:06:43
- I'm resisting. It was just a handful, right? In and around a hundred,
- 01:06:48
- I would want to say at most, unfortunately, the guys who took it all the way and were held true to their word outwardly and inwardly.
- 01:06:59
- Just to bring this full circle and try to squeeze a little bit in before I got to go here, and I appreciate you guys rolling with me again, but you're absolutely right on that.
- 01:07:09
- The biggest thing is we wanted to go back to work, even the guys who held strong, even the guys who got out, but we knew that there was a bigger purpose here.
- 01:07:19
- I just want to touch on that a little bit and then I'm going to sign off, let you guys keep going, and I just want to thank you ahead of time for giving me the time and opportunity.
- 01:07:29
- The second half of this documentary is really going to be about, hey, not only did we stand for this, but we need the
- 01:07:37
- American people to continue to stand. We need them to understand what happened. We need them to understand what happened and where this is going.
- 01:07:49
- I just want to touch on a couple different things, what the DOD is doing to this day. That is a direct correlation and extension of the
- 01:07:56
- COVID issues. That is the abortion fight we see going on in the Senate with Senator Tommy Tuberville.
- 01:08:02
- He's taking a courageous stand. He is not impacting military readiness at all. We could go into that.
- 01:08:08
- There's a million different avenues, but I want to just thank him for doing that and bring that to people's minds that he is not damaging military readiness.
- 01:08:16
- He is protecting life. He's holding us to the rule of law. Also, we're seeing deviant behavior all across the military being lauded from transgender surgeries being paid for on the military dime.
- 01:08:32
- That affects military readiness. Not only are we taking individuals offline who should be ready to fight war just so they can reassign their genitals, but it's morally and logically ridiculous and disgusting.
- 01:08:48
- That's a big part of Seals Beat Biden. We want to tell the story of what happened, and we also want to bring awareness to the general public that the fight is by no means over and is only heating up.
- 01:09:00
- We need people. We need patriots. We need Christians to stay in the fight, keep their head in the game, and keep pushing to reform these institutions that are being destroyed by radical ideologies.
- 01:09:14
- Amen. Right on, man. Ace, I love you, brother. Thank you, man, for all you did. Thank you for the stand you took. Thank you, guys, for all the assistance and mentorship that we got.
- 01:09:24
- I appreciate you, brother. I'm so glad. Honored to know you, brother. Thank you. All right. Hopefully we'll be talking soon, man. Absolutely.
- 01:09:31
- Later, guys. Thanks, man. All right. So there you go, guys. Hey, praise God for those faithful Navy Seals.
- 01:09:37
- Love those guys. Those guys are the real heroes, man. They really are. And I think you could definitely say that when the
- 01:09:47
- Navy Seals came out to resist, and that story was made public, everything slowed down.
- 01:09:54
- Oh, for sure. Everything slowed down. And so thank God for the Navy Seals. Always the tip of the spear.
- 01:10:00
- And they were in this case, in this battle as well. Because that was the frustrating thing, and I mean that.
- 01:10:05
- At the time, I can remember very clearly that it was like, this is just being forced.
- 01:10:11
- And it was sort of like, everyone's going along with it. None of the people are fighting very seriously against it. But after talking to Tucker and when
- 01:10:18
- Tucker broke the story, it was like the train was like, choo -choo -choo -choo -choo -choo.
- 01:10:23
- The train slowed down. And it wasn't running over as many people as quickly as it was a week before.
- 01:10:29
- So I'm thankful for the Navy Seals. Love those guys. Truly, truly an honor to know them. And be in prayer for them.
- 01:10:36
- Because it's not over yet. Unfortunately, you're hearing Ace's story. He got honorably discharged. Praise the Lord for that. But it's not over yet.
- 01:10:43
- There's a lot of people still suffering under all of this. And of course, as you heard the story today, a lot of people that got dishonorably discharged or honorably discharged with like a caveat, this is going to wreck their lives.
- 01:10:54
- And so let's just pray for them and pray God brings justice for them. They deserve it for standing where they did.
- 01:11:01
- It's so crazy too. It's such a mess. It's so arbitrary. Everything was arbitrarily done. No single standard.
- 01:11:07
- No single principle. It was just so arbitrary. I don't even think I told you this. I got contacted from chaplains, military chaplains across the country.
- 01:11:16
- And those were fascinating conversations. They were like, my command is telling me to talk people out of their religious exemption and to not accept them and everything else.
- 01:11:30
- And they were like, I'm not obeying that. I'm helping these guys. And so they wanted our thing so they could help polish that and use that themselves to give to guys.
- 01:11:40
- There was a lot going on. There was a lot going on and still going on. And so the film is called
- 01:11:46
- Seals Beat Biden. Go to SealsBeatBiden .com. That's being done by some of our closest friends over at the
- 01:11:52
- Sentinel. And we're grateful for those guys. It looks like it's beautifully done. And we are going to head over right over to the after show for a quick after show just to continue some thoughts on this.
- 01:12:02
- So join us over there. If you are not all access, go to ApologiaStudios .com. Get all access.
- 01:12:07
- Partner with us as a ministry. Make everything we do possible. One more word before we go today. And this is an important one, so don't leave.
- 01:12:14
- We are in a big, big, big, big moment right now with EAN and abortion now. Not only do we have close to a thousand churches right now given free training and equipped to go out and save lives at the mills.
- 01:12:27
- So thousands and thousands of children have been saved. So praise the Lord for that. You guys have been a part of actually making that possible with us.
- 01:12:34
- But we now have right now, prospectively in terms of we're going to do it, we have about 15 bills.
- 01:12:42
- 18. 18. 18 bills of equal protection across the country coming next session or two.
- 01:12:48
- And so be in prayer for that. That is a massive moment for the church. I wish you could be in my head and understand where this all started and how much we just dreamed of a moment like this.
- 01:12:58
- We were just begging God for one faithful legislator in 2012 and 2013. We're just, please
- 01:13:04
- Lord, give us one faithful legislator who will not compromise, who will tell the truth, who will stand on your word.
- 01:13:09
- And now this next session, we have 18 prospective bills. We have Louisiana.
- 01:13:15
- We have Texas, Arizona. We have Iowa now. Iowa as well. We've got
- 01:13:20
- Arkansas coming. We've got Georgia coming. We've got Pennsylvania coming. Kentucky coming.
- 01:13:26
- So be in prayer and we need you. Let me just say this. Be very transparent with you.
- 01:13:33
- It's amazing that God has done all of this with such a small group of ministries, churches, organizations.
- 01:13:42
- If you knew how small, it'd blow your mind. The limited numbers of sort of leadership and people who are sort of leading from the front of this fight, going to the legislators and all the rest.
- 01:13:53
- It'd blow your mind. And the amount of money in comparison to the pro -life establishment is like pennies on the dollar.
- 01:14:02
- And what's being done through these Christians, these pastors, these organizations, people like us, is far outweighing what the pro -life establishment has done for five decades.
- 01:14:16
- And it's with the gospel. It's with the word of God. It's uncompromising. It's consistent. And God is blessing it.
- 01:14:22
- He is truly, truly blessing it. It is an insane thing that we're looking at 18 bills coming up of equal protection.
- 01:14:29
- All glory to God. All glory to God. But I have to tell you something very personally. This is overwhelming.
- 01:14:36
- Our cup runneth over. All glory to God. But it runs over and we're going, who's going to be here to pick that up?
- 01:14:43
- We need some help. And so we need you to stand with us when we come to these states. We need you to help. I'm inviting you.
- 01:14:49
- Be a part of this. This is a move of the church. This is a work of the church. It's a move of the church. If you're a pastor in these states, we need you.
- 01:14:57
- We need you to be a part of this with us. That's all there is to it. We need your feet on the ground. We need you to join together with us. If you say, well, can
- 01:15:02
- I do something? My answer is yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Please join us. Start by showing up. Yeah. Start by showing up.
- 01:15:08
- The next thing we need you for is we need you to help participate financially in this.
- 01:15:13
- Because let me tell you, it is insanely expensive to pull this off. It is truly expensive to pull this off.
- 01:15:20
- When we went to Louisiana to do what we did with that historic bill in Louisiana that got to the floor in Louisiana that created no small stir.
- 01:15:29
- I mean, everybody was talking about it. CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, all over the country, the major pro -life establishment people had to actually come out to oppose the bill because of their doctrinal position that the woman is not guilty ever of doing this.
- 01:15:46
- It was a very big deal. We had to go back and forth to Louisiana a number of times. We had to bring a team with us to do what we did.
- 01:15:53
- God blessed it. And again, pennies on the dollar compared to what those other organizations have done. All glory to God for that.
- 01:15:59
- But it's expensive to do this. And let me just tell you, we need you. We need you to partner with us.
- 01:16:05
- And so we need you to go to EndAbortionNow .com to help give towards this. Because when we go to these states, it's travel cost.
- 01:16:13
- We have to feed our team. We have to pull together venues at time. We have to pour money into what takes place in that state.
- 01:16:22
- Paying for the bills themselves? Yeah, to have Bradley Pierce write the bill, all that stuff.
- 01:16:28
- And so 18 bills is amazing, but you need to understand we are just a church.
- 01:16:34
- I don't know if that's understood often, is that we're just a local church.
- 01:16:40
- This is a ministry of apology of church. EAN is a ministry of apology of church. We're not a massive organization with massive, massive donors all over the country and just bringing in tens of millions of dollars.
- 01:16:51
- What God is doing, He's doing with pennies on the dollar, but we need help. We need your hands, we need your feet, we need your mouths, and we need you to join with us financially.
- 01:16:59
- So go to EndAbortionNow .com to do that. P .S. We're about to drop soon a documentary expose.
- 01:17:07
- Very important. And here's what I want to ask. If you're saying, what's the one thing I can do right now? First of all, go to EAN, do what we said there, and the next thing is this.
- 01:17:16
- If you want to know what can I do in the next coming weeks, when that documentary expose comes out, share it.
- 01:17:23
- Share it everywhere. Share it with your friends. Send them private messages. Share it with your pastor. Share it with everyone in your church because this is the key issue.
- 01:17:30
- When we get over this doctrinal error of the establishment, when we get over it, then we're going to get over this issue in our nation.
- 01:17:39
- These will pass when the church speaks to the doctrinal issue that the pro -life establishment believes that is anti -Christian and is compromising and it is not consistent.
- 01:17:49
- And so that's what the documentary is going to expose is how the pro -life establishment is not Christian, they're inconsistent, and they are not working to ultimately abolish abortion.
- 01:17:58
- We are, and we know that many of you are as well. And so, meet us over at the Aftershow at apologiastudios .com.
- 01:18:05
- That's Luke the Bear. Peace out. I'm Jeff the Callman and Ninja. That's Zachary Conover. See ya. And we'll catch you on the other side.
