Worse Than An Unbeliever?

Christian Duty to Provide for Family

1st Timothy 5 8 says if anyone does not provide for his relatives, especially for members of his own household He has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. Worse because even in a secular society people understand that if a husband is Unfaithful to his wife if a father does not care for his own children He is a scumbag and they don't need the Bible to tell them that.

So how much more important is it for a person who? Believes the Bible to love their family. How much more important is it for a follower of Jesus? If they don't do what he asks, they're not exactly following Jesus.

A Godless Culture and the Failure of Men

Are they our society is godless and it's not because of same-sex stuff abortion or any of the regulars that tend to get the blame. Our culture is in the place. It's in because of godless men who do not love their wives as Christ loves the church and instead abandon their families.

Divorce, Faithlessness, and Malachi's Warning

Malachi 2 16 says for the man who does not love his wife, but divorces her says the Lord covers his garment with violence. So guard yourselves in your spirit and do not be faithless. Because even the godless know how to care for their families.

Repentance, Leadership, and Loving the Church

If you claim to love God and you do not love your family You are a liar. You are worse than an unbeliever. Men grow up and be men repent. Stop sinning. Study your Bible do what it says. Pray lead your family love them get in church.

Be held accountable by other men of God. Give yourself up as Christ did for the church his bride. There is help for those who seek wisdom when we understand the text.
