How To Whitten - Check Out Church Equipment

Hello, my name is Michelle Romo and I'm on staff here at Whitman Baptist Church. In this video, we're going to talk about how to check out church equipment.

So we're going to walk into the copy room. There's the copier there in the corner, and we're going to turn around to the mailboxes.

And in the corner here are the yellow sheets. These are the equipment checkout sheets. Let's take a look at this form.

So you fill out the information at the top, checkout date, your name, etc. You'll list the equipment that you're borrowing here and how many.

So for example, if you need two six foot tables, you'll write six foot table, two, right? Eight foot table, one.
