Everyday Grace - New Podcast Announcement!

Hey guys, this is Jon, and I'm with Justin, and we have an exciting announcement for you.

We have a brand new podcast that has launched on Monday, if you're hearing this, of this week, and it's called

Every Day Grace. Justin, tell a little bit about the podcast and kind of our hopes and desires for it.

The podcast is going to be brief stuff, clips from sermons that Jon has preached, sermons that I've preached, or clips from our podcast.

The aim is for it to be a three to five minute short clip with the emphasis being the sufficiency of Christ, the grace of God toward us in Jesus, so that we can be encouraged in the grace of our

Lord for us. So, yeah, it's shareable stuff, bite -sized stuff, hopefully something that's encouraging for the listener.

Yeah, it was a request, something that was made from a couple of listeners, where you have a two to five minute drive to work or to the grocery store, whatever, but it'll come out five days a week.

It's going to be on a different podcast stream, so you'll have to go and search for it. Just search for Every Day Grace by Theocast, you'll find it there.

It'll also be on YouTube. You can listen to it there, and we're also going to transcribe them, so if you're at work and you just want to read it, you can do that as well.

There'll be an opportunity for you to be encouraged by the gospel. But that was our hope and design for that. So that's just launched.

You can hear the first episode. If this is Monday, you can hear this and go and listen to it either on YouTube or on your favorite podcast app that'll be available there.

And then one other announcement, we haven't done this in a while, but Justin and I are going to be getting together in Knoxville.

We will, hanging out. Come on now, and spending a couple of days there just recording, writing, planning for the fall and all of 2023 that's coming up.

It's crazy to think that that's going to be 23, but in doing so, we're also going to take a break.

So there's going to be two weeks, a couple of weeks we're going to take off from the regular episodes, and that's going to give

Justin and I some time to recalibrate, grab some rest and think about what the next season of podcasts will be.

We've got some great interviews lined up, and by this time we have already recorded some of them.

You guys will get to hear from things like Grace Guilt, Grace Gratitude podcast.

We've got Mike Avendroth that's going to be joining us on a podcast and Chad Byrd and there's a bunch of stuff coming this fall.

And maybe some others. Yeah, some more. So we're excited for all of that. Anyways, that's all we have.

We just want to ask you to be in prayer for Justin and I as we gather this weekend coming up and just for the next season and or hope you enjoy this new podcast.

It's short, bite size, something to think about every single day and new material.

This will be material. If you don't listen to Justin and I's sermons on a weekly basis, then you'll get to hear a little bit of our preaching every day.
