oh, we just love everybody everybody's welcome here so would you officiate a gay wedding? eh, that's a complicated question we should go out for coffee sometime and talk about it oh, it's not that complex i was really just asking for the policy position either you would or you wouldn't and i take it to mean, in this case, you would not because you don't believe god blesses gay unions so you would not officiate a gay wedding but you'd still like to be able to explain that to me over an hour -long conversation, especially from the bible well, yeah yeah, so it sounds like this guy's problem with evangelicals is they don't have a simple, pat answer to his question and you know why they don't?
