Christians scratching their heads and I'd like to ask you first of all to give your commentary on One of the primary things going on that Came about Subsequent to the

I believe was arrested for passing or attempting to pass a counterfeit $20 bill and the policemen used

Extremely excessive force Even after he was already handcuffed and in no danger or no threat to those around him

Extremely excessive force Applying his knee to the back of George Floyd's neck and After eight minutes causing his death and That if that wasn't enough of a tragedy

We have seen riots in the streets That have resulted in more murders murders that seem to be swept under the rug and not even discussed

And now you have even reached the point where people are calling out for the abolishing or the defunding at the very least of police departments in major cities all over the

United States and when most of us were hearing people chant that and scream that from microphones

We just took that most of us likely just took it as the typical rhetoric that you would expect at Those kinds of events where there's a lot of heat a lot of hostility a lot of fury and rage but politics politicians major politicians people who are already in elected office and carry much power with them are actually

But we have people doing everything we have people out there in the streets down to probably don't even know

George for George Floyd's name They have they don't even know what they're out there for They some are out there because they want to protest

Racism some are out there because they just want adventure some out there because they want free things

Who knows the reasons they're out there some are out there for very good reasons But the ones that are behind all this violence and all these riots

Acquisition and expanding of capital it became an ugly thing But anyway, so Karl Marx believed that the capitalistic age was going to unravel and fall apart

There was going to be conflict between the bourgeois bourgeoisie and the proletariat and there's going to be a revolution and then a communist age but the problem to his

Followers is the revolution never came to the West in the late 19th century 20th century

So then in the earliest early 20th century some Italians and Germans Started putting their heads together to answer.

Why didn't the revolution come? and they Came to the conclusion that the reason is is because of the patriarchal hegemony of the

West who wanted more or less to maintain a society and a culture on a general

Christian base and That all the other various groups were disadvantaged and were oppressed by that European generally

What the demand was of these Italians is we need social justice

We need to there needs to be a forced Redistribution of wealth and power from those who possess it to those who don't they expected that to be a gradual thing and The way they these cultural

Marxists want to accomplish that goal was twofold First of all, they wanted to capture all the robes in the

Judges preachers professors so if they can capture

PhDs and the educators teach the students and if they can capture

All those that wear robes judges and put judges in place where they believe in positive law not biblical law

Then they can gradually start to indoctrinate American culture coupled with that the the capture of media if they can capture media and Blast into people's ears every day every time they turn a radio on a television read the newspaper read

West is based based on a Marxist analysis that there is all various subgroups are oppressed simply because the

European have Europeans have the power and the wealth forget how they earned it

Forget if they came out of poor families and moved high in the society and wealth and power that doesn't matter the point is

They've got to lose the power We've got to indoctrinate and change their minds

So that the subgroups can be the ones that replace them so if White conservatives think it's just about White or black racism and that that that is a tremendous understatement and Of course the way that and I keep saying this

I think I've said it every time on your program The way that these people by the way, there's no such thing as social justice

Social justice has nothing to do with justice Justice that does not need a descriptive adjective in front of it

Social justice and your people need to keep this in mind is a forced redistribution of wealth and power from the haves to the have -nots by any means necessary and So apparently some people have gotten tired to wait

I've tired of waiting and so that's what you see in all this This is a revolution

This is an invasion This is a it didn't just start with George Floyd This is gone.

This is began all the way back in the middle 1900s on up to date that's how long this revolution has been going on.

I think it's so important. We don't understand history We don't understand Americans history we've been to public schools even the

Christian schools use public school textbooks, but American Christians must understand that I just Americans the difference between the

American War of Independence and the French Revolution once you understand that You will understand what's going on today in the

United States If you don't understand that distinction, you won't understand what's going on The the

French Revolution that took place in 1989. Excuse me, 1789 Was a war that was inevitable because of what happened a hundred years earlier in France Now before I go on I want to recommend another an indispensable little paperback book

That was originally written in Dutch in the early 19th century translated to English called unbelief and revolution

I call the endarkened the Enlightenment when Europe left its Christian base and moved over to a humanistic anti -christian base philosophically

When you have left its Christian were biblically Christian worldview for a humanistic anti -christian way of looking at life

Eventually the French Revolution was inevitable wherever you have a philosophical religious

Revolution in a culture it will always lead to a bloody revolution and So in the

French Revolution After Europe had left Christ and left the Bible the

French Revolution in 1789 was led by men Who wanted to remove the last vestiges of Christianity and a

Christian moral social order? from France Now what does the average

American know about the French Revolution? They had these mean old aristocrats and the aristocrats were not that way good

They had these mean old aristocrats that were oppressing the peasants So the peasants finally got tired of being oppressed and they rose up and started killing all the aristocrats and destroying

Anything in culture that was rooted in Christianity See that's what if we call today they they want to call it systemic racism what they mean by that anything that the

European in power created Since they are by virtue of their race racist everything they created every institution they established in Western culture is itself racist and must be changed and Must be broken down and must be destroyed and must be replaced

So that the that was the attitude the French Revolution It wasn't basically aristocrats versus peasants.

That's the superficial view as Always the people behind the scenes to call the shots knew exactly what they were doing in fact one of the philosophical leaders of the

French Revolution Voltaire Who always referred to Jesus as in he was a great literary artist always refers to Jesus as that scoundrel?

Christian Sabbath So these guys knew what they were doing. They were self -conscious anti -christians and Of course, they're better was fraternity liberty equality and they created a

Because the French Revolution was the first war aimed at getting rid of Christianity in France So we get rid of Christianity We drink get rid of those in power and wealth that created this culture and all their institutions and we'll have liberty equality fraternity and So what did they give

Europe in the place of equality fraternity Liberty Napoleon Bonaparte? the dictator

More what wars bloody wars in Europe so without Christ and without the

Bible equality fraternity and Liberty are absolutely impossible and That's what we have to Emphasize today.

We don't take the Democrat line. We don't even take the Republican line. We take the Christian line and That is the only solution and I like what the lieutenant governor of Texas said

Now in order to do something like that in Washington Federal government in Washington had to be far bigger than it was in the early 1800s and the restraining influence on the

Washington Was the South most of the judges Supreme Court judges vice presidents present that were from the

Well just like all Biblical Protestants And particularly those of the Reformed faith They would oppose it tooth and nail

They believed in a clear separation Of institutional church and institutional state

And though they believed that the state Had the responsibility to protect the church And to protect

Christianity They did not believe that the state had any authority

What so ever to tell people what to do within the church In other words as the Westminster Confession of Faith Says and probably the old

London Confession Says that The state has authority around the church

To protect the church But it has no authority within the church itself

To tell it how it is to govern itself And how it is to worship There is an old view from the 1600's

Called Erastianism And Erastianism Now I'm going to say something controversial here

Erastianism Was the view that the church is under the state And the state can

Tell the church what to do To this day The state church in Germany The preachers get their salary checks from the government

They are employees of the government So we talk a lot in this country about the separation

01:45:39

Of church and state But not even conservatives are faithful to that principle They don't like the state telling us

01:45:46

You can't open You have to have only a certain number of people They have to sit certain feet apart

01:45:52

You can't serve communion They don't like that But how many of these churches are incorporated

01:46:03

How many of them are 501c3 organizations What is a corporation

01:46:12

A corporation by definition Is a creature of the state The church is not a creature of the state

01:46:19

Why would a church want to have the approval of the state for anything It's not under the state

01:46:26

Christ is it's king, it's constitution is the bible It's separate from the institution

01:46:32

And jurisdiction of the civil government I like to say something that sounds so radical But it's not radical at all

And that is in the church The constitution has no authority

01:46:45

The churches are not under the constitution of the United States That's a civil document

01:46:54

Churches like to say We've got to be registered We've got to be incorporated

We've got to get 501c3 Or we won't be tax exempt Well the church is not tax exempt anyway

It's tax immune That the civil government has absolutely no authority to tax the churches

We're not under the state For instance they're told today

01:47:21

Another one of the myths Churches have to be incorporated

They have to be 501c3 Or they can't carry on bank activities They can't buy and sell

01:47:32

And people who give money to them are not able to deduct them That is not true

01:47:39

I've been pastors of two churches in the past 50 years And neither one of them have been incorporated

01:47:46

Or our 501c3 organizations We're not under the state We don't need the state's approval to exist

01:47:53

And yet we carry on normal functions financially In fact if you look at the

01:47:58

IRS code I've seen it with my own eyes The IRS code clearly says

That churches do not have to be incorporated Or 501c3

It's just a myth That's being propagated upon the churches To control the churches So we don't need the state's approval

I'll tell you real quick I remember one time we shared a building with another congregation

And we shared the same janitor And we would pay half each

01:48:36

On the janitor We'd pay him for a month And the other congregation would pay him for a month And so we would pay him by check

01:48:44

We didn't withhold social security We didn't withhold anything Because we're not tax collectors But the other church did

01:48:53

And when they found out that we weren't withholding taxes Or social security or anything They said well aren't you a 501c3 organization

We said no And then they said this statement Well then how can you call yourself a church?

How can you call yourself a church If the state hasn't given you the authority to do so?

Who needs tyranny among liberals? When you've got Christians that ignorant

And that stupid I want to say that word I reckon thinking that the state has any authority over the church

Christians Who at least in their world view are just as liberal As the anti -Christians They don't know any better They're preachers

Gradually and progressively God is going to convert more and more Of the nations of this world

To Jesus Christ authentically and genuinely Until the knowledge of the

Lord Covers the earth as the waters cover the sea There's going to be struggles There's going to be wars

You know Jesus' parable says The tares and wheat in the field

When they're just young they look alike You can't tell them apart But as tares and wheat grow to maturity

The tares look more like tares and less like wheat And the wheat looks more like wheat and less like tares

And I think that's what's going to happen As the future unfolds We're going to see the wicked turn even more wicked

And become more consistently wicked And we're going to see Christians Become more consistently

Christian And that's what Timothy says Timothy says that the wicked will go from bad to worse

But their God will stop their efforts And they will make no further progress

So we believe both those things We believe the wicked that refuse to repent Will get more and more wicked

But God will cause them not to make any further progress In their advance of evil in this world
