Welcome to The Rapid Bull, daily edition, where we provide a quick biblical interpretations and applications.
00:12
This is a ministry of striving for eternity. As we wrap up this week looking at the views of Christianity, we ended up seeing at the beginning that for the
00:20
Christian, we view scripture and scripture alone as the authority in the Christian's life. And what does scripture teach us?
00:26
Well, we saw that scripture teaches us that God is three persons in one
00:32
God. We see that man has sinned and violated God's law, and because of that, we are born with a sin nature, which brings upon it a consequence of sin.
00:42
That consequence we're going to look at today. We ended up seeing that Jesus Christ, who became a man, paid the fine that we owe and made a way of salvation for us so that we could be set free.
00:53
That consequence, though, is an everlasting one. This is the reality that every single human being who's born with a sin nature, that means that excludes
01:05
Jesus Christ because he was the payment of sin, but every single human being will have to give an account one day.
01:12
It is appointed unto man once to die and then the judgment. And when we face that judgment, it will be heaven or hell for every single person.
01:20
Now, heaven is a place of consciousness where we will be consciously worshiping
01:27
God forever and ever. And there is a real place known as hell.
01:34
It is a place of conscious punishment forever and ever. There is no escaping this.
01:44
You will be judged and it will be one or the other. Heaven or hell. Where will you be? If you'd like to learn more about this and many other topics, get my new book,
