Questioning Latter Day Saints Article of Faith on Continuing Revelation

LDS article of faith number nine says we believe all that God has revealed all that he does now reveal

And we believe that he will yet reveal many great important things pertaining to the kingdom of God I tell you right now that all was revealed at the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ All that was proclaimed from the prophets of old says in Hebrews 1

Long ago and many times in many ways God spoke to our fathers through the prophets But in these last days he has spoken to us through his son

That is the beautiful thing the mystery of the Old Testament was the revealing of the Messiah It says in Colossians that that was the mystery of the gospel

It was bound up in Christ that you can be perfected and become one of the saints of light sharing in the glory of God By the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ that it wasn't by works of the law that you can be justified

But solely on the work of the God -man himself taking on flesh in dying the death that we deserve

That was the mystery the mystery was revealed and we already know at the end of time at the great consummation of all things

God has told us what will happen the dead will rise and We will be judged according to our deeds those who are not found in faith in Jesus Christ will be cast into the lake of Fire while others will spend eternity worshiping
