And there's a lot of death and destruction out there, but I think One of the things that is the most discouraging is the attitude of apathy within the greater

Evangelical Church as much as it pains you to stand out there and see mom and dad and even bring in their own

Kids and to have one of their offspring killed. I think one of the greatest discouragements is just the indifference

It's the apathy of our brothers And our sisters so again. It's it's a massively encouraging when a group of our

Group of Saints gets gets together and say you know what I want to do everything I can to equip myself to love my

To love my neighbor you know As what's already been communicated?

The scourge of federally sanctioned child murder has been unleashed upon your nation And now the duty lies to you to do something about it

It's your duty like Proverbs 31 8 through 9 says to open your mouth for the mute

For the rights of the unfortunate open your mouth judge righteously and defend the rights of the afflicted and needy

It's our duty is God's people to rescue those who are being taken away to death to hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter

Matthew 22 37 through 38 says love the Lord God with all your heart with all your soul and with all your mind

I want to focus on is the foundational or righteous Principles that transfer to any place in any time so these these principles are are not only good for us in the

I wanted to talk about initially is some preparatory facts I mean before you get into this type of ministry which we need to we need to go to the

To the places where babies are being killed. We not only need to go to our legislature and Counseled them and teach them in the law word of God, but we need to go to these places of death

I mean this is where babies are being delivered to their destruction The the presence of the church has to be there the light and the heat of the church has to be at these places of death

But as you go you got to prepare yourself to know what you're getting into so when you know when the masses follow

Jesus just Tons of people he would always turn around and let them know hey, you've got a you got to count the cost

So I think we would be remiss if we didn't tell you the cost of getting into this. It's it's extremely difficult

It's it's one of the most difficult ministry environments That you can get into we go to strip clubs and preach the gospel as well as other places around the city but there's something about The abortion mill that truly is the gates of hell and you can it's just palpable as you're out there

You can you can feel it. You can expect as you get into this fight constant verbal abuse.

I cannot tell you how many How many times we've been cussed out words and hand gestures,

I can't tell you how many times Physical abuse we've been spit on Puns shoved guns have been pulled on us death threats

Loss of employment attacks on your reputation of course the law enforcement

Wants to push you around and abuse you and that will happen. We had a friend of ours just a couple days ago be mistreated by law enforcement, but It's it's a difficult place it is personal property damage

We've had guys try to run us over and run all our equipment over you get your vehicle damaged

I've gotten all sorts of stuff stolen out of my my own vehicle my pro boards

There's just not only that but there's just the deep Depression and heartache as you stand out there, and you actually see these precious image bearers of God being delivered to death.

It's it's hard It's a difficult ministry environment and incitement, but the scriptures never falsely romanticize

The reality of serving Christ right it's always been hard and costly to follow after him and to obey his commands

And it will always be Hard and costly look what look what Paul says about the ministry

This is type of this is kind of ministry 101 in 2nd Corinthians 4 7 11 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show the surpassing power belongs to God not to us

We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed Perplexed but not driven to despair

Persecuted but not forsaken struck down, but not destroyed always carrying in the body the death of Jesus So that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies

For we who are always being given over to death for Jesus's sake so that the life of Jesus Also may be manifested to our mortal flesh

So I think what we what we've already heard is God doesn't promise a comfortable life for Christians It's it's the opposite if we cling to our comfort and all the pleasures that our different nations has to throw at us

We will be completely worthless as Christians It's just the it's the truth the comfortable life for the pursuit of the kind of all of my energy being

Just driven into my own self and of my own selfish pursuits that will always lead to Apathy and that will always lead apathy of course always leads to inactivity

Not being involved in that which God would command you to be involved that Jesus makes it clear

He says in Luke 21 17 Everyone will hate you because of me

Everyone John 15 18 through 21 Jesus says if the world hates you You know that it has hated me before it hated you if you were of the world the world would love you as its own

But because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world therefore the world hates you Remember the word that I said to you a servant is not greater than his master

They if they persecuted me they will also persecute you if they kept my word

They will also keep yours, but all these things they will do to you on account of me Because they do not know who sent me

As we learn from history when Christians choose comfort over duty

The most oppressed people will always suffer So we choose that path the most oppressed people and of course the most oppressed

People group now in both of our nations is the unborn person we can choose that but it comes at a great cost

But we also learn from history when Christians Decide to be the salt in the light that God has commanded us to be when we as one of our mentors

Jesus And that is the means by which Jesus puts great evils and injustices under his feet

There's not a plan B for this situation We are We are his vehicle by which he will put this to death

It's our duty and so we are they gonna accept that duty or? More and more people will suffer

God gives us a kind of a balanced way of Talking about this

God gives us all things ritually to enjoy I love you know we love this planet We love our kids And we love all all that God has blessed us with but he's not called us to pursue comfort with all of our hearts

He's called us to go about the obeying his commands with all of our heart So abortion meal ministry just a couple like I said a couple preparatory

Just Kind of the truce before I get into the principles is not only hard and costly, but it's joyful, too

It's it's it's joyful, and it's kind of hard to wrap your mind around that again as you see life after life

Being lost as you see the trucks that come into the abortion clinic And they haul off these precious little baby, baby bodies and corpses.

It's a horrible Situation, but it is incredibly joyful as you go about it.

I mean think about The thousands and upon you know thousands upon thousands of babies that have been saved through our not only through our ministry

But of course through all the church is connected to ours. I mean think about Thousands and thousands of lives you know future men and future women now

You know able to live all these precious little toddlers running around Because of Christians just simply going outside of these killing places and preaching the gospel

I mean you're standing out there hour upon hour And a mother kind of comes up to you as you're preaching the gospel and she whispers into your ear

I'm not gonna do it. I'm not gonna let them kill my baby I mean just the utter elation and the joy that you experience

I was privileged to officiate the marriage of parents with these two little beautiful twin girls

It's absolutely curly brown hair just absolute beauties Who would be dead right now if faithful Christians just simply didn't stand out in front of Planned Parenthood and preach the gospel

And not only the results of seeing lives saved and hearts changed and moms changed her mind and dad's changed her mind

But for me what I think what maybe gets me up in the morning to go to the mill It's just the satisfaction to know that I'm doing the right thing.

It's a sense as a man It's a sense of honor That that I'm doing the honorable thing by the power of the

Holy Spirit of course no credit to me But there is no greater satisfaction to know that this is a great wicked scourge upon this earth and then by God's grace

He's opened up my eyes and now he's employed me into this mission and there's no greater satisfaction and honor than just doing the right thing

You know regardless of the results Yeah, so it's horrible.

It's joyful. That's what I want to do. Is this get into six foundational principles of effective

Abortion mill ministry, you know when we when we talk about foundational principles or fundamental principles

You can't compromise and neglect these types of things we compromise foundational principles

Then we will not have any type of effective ministry at the abortion clinic. It's important You have to let your practices be driven out of right biblical principles

Psalm 11 3 says of the foundations are destroyed What can the righteous do if we don't have the foundation of fundamental principles in place then of course

That will not drive right practice at the mill This is something I kind of want to stress because it's so important right principles always drive right practice

So an example of this and I don't want to get in it to it for too long But much of the pro -life movement believes that the use of scripture or the practice of preaching the gospel is actually counterproductive

To the task of saving babies That's like going into battle and throwing down your weapon.

You're not going to accomplish much you're gonna get hurt You're gonna hurt everybody around you, but you'll notice because of the these foundational principles.

You'll notice that this fight against abortion Is not ended

It's all based upon biblical principle and even as you go out to these killing places

You'll know that your principles again will always drive right practices There's there's wrong ways and we don't as pastor

Luke was talking earlier speaking about earlier We don't come as know -it -alls as if we have this figured out.

We are we are weak men We we're trying to learn from our mistakes But there is right ways and there's wrong ways to go about the work of rescuing babies at these killing places

And so we come here to try to give you good information to serve you to help you so you can avoid any unnecessary pitfalls that can dramatically

Affect your productivity or effectiveness and it can affect your life so principle one of the six principles that I want to go through is

We work to rescue babies for the glory of God that we are in this Under this umbrella that we do all that we do for his glory under the lordship of Jesus Christ Empowered by the

Holy Spirit, but this is all for his namesake This is all for his fame and we don't we don't do this for ourselves

First Corinthians 10 31 says so whether you eat or drink or whatever you do do all to the glory of God Isaiah 42 8 says

Abortion is a wicked evil against our neighbor But it's an even more blasphemous evil against our

God and his glory Really abortion is an attack against the glory of God and Satan Accomplishes his mission of stealing and killing and destroying

Satan's efforts is to kill and destroy Anything that bears the image of God because we know that he is jealous for that glory in himself

He wants to exalt himself to the place of God So our primary duty at the abortion clinic is to glorify him and even the rescuing of our of our neighbors

Comes secondarily to that. So it's a very God centered God glory centered effort

We go about Glorifying his name and we leave all of the results to his prerogative in his divine

Will our sixth president John Quincy Adams was an amazing amazing guy

So from I think 1848 He would go to Congress every single

Monday and preach against the evil of slavery and he did it for 18 years without fail 18 years and he says this he says duty is ours

But the results are God if we set our minds on glorifying than his name

This is very important If we set our minds on glorifying his name doing it all for his glory

Then it affects all that we do and it Properly aligns everything that we do if we're there to just use some religious activity for our own namesake or for our own praise

Then that again affects all that we do we get into this ministry for our own namesake to acquire the praises of men to merit the work of Salvation to merit our own salvation, of course much of the pro -life movement is

Roman Catholic and they are out there Working for their own salvation if we would do any of that Do any of what we do for our own namesake for our own praise?

Garnering the attention of man to ourselves and we're doomed from the get -go in all of our all of our efforts will fail

Miserably God will not bless that James 4 6 says but he gives more grace

Therefore it says God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble

Again, if we go about this for self -centered glory seeking motives, it will render our efforts impotent like James 4 6 6 says he

He resists us. Can you imagine all of this works, especially getting into this type of work?

Sacrificing so much time and effort and blood sweat and tears and you're going to these killing places, which is not fun

And you're doing it for for vanity Not for his glory and all this work is burned up to nothing because he's resisting you

It's it's a crucially important principle principle one again We do all of this for his glory principle two is simple, but it's it's extremely important.

We must love everyone. I'm sorry Yes principle two

We must love everyone involved with child murder as we work to rescue babies We must love everybody involved with child murder as we work to rescue babies, and it's

I don't know about you But there's some people in life They're easy look easy to love and some people in life They're hard and sometimes those people are under your same roof

Right some people are harder to love and easier when you get out there And you see the vitriol and all the hatred thrown your way at the abortion clinic

It can be extremely hard to love the death squirts the moms the dads the people spitting in your face

It's hard, but if we don't love them not only them not only the babies, but we don't love them

Then everything will be all for naught First Corinthians 13 1 through 3 says if I speak in the tongues of men and angels

But have not loved I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal And if I have prophetic powers and understand all mysteries and all knowledge and if I have faith as to remove mountains

But have not loved I am nothing if I give all that I have and if I deliver up my body to be burned

But have I have not loved I gain Nothing if we're not motivated by loving and being and this is important not only motivated by love

But being loving towards the workers the moms and dads even the abortionist himself

Then our efforts will be worthless It's it's one thing to say I love you, but it's another thing to actually communicate the truth in love

And it absolutely matters out there. How do we love them? Well, I think number one we share the truth according to God's Word and the gospel love is not just some emotional

Thing it's not just encapsulated in words I love you love is just this action this intentional action of really

I think the best definition of love is love is to give to others at the expense of yourself

I think that's the best biblical definition. We see that all throughout how God loves But we love by sharing the truth according to God's Word and the gospel those who love their neighbor

At the highest level or those who share the gospel with them because we care about that Which is the most important to them and that's the state of their souls the greatest lovers on this planet are those that go to the loss go to their neighbor and Communicate gospel truth to them because again their soul is that which is the most important.

How do we love them? We share the gospel and we love them by speaking the truth in love with them

Ephesians 4 15 says rather speaking the truth in love. We are to grow up in every way to him who is the head into Christ So again, it does matter

Not only what you speak the content of your message towards them But how you deliver that message if we're out there and we're combative we're destructively combative

We're condemning. We're not self -controlled as we receive hatred and abuse

If we're overbearing and harsh and graceless Then we are not speaking the truth and love and like I said before This is a ministry environment that can really pull the worst out of you

I live in a family Of just scrappers and fighters. That's what we like to do in our pastime

I mean, I can't tell you how many parties and different occasions where I you know at the middle of the party I would see my dad and my uncle just start to throw fisticuffs.

I mean we just we're fighters And so we each have different temperaments, but this type of ministry tends to bring that out of you

You can really you can be overcome by the evil that's going on there

I think one of the most important verses for people who are in this fight is Romans 12 21 It says do not do not be overcome by evil

But overcome evil with good do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good

So what can happen is you're out there and you have somebody firing at you curse words or whatever

It may be And just just a little tip here if you're standing out there and people are throwing stuff out of their cars at you

Which we get a lot Whatever object they have is actually going the same speed as the car so we stand

We stand on the street called baseline And there's guys that drive by just out of their hatred for us sometimes 100 miles an hour

And so I had a water bottle thrown out at about 85 miles an hour at me

So it was a water bottle rocket going 85 miles at a part of my body that I didn't want to get hurt

I didn't want to get hit, so it's important You're gonna be receiving all this stuff, and you know that you're being overcome by evil when your response to this type of Hatred and this type of abuse is fleshly

When you start to you don't want to turn the other cheek you want to You want to give them a right cross over the right in the head and maybe you're not gonna go that far

But you'll see yourself not responding with a collective Biblical response, it's just a reactionary vengeful response

We have to be careful because if we do so we're not speaking the truth and love principle to again We've got to love everything the foundation of all that We do has to be in love our great motive has to be love and we have to keep ourselves in check there

There is times if you're out there for so long That she will begin to be kind of overcome by that type of environment

And you have to be accountable to your pastors You're gonna be accountable to people in your life To your husbands and wives and kids to their parents to where somebody can look into your life and say you need to take a break especially in this

I remember when I first Started going to the mill in Phoenix. I was going maybe 20 hours a week, and it was out of balance of course

I was neglecting my family, which we shouldn't do in any type of ministry effort.

You know it's got to be family first But it got to a place. I was out there for so long that I was just responding

Negatively guys would get up in my face And I would get up in their face and thankfully pastor Jeff saw a video of me

And he said you better you better calm down because we don't want this type of testimony So it's important.

We have to keep ourself in check Third principle is we need to work We work to rescue babies because God has commanded us to do so and again

This has already been said so I'm not gonna go through this Too exhaustively, but you're gonna get this question over and over again.

Why are you doing this with your life? You know why are you here? Why don't you get a job? Why don't you do something that is more meaningful?

Why is any of this your business? That's gonna happen that's not only come from people if you're at these killing places serving

But it's gonna come from family members And our explanation is it's very simple But it's it's very important to hold on to we do it because we're

Christians this is the Christian thing to do true Christians obey the commands of Scripture out of love for God and Love for our neighbor

Jesus in John 14 15 says if you love me You will obey my commandments in Proverbs 24 11 says rescue those who are being taken away to death hold back those were stumbling

To the slaughter God commands and just just to repeat it each one of us to love our neighbors

So each one of us needs to play their specific role in this effort and this abortion issue

Again, that doesn't mean everybody's called to perform a priest not everybody's called to preach But we're all called to prayer and to support and whatever that may be we have to get involved and you say really yeah,

This is a crisis situation. This is a crisis I mean if any one of us were walking down the street to do plan a whatever it may be

But if it was like a noble cause Let's just say if I was walking down the street and I was gonna go preach the gospel on the corner

And I just found out or two blocks away from me Some guy was killing toddlers in a building you better believe that I would even direct my attention away from my previous plan

Into this urgent situation that demanded my immediate attention. Does that make sense? So this is a crisis situation and when a crisis situation comes on a specific people

It's got to be all hands on deck Each and every one of us regardless of gender age or whatever is going on our lives

Sometimes you have to put the brakes on and say this is the situation that's not only destroying my neighbors, but it's bringing national calamity upon us and And that's why

I'm so grieved for what has happened here in Northern Ireland is to see the

Consequences and the ramification that's going to befall you and see how you're even the

Bible says that the very soil the very ground becomes

Polluted and corrupted based upon the shedding of innocent blood Principle number four the work to rescue babies requires constant prayer and Constant preparation.

This is absolutely essential the work to rescue babies requires constant prayer and Constant preparation you think you're depending upon God which we all are for every every

Breath we breathe every time our hearts beat is dependent upon his sovereign hand that upholds all things

But we are extremely dependent upon him in this place of death. We have to commit ourselves to continuous prayer

I would say if we have no if you have no prayer in your life You will have no power in your life to accomplish this will

You will have no power you have to if you want to go about this and that's what we hope and what pastor

Luke so clearly explained we hope that through our Humble efforts that your hearts would be ignited to do this.

And so you must understand this prayer is essential. We're praying Chiefly that the

Lord would be glorified and all that we do would not bring any reproach upon his name we're praying that God would be gracious to save souls and babies that God was soft on the hearts of mothers and Fathers that the

Lord would give us boldness and words to effectively communicate that the Lord would bring this child murdering to an end

But save and spare the the workers and we do pray in Preparatory prayers that God has given us in the

Psalms against evil. We're praying and we're not only continuous praying but we're We're memorizing and reviewing all the pertinent scriptures that are related to this issue

And I'm just gonna say a few of these but Proverbs 6 16 through 19 I would really encourage you to commit these to memory

Proverbs 6 16 through 19 says there are six things that the Lord hates seven that are an abomination to him haughty eyes the lying tongue hands that shed innocent blood a heart that devises wicked plans and feet that make haste to run to evil a

False witness who breathes out lies and one who sows discord among his brothers and as you break down Proverbs 6 16 16 to 9 through 19 if you just study that everything that God hates happens at that killing place

Everything that he hates is surrounded in and through what happens at these places of death The lying tongue the haughty eyes the heart that devises a wicked plan

Which would be the mother's actually planning and paying to have their children killed the feet that the feet that make haste to run to evil

Especially when you're preaching out the gospel and pleading with him, please mom. We love you

Please don't kill your baby and and you see them run into that place of death Everything that he despises and hates rightfully and righteously happens at this place the places of death

Revelation 21 8 says but as for the cowardly the faithless the Detestable as for murderers the sexually immoral sorcerers idolaters and all liars

Their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur sulfur, which is the second death This is such a an important verse to understand because the men who simply use their wives or their girlfriends or their acquaintance just as an object of pleasure and then go to this place to discard their responsibility in a medical waste bin to actually have their own son and daughter torn apart or Vacuumed apart or chemically killed
